Claims (7)
- 一側に形成された第1挿入溝を含むホルダと、
前記第1挿入溝に配置されるセンサマグネットと、
前記センサマグネットをカバーするセンサキャップを含み、
前記ホルダは、他側に形成された第2挿入溝を含み、
前記第2挿入溝は、モータの回転軸と結合する役割をして、
前記ホルダは、半径方向に突出したリング状の羽根部を含み、
前記第1挿入溝と前記回転軸が挿入される前記第2挿入溝が軸方向に離隔されており、
前記ホルダと前記センサキャップは、非磁性材質を含み、
前記ホルダは、周方向に形成した凹溝を含み、
前記センサキャップは、前記センサマグネットの一面と対向する底部及び前記ホルダの側面に結合する側部を含み、
前記センサキャップの底面と前記側面との間の連結部分は曲率半径が0.5mm以下であり、
前記第2挿入溝の深さは前記第1挿入溝の深さおよび前記センサマグネットの厚さより大きく、
前記第1挿入溝の深さは前記センサマグネットの厚さより小さく形成されて前記センサキャップの底面は前記センサマグネットの上面と接触し、前記ホルダの上面部と離隔し、
前記羽根部は前記センサマグネットより下部に配置される、センサ組立体。 - 前記センサキャップは、前記側部に形成されて前記ホルダと結合する締結部を含む、請求項1に記載のセンサ組立体。
- 前記センサキャップは、前記底部に形成される複数個の突起を含む、請求項1に記載のセンサ組立体。
- 前記センサキャップは、前記底部の中央に形成される中央孔、前記底部の外側に形成される複数個のサブ孔を含む、請求項1に記載のセンサ組立体。
- ハウジングと、
前記ハウジングに配置されるステータと、
前記ステータの内部に配置されるロータと、
前記ロータと一体に回転する回転軸と、
請求項1~4のいずれか一項によるセンサ組立体と、を含む、モータ。 - 前記センサマグネットの回転をセンシングする検出部を含む、請求項5に記載のモータ。
- 前記検出部は、前記センサキャップの底部と対向する磁気素子及び前記磁気素子が配置される印刷回路基板を含む、請求項6に記載のモータ。
