- 粉末状および/または液状の還元剤を出発混合物に添加する。これに適しているのは、金属、炭素および/または酸化可能な炭素もしくは金属化合物例えばAlもしくはSi粉末、糖類、木炭、カーボンブラック、SiC、TiC、MgS、ZnSなど、
- ガス状還元剤、例えばフォーミングガスなども適している、
- バッチ中の硝酸塩化合物の添加の減少、
- バッチセット中のカレット割合の増加、
- 高い溶融温度および清澄温度ならびに高温での溶融物の滞留時間。
a)20~80重量%のカレットを含有する工業用原料のバッチセット(Gemengesatz)を準備する工程;
b)少なくとも1600℃に達する温度でバッチを溶融および清澄する工程;
c)冷却されたガラス中で結晶が形成されないガラス中の還元状態を調整する工程;
c)溶融ガラスを冷却し、加工温度VAの近傍の温度で成形し、それによって望ましい形状の物品を作製する工程;
d)フラッシュ炉内で室温に冷却し、それによってガラス中の望ましくない応力を除去する工程
を有することを特徴とする。
セラミック化プログラム1(セラミック化時間96分):
a)23分以内に室温から680℃に加熱する;
b)19分以内に680℃から800℃に加熱し、その際、10℃/分で730℃に加熱し、さらに5℃/分で800℃にさらに加熱する;
c)24分以内に800℃から918℃に温度を上昇させ、最大温度で10分間保持する)20分以内に800℃まで冷却し、次いで素早く室温に冷却する。
a)26分で室温から740℃に素早く加熱する;
b)18分で740℃から825℃に温度を上昇させる(加熱速度4.7℃/分);
c)4分で820℃から930℃に温度を上昇させ(加熱速度26℃/分)、最大温度で4分間保持する;
d)16分以内に800℃に冷却し、次いで素早く室温に冷却する。

- 厚さ4mmで0.1%~38.5%の明度Yを有する、透明で着色されたリチウムアルミニウムシリケートガラスセラミックにおいて、標準光源D65の光が厚さ4mmのガラスセラミックを通過した後に、色度図CIExyY-2°において以下の座標:

- V2O5含有量が0.015重量%未満であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載のリチウムアルミニウムシリケートガラスセラミック。
- 透過において標準光D65(2゜)を用いて測定したCIELAB表色系における彩度c*が、4mmの厚さで最大でも21であることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のリチウムアルミニウムシリケートガラスセラミック。
- 470~630nmの波長範囲における最大透過率値対最小透過率値の比が最大でも2.5である透過率曲線の平坦なプロファイルを有することを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のリチウムアルミニウムシリケートガラスセラミック。
- 1600nmの波長および4mmの厚さで45~85%の赤外線透過率を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のリチウムアルミニウムシリケートガラスセラミック。
- Fe2O3含有量が0.005~0.25重量%であり、かつ/またはTiO2含有量が1.6重量%を超え、かつ/またはZrO2含有量が0.3~<2.2重量%であることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のリチウムアルミニウムシリケートガラスセラミック。

- 主結晶相として高温石英混晶を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載のリチウムアルミニウムシリケートガラスセラミック。
- 請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の透明で着色されたリチウムアルミニウムシリケートガラスセラミックから物品を製造する方法において、
a)20~80重量%のカレットを含有する工業用原料のバッチセットを準備する工程、
b)前記バッチセットを少なくとも1600℃に達する温度で溶融および清澄して溶融ガラスを得る工程、
c)ガラス中で結晶が形成されない還元状態を前記溶融ガラスにおいて調整する工程、
d)前記溶融ガラスを冷却し、加工温度VAの近傍の温度で成形し、それによって望ましい形状の物品を作製する工程、
e)フラッシュ炉内で室温に冷却し、それによってガラス中の望ましくない応力を除去する工程、
f)前記ガラスの温度を3~60分以内に約680℃の温度範囲に上昇させる工程、
g)前記ガラスの温度を約10~100分かけて680~800℃の核形成の温度範囲内に上昇させる工程、
h)結晶化核を含有するガラスの温度を5~80分以内に850~980℃の高い結晶成長速度の温度範囲に上昇させる工程、
i)850~980℃の最大温度にある温度範囲内に60分まで維持する工程、その後に
j)得られたガラスセラミックを150分未満で室温に冷却し、そうすることによってガラスをセラミック化する全継続時間が300分未満になる工程
を有することを特徴とする、方法。 - 調理器具、暖炉覗き窓、調理面、グリル面または焙焼面としての、耐火性ウィンドウ、オーブン覗き窓、照明領域のカバーにおける、任意に複合ラミネートの安全ガラスとしての、熱処理におけるキャリアプレートまたは炉ライニングとしての、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載のガラスセラミックを含む物品の使用。
- 透過光の色度点を補正するために施されるカラーフィルターまたはカラー層を使用していない、2.5~6mmの厚さおよび1.2~<5%の光透過率を有するプレートである、暗色に着色された調理面としての請求項12に記載の物品の使用。
- 不透明な上側および/または下側コーティングとして設計されたマスクを有し、かつ透過光を補正するために施されるカラーフィルターまたはカラー層を使用していない、2.5~6mmの厚さおよび5~80%の光透過率を有するプレートである、着色された調理面としての請求項12に記載の物品の使用。
