技术领域
本申请涉及车辆前照灯技术领域,例如涉及一种车灯光学元件及车辆前照灯。
背景技术
车灯光学元件是车灯照明模块的重要组成部分,相关技术的车灯光学元件一般包括初级光学元件和次级光学元件,两者在车辆的前后方向间隔设置,并分别通过各自的支架固定安装在散热器上,这样的车灯光学元件在安装时就会产生两次安装误差,影响车灯光学元件的整体安装精度,从而影响车灯光形。
相关技术的车灯光学元件为了使提高光线的利用率,初级光学元件在前后方向上的长度较长,次级光学元件也因要与初级光学元件配合进行配光,其尺寸也很大,并且为了形成所需光形,两者在前后方向上的距离较大,使得车灯照明模块在前后方向上的尺寸很大,相应地其体积也很大。
相关技术的技术方案因为设置有至少两个光学元件,使得车灯照明模块的安装比较复杂,需要保证各个零件之间的位置精度,尤其是两个光学元件之间的相对位置精度,以得到理想的车灯光形。为了定位、安装初级光学元件和次级光学元件,还需要设置各自的安装支架等零件,使得车灯照明模块的结构较复杂。
相关技术的车灯光学元件的光学系统精度低,一方面受初级光学元件和次级光学元件本身零件的制造精度影响,另一方面受二者和光源的相对位置精度的影响,使得车灯光学元件的光学系统精度难以保证。
现有的车灯光学元件,为了提高其光学系统精度,需要保证初级光学元件 和次级光学元件的制造精度高、定位准确及安装精度高。
发明内容
基于以上所述,本申请提供一种车灯光学元件及车辆前照灯,结构简单、体积小、安装便捷,同时光学系统精度可以得到大幅提升。
一种车灯光学元件,包括依次连接且一体成型的入光部、通光部及出光部,所述入光部被配置为将光源的光线聚射至所述通光部上,所述通光部的纵截面面积沿光轴方向逐渐增大,所述出光部朝向远离所述入光部的方向凸设且被配置为折射经所述通光部射出的光线,其中,所述通光部的纵截面为与所述光轴垂直的面。
所述入光部朝向远离所述通光部的方向凸设。
所述入光部上具有入光面,所述入光面为朝向远离所述通光部的方向凸设的弧状面。
所述入光面包括聚光杯,所述聚光杯远离所述通光部的一面为平面,或者所述聚光杯远离所述通光部的一面设有凹槽且所述凹槽内设有向远离所述通光部方向设置的凸起。
所述入光部的个数为至少两个,且所述至少两个入光部呈行列排布,每个所述入光部设置为正对一个所述光源。
所述通光部的纵截面为矩形,且所述通光部上除与所述入光部和所述出光部相连的端面之外的四个侧面均为斜面。

一种车辆前照灯,包括以上任一方案所述的车灯光学元件,还包括电路板及散热器,所述车灯光学元件设置在所述电路板的一侧,所述散热器安装在所述电路板的另一侧,所述电路板上设有光源,所述光源正对所述入光部设置。
本申请提供的车灯光学元件,通过将相关技术的初级光学元件和次级光学元件一体化设置,省去一个光学元件,车灯光学元件结构简单、体积小,且安装时仅需要一次安装即可,避免了二次安装误差,提高了车灯光学元件的整体安装精度和光学系统精度,能够得到理想的车灯光形。

在本申请的描述中,需要说明的是,在未作相反说明的情况下,使用的方位词,如“中心”、“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“内”、“外”“前”“后”等指示的方位或位置关系是基于本申请的车灯光学元件安装到车辆上后,按照车辆的正常行驶状态下的方位所指示的方位或位置关系。。此外,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性。其中,术语“第一位置”和“第二位置”为两个不同的位置。
在本申请的描述中,需要说明的是,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以具体情况理解上述术语在本申请中的具体含义。
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本申请中的技术方案详细描述。
如图1至图8所示,一种用于车灯的车灯光学元件1包括依次连接且一体成型的入光部11、通光部12及出光部13,入光部11被配置为能够将光源21的光线聚射至通光部12上,通光部12纵截面面积沿光轴方向逐渐增大,出光部13朝向远离入光部11的方向凸设且被配置为能够折射经通光部12射出的光线。
本申请中,光轴为经过出光部13的焦点沿车灯光学元件1的前后方向延伸的轴线,光轴方向定义为沿光轴且由入光部11指向出光部13的方向;纵截面定义为垂直于光轴的平面
