Abstract

本发明涉及一种基于倒装LED白光芯片的矩阵车灯系统。系统包括大透镜、发光组件以及散热器,所述发光组件与散热器紧密连接,安装在大透镜内,发光组件包括倒装LED白光芯片、铜基板、反光罩、导光柱以及外壳;所述倒装LED白光芯片、铜基板、反光罩、导光柱均设置在外壳内,铜基板上固定若干倒装LED白光芯片,每个倒装LED白光芯片均对应设置一个反光罩,每个倒装LED白光芯片的上方对应设置一个导光柱,若干个导光柱通过顶部的硅胶连接在一起,铜基板底部与散热器连接;外壳的下表面与铜基板的下表面齐平,外壳的上表面通过设置在导光柱顶部的边缘硅胶固定。本系统结构简单,照明效果好,同时对光源输出光通量利用效率高。

Description

一种基于倒装LED白光芯片的矩阵车灯系统
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车照明技术领域,具体涉及一种使用大发光角度倒装LED白光芯片的矩阵车灯系统。
技术背景
随着我国社会与经济的发展,汽车已经广泛普及并走进了千家万户,不再是奢侈的代名词。我国不仅汽车销量量连续多年位居全球汽车销量的首位,而且汽车保有数也在逐年持续激增。汽车数量的增加自然而然的造成了交通事故的频发,而夜间发生交通事故的概率是白天的1.5倍。对于夜间驾驶而言,汽车照明系统尤其是前照灯的重要性不言而喻。一个优秀的汽车前照灯不仅要为驾驶员提供宽广的视觉范围和良好的视觉条件,而且还要尽可能少的影响其他道路参与者,不使对向道路参与者产生眩目。
汽车前照灯分为近光灯与远光灯,主要是远光灯会造成对向道路参与者的眩目,在汽车高速行驶中,短暂的眩目就有可能导致驾驶员失去对汽车的控制,进而发生不可预知的危险。矩阵式LED远光灯光源由多颗LED组成,这些LED排成一个简单的阵列图形。每颗LED可以单独亮灭并且负责照亮前方的一部分空间区域,全部LED发射出的光线正好充满汽车前方的整个区域。在汽车夜间行驶中,当对向区域出现行人或车辆时,矩阵式LED前照灯可以熄灭对应区域的LED,以避免行人或对向驾驶员的眩目。而且,矩阵式LED远光灯可以提供更高的亮度、更远的照明距离和更宽的照明范围。
目前市面上存在大量的大发光角度的LED,它们在功率、性能、效率等方面存在着明显的优势。特别是倒装LED白光芯片,其具有封装结构简单、可靠性高、热阻小方便热管理等优点,但是其发光角度难以在不损失效率的情况下降低。汽车前照灯朝着小体积、“扁平”化的方向发展,矩阵式LED车灯的每颗LED及对LED输出光线整形配光的光学系统的体积势必不能太大,因此矩阵式LED车灯在不增加光学部件体积的前提下难以对大发光角度LED发出的光线进行高效的利用。而对光源的利用效率低势必会通过增加光源功率以满足足够的亮度,进而增加散热器的体积及热管理的难度。
目前可以检索到多项LED车灯专利,但是其中内容多集中与使用LED光源替代传统的卤素灯或者氙气灯,而未探讨矩阵车灯,比如CN107975753A所述内容。CN107975757A所述车灯虽然使用多颗LED,但是不能对每颗LED单独控制亮灭。
发明内容
针对上述已有技术存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种基于倒装LED白光芯片的矩阵车灯系统。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种基于倒装LED白光芯片的矩阵车灯系统,所述系统包括大透镜、发光组件以及散热器,所述发光组件与散热器紧密连接,安装在大透镜内,所述发光组件包括倒装LED白光芯片、铜基板、反光罩、导光柱以及外壳;所述倒装LED白光芯片、铜基板、反光罩、导光柱均设置在外壳内,所述铜基板上固定若干倒装LED白光芯片,每个倒装LED白光芯片均对应设置一个反光罩,每个倒装LED白光芯片的上方对应设置一个导光柱,若干个导光柱通过顶部的硅胶连接在一起,所述铜基板底部与散热器连接;所述外壳的下表面与铜基板的下表面齐平,所述外壳的上表面通过设置在导光柱顶部的边缘硅胶固定。
上述倒装LED白光芯片直接焊接于铜基板上,铜基板附有电路层,能够单独控制每颗倒装LED白光芯片的亮灭。
上述反光罩呈碗状结构,所述倒装LED白光芯片位于反光罩中心,反光罩能够收拢大发光角度倒装LED白光芯片发出的光线。
上述散热器为翅片式散热器,每排倒装LED白光芯片的正下方对应有一条翅片,散热器翅片方向垂直与地面,在汽车行驶中方便气流流动。
上述铜基板与散热器的接触面上涂有导热硅脂。
上述铜基板的两边缘向下倾斜,铜基板的两倾斜边缘均附有倒装LED白光芯片,所述外壳、散热器的两边缘设置与铜基板向下倾斜同样的角度。
上述铜基板的两边缘向下倾斜同样的角度,使铜基板呈等腰梯形状。
上述铜基板的两边缘向下倾斜的角度为15-20度。该倾斜设置可以增加弯道照明的范围及亮度。
本发明的有益效果:
提供一种体积小、结构简单、能够高效的使用大发光角度倒装LED白光芯片、散热器结构简单且性能好的矩阵车灯系统,照明效果好,同时对光源输出光通量利用效率高。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本专利作进一步说明。
如图1、图2所示,一种基于倒装LED白光芯片的矩阵车灯系统,所述系统包括大透镜8、发光组件以及散热器1,所述发光组件与散热器1紧密连接,安装在大透镜8内,所述发光组件包括倒装LED白光芯片3、铜基板2、反光罩4、导光柱5以及外壳7;所述倒装LED白光芯片3、铜基板2、反光罩4、导光柱5均设置在外壳7内,所述铜基板2上固定若干倒装LED白光芯片3,每个倒装LED白光芯片3均对应设置一个反光罩4,每个倒装LED白光芯片3的上方对应设置一个导光柱5,若干个导光柱5通过顶部的硅胶连接在一起,所述铜基板2底部与散热器1连接;所述外壳7的下表面与铜基板2的下表面齐平,所述外壳7的上表面通过设置在导光柱5顶部的边缘硅胶6固定。固定于铜基板2的反射罩4能够将收拢对应倒装LED白光芯片3发射出的光线;光线经对应导光柱5整形后可以形成矩形光斑;每个矩形光斑经过大透镜8整形放大后可以照亮前方一部分空间区域,所有矩形光斑可以照亮前方全部区域,达到配光要求。
上述倒装LED白光芯片3直接焊接于铜基板2上,铜基板2附有电路层,能够单独控制每颗倒装LED白光芯片3的亮灭。电路层如图3所示,LED灯珠共阳极连接,阳极连接电源;LED灯珠的阴极分别连接至移位寄存器的不同引脚。ECU通过控制移位寄存器每个引脚的电平的输出进而单独控制LED灯珠的亮灭。,本电路可以根据实际需求控制不同数量的LED,在LED数量有增减变化的情况下,本电路依然适用。图3仅画出部分LED,省略号代表未画出LED。
上述反光罩4呈碗状结构,所述倒装LED白光芯片3位于反光罩4中心,反光罩4能够收拢大发光角度倒装LED白光芯片3发出的光线,提高光源的利用效率。
上述散热器1为翅片式散热器,材质为铝合金,每排倒装LED白光芯片3的正下方对应有一条翅片,散热器翅片方向垂直与地面,在汽车行驶中方便气流流动。
上述铜基板2与散热器1的接触面上涂有导热硅脂。
上述铜基板2的两边缘向下倾斜,铜基板2的两倾斜边缘均附有倒装LED白光芯3,所述外壳7、散热器1的两边缘设置与铜基板2向下倾斜同样的角度。
上述铜基板2的两边缘向下倾斜同样的角度,使铜基板2呈等腰梯形状。
上述铜基板的两边缘向下倾斜的角度为15-20度。该倾斜设置可以增加弯道照明的范围及亮度。
需要说明的是,本系统仅确定大透镜的形状、尺寸及相对于倒装LED白光芯片的位置,未确定大透镜的固定形式,在实际使用中工程技术人员可以根据车灯的整体构造确定大透镜的固定方式。

