また、本発明の他のはんだ付け方法は、ステンレス製の金属端子におけるはんだ付け箇所に電線の先端をはんだ付けするはんだ付け方法であって、前記はんだ付け箇所の周囲に、当該はんだ付け箇所にフラックスと共に溶融状態で供給される前記はんだ及び前記フラックスを、当該はんだ付け箇所に留めるために堰き止める堰き止め構造を形成する堰き止め構造形成工程と、前記はんだ付け箇所に前記電線の前記先端を、はんだ付け可能な状態にセットする電線セット工程と、前記はんだ付け箇所に前記はんだを溶融状態で前記フラックスと共に供給して、前記はんだ付け箇所に留められる前記フラックスにより、前記はんだ付け箇所における酸化膜を高い除去効率のもとで除去してはんだ付けを行うはんだ供給工程と、を備えたことを特徴とする。

Claims (9)
- 板状の金属端子におけるはんだ付け箇所に電線の先端をはんだ付けするはんだ付け方法であって、
前記はんだ付け箇所の周囲に、当該はんだ付け箇所にフラックスと共に溶融状態で供給されるはんだを、当該はんだ付け箇所に留めるために堰き止める、前記金属端子の厚みに比べると浅いプール状で前記はんだ付け箇所として平坦な底面を有する堰き止め構造を形成する堰き止め構造形成工程と、
前記はんだ付け箇所に前記電線の前記先端を、はんだ付け可能な状態にセットする電線セット工程と、
前記はんだ付け箇所に前記はんだを溶融状態で前記フラックスと共に供給してはんだ付けを行うはんだ供給工程と、
を備えたことを特徴とするはんだ付け方法。 - 前記堰き止め構造形成工程が、前記金属端子に対するプレス加工により、前記はんだ付け箇所を周囲よりも凹ませて、又は当該はんだ付け箇所の周縁を土手状に盛り上げて、前記堰き止め構造を作り込む工程であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のはんだ付け方法。
- 前記堰き止め構造形成工程が、前記堰き止め構造として、前記はんだ付け箇所を、当該はんだ付け箇所よりも高い壁で囲んだ構造を形成する工程であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のはんだ付け方法。
- 前記堰き止め構造形成工程が、前記堰き止め構造として、前記はんだ付け箇所を囲むように、前記金属端子の厚みに比べると薄いリング状の壁治具を配置する工程であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のはんだ付け方法。
- 板状の金属端子におけるはんだ付け箇所に電線の先端をはんだ付けするはんだ付け構造であって、
前記はんだ付け箇所にフラックスと共に溶融状態で供給されるはんだと、
前記はんだ付け箇所の周囲に形成され、前記フラックスと共に溶融状態で供給される前記はんだを、当該はんだ付け箇所に留めるために堰き止める、前記金属端子の厚みに比べると浅いプール状で前記はんだ付け箇所として平坦な底面を有する堰き止め構造と、
を備えたことを特徴とするはんだ付け構造。 - 前記堰き止め構造が、前記はんだ付け箇所を周囲よりも凹ませて形成された凹部の内周面、又は当該はんだ付け箇所の周縁を盛り上げて形成された土手状の凸部の内周面、若しくは前記はんだ付け箇所を囲むように配置された、前記金属端子の厚みに比べると薄いリング状の壁治具の内周面、を前記はんだ付け箇所よりも高い壁として、当該はんだ付け箇所を当該壁で囲んだ構造であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のはんだ付け構造。
- 前記金属端子が、前記はんだ付け箇所を有する端子本体と、当該端子本体から延出し、その延出方向に対する直交断面の面積が、前記端子本体における前記延出方向に対する直交断面の面積よりも狭い狭小部と、当該狭小部から更に延出して所定の保持構造に保持される被保持部と、を備えていることを特徴とする請求項5又は6に記載のはんだ付け構造。
- 前記狭小部が、前記端子本体から帯状に延出し、その幅方向の寸法が、前記端子本体における前記幅方向の寸法よりも小さい括れ状の部位であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のはんだ付け構造。
- ステンレス製の金属端子におけるはんだ付け箇所に電線の先端をはんだ付けするはんだ付け方法であって、
前記はんだ付け箇所の周囲に、当該はんだ付け箇所にフラックスと共に溶融状態で供給される前記はんだ及び前記フラックスを、当該はんだ付け箇所に留めるために堰き止める堰き止め構造を形成する堰き止め構造形成工程と、
前記はんだ付け箇所に前記電線の前記先端を、はんだ付け可能な状態にセットする電線セット工程と、
前記はんだ付け箇所に前記はんだを溶融状態で前記フラックスと共に供給して、前記はんだ付け箇所に留められる前記フラックスにより、前記はんだ付け箇所における酸化膜を高い除去効率のもとで除去してはんだ付けを行うはんだ供給工程と、
を備えたことを特徴とするはんだ付け方法。
