1…入光部、11…入光構造、2…伝送部、3…出光部、31…出光凸面、200…光源。
(1)車両用ランプモジュール全体が光源200及び1つの車両用ランプ光学素子だけが必要となり、車両用ランプ光学素子が非常にコンパクトで、集積化され、三次元体積がとても小さく、相応の放熱器及び取付ブラケット等の部品を付け合わせても、車両用ランプモジュール全体の体積が小さいことで体積が小さい点、
(2)光源200以外、光学素子が1つしかないため、取り付ける時に当該光学素子と光源200との間の位置精度を保証すればよく、複雑な光学システムの取付調整を必要とせず、取付プロセスが簡単となることによる取り付けが簡単である点、
(3)部品の構成では、一次光学素子と二次光学素子を位置決めして取り付けるため、取付ブラケット等の様々な複雑な光学システムに相応の部品を設定する必要がなく、車両用ランプモジュールの構造が簡単なことで構造が簡単である点、
(4)1つの車両用ランプ光学素子のみを設定する必要しかなく、当該車両用ランプ光学素子の構造も複雑ではなく、その製造精度が保証されやすいため、当該車両用ランプ光学素子の製造精度が要求に合致した場合、車両用ランプ光学素子を組み立てる時に1つの車両用ランプ光学素子と光源200との相対位置精度を確保すればよく、多くの車両用ランプ光学素子と光源200との間の相対位置精度を満たす必要がなく、光学システムの精度が高くなることで光学システムの精度が高い点、
(5)1つの車両用ランプ光学素子と光源200との間の相対位置精度を保証すればよく、従来技術の多くの調光デザインを必要とする光学システムと比べて、本実施例に係る車両用ランプ光学素子は調光難度が低く調光難度が低い点、
(6)当該車両用ランプモジュールの構造は簡単で、数が少なく、製造及びプロセスのコストをいずれも低くできるのでコストが低い点、
(7)伝送部2に光を反射しない黒漆、例えば艶消し黒漆を塗布するとともに、出光部3の左右側面及び出光凸面31をいずれも全反射面として設定して、光線が当該光学素子の側面から出射したり側面によって反射された後に出射したりすることができないようにすることで、迷光が基本的に発生せず、車両用ランプ光形状の品質が保証されつつ、このような設定は、伝送部2のサイズを減少させて当該車両用ランプ光学素子の体積をさらに減少させる一方、出光部3の側面に黒漆が塗布されていないため、当該車両用ランプ光学素子の外側に露出された部分の透過性及び美観性が保証されることで迷光がない点、などの利点を有する。
Claims (11)
- 順に接続された入光部(1)、伝送部(2)及び出光部(3)を含む車両用ランプ光学素子であって、
前記入光部(1)には少なくとも1つの入光構造(11)が設定されており、前記入光構造(11)は光線を集光するように配置され、
前記伝送部(2)の横断面の面積は光伝送方向に沿って徐々に増加し、前記伝送部(2)の両端面以外の4つの側面はいずれも光伝送方向に沿って漸次拡大する台形であり、且つお互いに対応する2つの側面の形状が同じである、そのうち、前記伝送部(2)の横断面は光軸方向に垂直な断面であり、
前記出光部(3)の前記伝送部(2)と背向する一端には出光凸面(31)が形成されている、
車両用ランプ光学素子。 - 前記入光構造(11)の前記伝送部(2)と背向する一端には入光凸面が形成されている、

請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の車両用ランプ光学素子。 - 前記伝送部(2)の側面には吸光層が塗布されている、
請求項4に記載の車両用ランプ光学素子。 - 前記出光部(3)の横断面の面積は光伝送方向に沿って徐々に減少している、
請求項4に記載の車両用ランプ光学素子。 - 前記出光部(3)の左右側面は光伝送方向に沿って光軸方向に接近している、
請求項6に記載の車両用ランプ光学素子。 - 前記入光構造(11)の数は複数であり、複数の前記入光構造(11)は行列分布をなす、
