Claims (30)
- 表面上に複数のグリッド(36)を有するソーラーセル(14)であって、前記ソーラーセル(14)の複数のコーナー部(24)と前記複数のグリッド(36)との間で電気的接続がなされるソーラーセル(14)と、
前記ソーラーセル(14)を支持する基板(12)と、
前記ソーラーセル(14)の下で前記ソーラーセル(14)に対向して配置された第一と第二の導体(74a、74b)であって、前記第一と第二の導体(74a、74b)は、前記基板(12)上に設けられるか、または、前記基板(12)内に埋設され、前記第二の導体(74b)は前記第一の導体(74a)から分離して独立している、第一と第二の導体(74a、74b)と、
前記複数のコーナー部(24)のそれぞれに設けられた前面接点(32)と、
を備え、
前記第一の導体(74a)は、前記ソーラーセル(14)の各前面接点(32)において前記ソーラーセル(14)との電気的接続がなされる、デバイス。 - 前記第二の導体(74b)は、前記ソーラーセル(14)の前記複数のコーナー部(24)のそれぞれに設けられた各背面接点(34)において前記ソーラーセル(14)との電気的接続がなされる、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記基板(12)上の前記第一と第二の導体(74a、74b)が、前記ソーラーセル(14)の、隣に直列接続されているソーラーセル(14)またはストリング終端導体との前記前面接点(32)の間または背面接点(34)の間に、電流を供給する、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記第一と第二の導体(74a、74b)がそれぞれループを含む、請求項2に記載のデバイス。
- 前記第一の導体(74a)は、前記基板(12)の表面において前記第二の導体(74 b)の内側に配置されている、請求項4に記載のデバイス。
- 前記ソーラーセル(14)の下に配置された前記第一と第二の導体(74a、74b)のうちの少なくとも1つが、弧状部分によって接続された2つの実質的に直線状の部分を有し、前記直線状の部分は互いに実質的に平行である、請求項2に記載のデバイス。
- 前記ソーラーセル(14)の下に配置された前記第一と第二の導体(74a、74b)が、電流が流れる方向に平行である、請求項2に記載のデバイス。
- 前記電気的接続が、一又は複数の他のソーラーセル(14)との直列接続(48)、(50)を含む、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記電気的接続が、一又は複数の出力導電線とのストリング終端接続を含む、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記複数のコーナー部(24)が少なくとも3つのコーナー部を含む、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記ソーラーセル(14)の下に配置された前記第一の導体(74a)が、前記少なくとも3つのコーナー部に電流を供給する、請求項10に記載のデバイス。
- 前記ソーラーセル(14)がフルソーラーセルを含む、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記フルソーラーセルが4つの刈り込まれたコーナー部(24)を有し、電流が前記刈り込まれたコーナー部(24)内の前記電気的接続に供給される、請求項12に記載のデバイス。
- 前記ソーラーセル(14)間に複数の直列接続が存在する、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記直列接続のうちの一又は複数に沿って配置された、バイパスダイオード(44)が存在する、請求項14に記載のデバイス。
- 表面上に複数のグリッド(36)を有するソーラーセル(14)と、前記ソーラーセル(14)を支持する基板(12)と、前記ソーラーセル(14)の下で前記ソーラーセル(14)に対向して配置された第一と第二の導体(74a、74b)であって、前記第一と第二の導体(74a、74b)は、前記基板(12)上に設けられるか、または、前記基板(12)内に埋設され、前記第二の導体(74b)は前記第一の導体(74a)から分離して独立している、第一と第二の導体(74a、74b)と、前記ソーラーセル(14)の複数のコーナー部(24)のそれぞれに設けられた前面接点(32)と、を備えるデバイスを製造すること
を含む方法であって、前記ソーラーセル(14)の前記複数のコーナー部(24)と前記複数のグリッド(36)との間で電気的接続がなされ、前記第一の導体(74a)は、前記ソーラーセル(14)の各前面接点(32)で前記ソーラーセル(14)との電気的接続がなされる、方法。 - 前記第二の導体(74b)は、前記ソーラーセル(14)の前記複数のコーナー部(24)のそれぞれに設けられた各背面接点(34)で前記ソーラーセル(14)との電気的接続がなされる、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記基板上の前記第一と第二の導体(74a、74b)が、前記ソーラーセル(14)の、隣に直列接続されているソーラーセルまたはストリング終端導体との前記前面接点(32)の間または背面接点(34)の間に、電流を供給する、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記第一と第二の導体(74a、74b)がそれぞれループを含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記第一の導体(74a)は、前記基板(12)の表面において、前記第二の導体(7 4b)の内側に配置されている、請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記ソーラーセル(14)の下に配置された前記第一と第二の導体(74a、74b)のうちの少なくとも1つが、弧状部分によって接続された2つの実質的に直線状の部分を有し、前記直線状の部分は互いに実質的に平行である、請求項17に記載の方法。

前記ソーラーセル(14)を支持する基板(12)と、
前記ソーラーセル(14)の下で前記ソーラーセル(14)に対向して配置された第一と第二の導体(74a、74b)であって、前記第一と第二の導体(74a、74b)は、前記基板(12)上に設けられるか、または、前記基板(12)内に埋設され、前記第二の導体(74b)は前記第一の導体(74a)から分離して独立している、第一と第二の導体(74a、74b)と、
前記複数のコーナー部(24)のそれぞれに設けられた前面接点(32)と、
を備え、前記第一の導体(74a)は、前記ソーラーセル(14)の各前面接点(32)において前記ソーラーセル(14)との電気的接続がなされる、ソーラーセルパネル。 - 前記第二の導体(74b)は、前記ソーラーセル(14)の前記複数のコーナー部(24)のそれぞれに設けられた各背面接点(34)で前記ソーラーセル(14)との電気的接続がなされる、請求項23に記載のソーラーセルパネル。
- 前記基板上の前記第一と第二の導体(74a、74b)が、前記ソーラーセル(14)の、隣に直列接続されているソーラーセルまたはストリング終端導体との前記前面接点(32)の間または背面接点(34)の間に、電流を供給する、請求項23に記載のソーラーセルパネル。