本实施例的车灯光学元件1为透明的塑料车灯光学元件,该塑料车灯光学元件的材料为聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(polymethyl methacrylate,简称PMMA)或者聚碳酸酯(Polycarbonate,简称PC)。本申请的其他实施例中,该车灯光学元件1还可以为硅胶车灯光学元件或玻璃车灯光学元件,车灯光学元件1的材料具体根据实际需要选择设置。
入光部11朝向远离所述通光部12的方向凸设,入光部11上具有入光面111,所述入光面111为朝向远离所述通光部12的方向凸设的弧状面。具体地,如图1至图3所示,本实施例的入光部11为曲面入光部,相应的,入光面111为弧状面,入光部11的个数为五个,五个入光部11依次连接成一排,每个入光部11正对一个光源21设置。本申请的其他实施例中,入光部11的个数并不限于本实施例的五个,还可以为除五个之外的其他个数,入光部11的分布也并不限于本实施例的一排,还可以为至少两排,具体根据实际需要设置。在一实施例中,每个入光部11可以正对一个光源21设置。
本实施例提供的车灯光学元件1,通过将相关技术的初级光学元件和次级光学元件一体设置,省去一个光学元件,结构简单、体积减小,安装时,仅需要一次安装即可,避免了二次安装误差,提高了车灯光学元件1的整体安装精度和光学系统精度,能够得到理想的车灯光形。
本实施例的通光部12的纵截面为矩形,该通光部12上除与入光部11和出光部13相连的端面之外的四个侧面均为斜面,且倾斜方向使通光部12的纵截面面积沿光轴方向逐渐增大,以使更多的光线经通光部12射入出光部13,提高光线的利用率,进而符合车灯光形要求。
如图2所示,本实施例的出光部13包括第一出光部131和第二出光部132,第一出光部131的一端面与通光部12连接,第一出光部131的另一端面与第二出光部132连接,第一出光部131的另一端面作为出光面且为平面,第二出光部132远离第一出光部131的端面作为出光面且为曲面。第一出光部131上除与通光部12和第二出光部132相连的两个端面之外的四个侧面均为斜面,第一 出光部131的纵截面为矩形,且斜面的倾斜方向使第一出光部131的纵截面面积沿光轴方向逐渐减小,以将射至第一出光部侧面的光线向靠近光轴的方向汇聚,以符合车灯光形要求。第二出光部132的出光面为朝向远离入光面111的方向凸设的曲面部且被配置为将通光部12射出的光线折射。为了满足实际需求,第一出光部131任一纵截面的宽度大于所述纵截面的高度,其中第一出光部131纵截面的宽度即为矩形的长,第一出光部131纵截面的高度即为矩形的宽,使该第一出光部131构成窄长形的外观造型,满足小型车灯模组以及小开口透镜出光面的市场需求,矩形纵截面的长和宽的比值为2.5。其他实施例中,矩形的长和宽的比值还可以为除本实施例的2.5且大于1的任一数值,具体根据实际需要设置。
如图4所示,本申请另一实施例所提供的用于车灯的车灯光学元件,其中,入光部11还可以为聚光杯,聚光杯的远离通光部12的一面设有凹槽,且凹槽内设有向远离通光部12方向设置的凸起,从而更好地汇聚光线。虽然这种聚光杯的聚光效果较好,但是由于这种聚光杯结构复杂、加工难度大,应用较少。在其他实施例中,该聚光杯的远离通光部12的一面还可以为平面状,以平面的入光面111来接收光源21的光线并将光线汇聚至通光部12上。
为了使该车灯光学元件1形成近光或辅助近光,如图5所示,通光部12的下部开设有倾斜槽121,倾斜槽121沿光轴方向设置。具体地,该倾斜槽121为尖槽,倾斜槽121的壁面包括靠近入光部11的倾斜面1211和靠近出光部13的竖直面1212,倾斜面1211沿光轴方向向靠近通光部12的上部方向倾斜,倾斜面1211为全反射面,且被配置为将射至倾斜面1211上的光线进行全反射。这种由倾斜面1211和竖直面1212围成的倾斜槽121,加工工艺简单。倾斜面1211与竖直面1212的相交线的形状与近光截止线的形状相匹配,使得射入通光部12的光线经该相交线截止后再由出光部13射出,形成近光截止线。其他实施例中,还可以将倾斜槽121靠近出光部13的壁面设计为倾斜面,具体结构根据实际需要设置。
为了使该车灯光学元件1形成远光或辅助远光,倾斜槽121还可以开设于通光部12的上部,倾斜槽121沿光轴方向设置。具体地,该倾斜槽121为尖槽,倾斜槽121的壁面包括靠近入光部11的倾斜面1211和靠近出光部13的竖直面1212,倾斜面1211沿光轴方向向靠近通光部12的下部方向倾斜,倾斜面1211 被配置为将射至倾斜面1211上的光线进行全反射。同样地,倾斜面1211与竖直面1212的相交线的形状与远光截止线的形状相匹配,使得射入通光部12的光线经该相交线截止后再由出光部13射出,形成远光截止线。当然,由于车灯光学元件1本身能够形成远光或辅助远光,因此远光截止线也可不设,即通光部12上部的倾斜槽121也可以不用设置。