1.一种基于倒装LED白光芯片的矩阵车灯系统,所述系统包括大透镜、发光组件以及散热器,所述发光组件与散热器紧密连接,安装在大透镜内,其特征在于:所述发光组件包括倒装LED白光芯片、铜基板、反光罩、导光柱以及外壳;所述倒装LED白光芯片、铜基板、反光罩、导光柱均设置在外壳内,所述铜基板上固定若干倒装LED白光芯片,每个倒装LED白光芯片均对应设置一个反光罩,每个倒装LED白光芯片的上方对应设置一个导光柱,若干个导光柱通过顶部的硅胶连接在一起,所述铜基板底部与散热器连接;所述外壳的下表面与铜基板的下表面齐平,所述外壳的上表面通过设置在导光柱顶部的边缘硅胶固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于倒装LED白光芯片的矩阵车灯系统,其特征在于:所述倒装LED白光芯片直接焊接于铜基板上,铜基板附有电路层,能够单独控制每颗倒装LED白光芯片的亮灭。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于倒装LED白光芯片的矩阵车灯系统,其特征在于:所述反光罩呈碗状结构,所述倒装LED白光芯片位于反光罩中心,反光罩能够收拢大发光角度倒装LED白光芯片发出的光线。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于倒装LED白光芯片的矩阵车灯系统,其特征在于:所述散热器为翅片式散热器,每排倒装LED白光芯片的正下方对应有一条翅片,散热器翅片方向垂直与地面,在汽车行驶中方便气流流动。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于倒装LED白光芯片的矩阵车灯系统,其特征在于:所述铜基板与散热器的接触面上涂有导热硅脂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于倒装LED白光芯片的矩阵车灯系统,其特征在于:所述铜基板的两边缘向下倾斜,铜基板的两倾斜边缘均附有倒装LED白光芯片,所述外壳、散热器的两边缘设置与铜基板向下倾斜同样的角度。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种基于倒装LED白光芯片的矩阵车灯系统,其特征在:所述铜基板的两边缘向下倾斜同样的角度,使铜基板呈等腰梯形状。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种基于倒装LED白光芯片的矩阵车灯系统,其特征在:所述铜基板的两边缘向下倾斜的角度为15-20度。