在其他具体实施例中,通光部12与所述出光部13连接处的纵截面的高度小于出光部13与通光部12连接处的纵截面的高度,即在通光部12的上表面或者下表面设有全反射面1221,如图6所示,全反射面1221设于通光部12的上表面时,该车灯光学元件1形成远光或辅助远光,全反射面1221设于通光部12的下表面时,该车灯光学元件1形成近光或辅助近光。全反射面1221和出光部13上凸出于通光部12的壁面形成台阶部122,且两者的相交线的形状与截止线的形状相匹配,全反射面1221被配置为使射至全反射面1221的光线发生全反射。
上述截止线为车灯相关法规中定义的明暗截止线,根据《GB 4599-2007——汽车用灯丝灯泡前照灯》定义:明暗截止线为光束投射到配光屏幕上,目视感觉到的明暗显著变化的分界线。所述相交线的形状可根据明暗截止线的不同进行不同的设置。在车灯光学元件1上增设的倾斜槽121或台阶部122能够替代相关技术中的独立于车灯光学元件1设置的遮光板,与相关技术相比,本申请的车灯光学元件1的结构更加简单。
本实施例还提供一种车辆前照灯,如图7和图8所示,该车灯包括本实施例所述的车灯光学元件1、电路板2及散热器3,车灯光学元件1通过安装架(图中未示出)安装在电路板2的一侧,散热器3安装在电路板2的另一侧,散热器3用于将电路板2所产生的热量散发出去,电路板2上设有光源21,光源21正对入光面111设置。

  1. 一种车灯光学元件,包括依次连接且一体成型的入光部(11)、通光部(12)及出光部(13),所述入光部(11)被配置为将光源(21)的光线聚射至所述通光部(12)上,所述通光部(12)的纵截面面积沿光轴方向逐渐增大,所述出光部(13)朝向远离所述入光部(11)的方向凸设且被配置为折射经所述通光部(12)射出的光线,其中,所述通光部(12)的纵截面为与所述光轴垂直的面。

  8. 根据权利要求7所述的车灯光学元件,其中,所述第一出光部(131) 除两个端面之外的四个侧面均为斜面,所述第一出光部(131)的与所述光轴垂直的纵截面为矩形,且所述第一出光部(131)的纵截面面积沿所述光轴方向逐渐减小。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的车灯光学元件,其中,所述第二出光部(132)的上侧面和下侧面均为斜面,且所述第一出光部(131)上侧面的倾斜角度与所述第二出光部(132)的上侧面倾斜角度相同,所述第一出光部(131)下侧面的倾斜角度与所述第二出光部(132)的下侧面倾斜角度相同。
  10. 根据权利要求7、8或9所述的车灯光学元件,其中,所述第一出光部(131)的任一纵截面的宽度大于所述纵截面高度。
  11. 根据权利要求1至10任一项所述的车灯光学元件,其中,所述通光部(12)的上部或者下部开设有倾斜槽(121),所述倾斜槽(121)包括靠近所述入光部(11)的倾斜面(1211)和靠近所述出光部(13)的竖直面(1212),所述倾斜面(1211)和所述竖直面(1212)的相交线的形状与灯光截止线的形状相匹配,所述倾斜面(1211)沿所述光轴方向向靠近所述通光部(12)的下部或者上部方向倾斜,以使射至所述倾斜面(1211)的光线发生全反射。
  12. 根据权利要求1至10任一项所述的车灯光学元件,其中,所述通光部(12)与所述出光部(13)相连的纵截面的高度小于所述出光部(13)与所述通光部(12)相连的纵截面的高度,所述通光部(12)的上表面或者下表面设有全反射面(1221),所述全反射面(1221)和所述出光部(13)上凸出于所述通光部(12)的竖直壁面形成台阶部(122),且所述全反射面(1221)和所述竖直壁面的相交线的形状与灯光截止线的形状相匹配,所述全反射面(1221)被配置为使射至所述全反射面(1221)的光线发生全反射。
  13. 一种车辆前照灯,包括如权利要求1至12任一项所述的车灯光学元件(1),还包括电路板(2)及散热器(3),所述车灯光学元件(1)设置在所述电路板(2)的一侧,所述散热器(3)安装在所述电路板(2)的另一侧,所述电路板(2)上设有光源(21),所述光源(21)正对所述入光部(11)设置。
