Description
Claims (15)
- ディスクブレーキを備える車両における残留ブレーキトルクを検出するための装置であって、
前記車両の各ホイールに対して、ブレーキアセンブリの摩擦材料支持部材に組み込まれた少なくとも1つの圧電セラミックセンサを含み、
前記圧電セラミックセンサは、電気回路によって少なくとも1つの電子制御ユニットに接続され、
前記電子制御ユニットは、前記圧電セラミックセンサによって前記ブレーキアセンブリの摩擦材料支持部材から直接検出した信号を信号管理手段を用いて収集及び管理することに専用のものであり、
前記信号管理手段は、少なくとも1つの残留ブレーキトルク表示器を含み、
前記残留ブレーキトルク表示器は、少なくとも1つの通信インターフェースによって、少なくとも1つの専用通信システムを介して少なくとも1つのオンボード車両コンピュータのサービスとやり取りするものであり、
前記信号管理手段は、前記圧電セラミックセンサの測定能力を、前記残留ブレーキトルクを測定するための典型的なブレーキトルク測定範囲まで増加させるものである、車両の残留ブレーキトルク検出装置。 - 前記残留ブレーキトルクの測定は0.1Nm〜30Nmの値の範囲をカバーする、請求項1に記載の車両の残留ブレーキトルク検出装置。
- 前記残留ブレーキトルク表示器は、実際のブレーキトルクを間接的に測定し、この測定時にリアルタイムで定常的な更新を可能にする、請求項1から2のいずれか1項に記載の車両の残留ブレーキトルク検出装置。
- 前記残留ブレーキトルク表示器は、残留ブレーキトルクの存在及びその強度に対応付けられ得る量を測定する、請求項1または2に記載の車両の残留ブレーキトルク検出装置。
- 前記信号管理手段は、前記少なくとも1つの圧電セラミックセンサによって提供される信号の周波数に基づいた分析及び/又は経時的な分析を行う、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の車両の残留ブレーキトルク検出装置。
- 前記信号管理手段は、前記少なくとも1つの圧電セラミックセンサによって提供される信号の周波数スペクトルから始まる前記残留ブレーキトルクを定量的に示す、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の車両の残留ブレーキトルク検出装置。
- 前記信号管理手段は、前記少なくとも1つの圧電セラミックセンサによって提供される信号の周波数スペクトル内の特定のピークの構造を検出し、前記ピークは前記車両の各ホイールの回転の角速度に関係するものである、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の車両の残留ブレーキトルク検出装置。
- 前記信号管理手段は、前記少なくとも1つの圧電セラミックセンサによって提供される信号における経時強度の特定の振動構造を検出し、前記振動は前記車両の各ホイールの回転の角速度に関係するものである、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の車両の残留ブレーキトルク検出装置。
- 前記残留ブレーキトルク表示器に影響し得る電磁両立性(EMC)の寄与をすべて取り除くために、約50Hzにおいて動作するハードウェア又はソフトウェアバンドパスフィルタを備える、請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の車両の残留ブレーキトルク検出装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの圧電セラミックセンサによって伝達されたときに、時間の関数の信号として、又は時間の関数として得られる前記残留ブレーキトルクは、前記残留ブレーキトルクの直接測定用動力計ベンチを用いて較正される、請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の車両の残留ブレーキトルク検出装置。
- 前記電気回路に温度センサが組み込まれている、請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の車両の残留ブレーキトルク検出装置。
- 前記信号管理手段は、少なくとも1つの専用通信システムを介した少なくとも1つのオンボード車両コンピュータのサービスにつながる少なくとも1つの通信インターフェースを伴う少なくとも1つの摩擦材料摩耗表示器を含む、請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載の車両の残留ブレーキトルク検出装置。
- 前記摩擦材料支持部材に、前記電気回路及び前記電子制御ユニットに電気ケーブルによって接続されたコネクタが組み込まれている、請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載の車両の残留ブレーキトルク検出装置。
- 前記摩擦材料支持部材に、前記電気回路に接続されたコネクタが組み込まれ、前記電気回路には、少なくとも1つの専用通信システムによって少なくとも1つの車両オンボードコンピュータと通信するための無線データ送信モジュールが組み込まれている、請求項1から13のいずれか1項に記載の車両の残留ブレーキトルク検出装置。
- ディスクブレーキを備える車両において較正基準動力計ベンチによって残留ブレーキトルクの較正を行うための方法であって、
ディスクからブレーキパッドを分離することによって、パッド信号および前記較正基準動力計ベンチに含まれるバックグラウンドノイズを捕捉して、望ましくない寄与を除去することと、
前記較正基準動力計ベンチを手動で調整することによって、前記残留ブレーキトルクを調整して、その基準値を設定することと、
前記較正基準動力計ベンチから、及び前記パッド信号によって残留ブレーキトルク表示器から、残留ブレーキトルクデータを相互に収集することと、
前記較正基準動力計ベンチ上での前記残留ブレーキトルクの複数の値に対して、残留ブレーキトルクの手動調整および残留ブレーキトルクの相互かつ関連の収集を繰り返すことによって、実験データを較正することと、
実験に基づく較正曲線から得られるデータに修正を加えて分析較正曲線を作成することと、
前記分析較正曲線から分析内容を確認し、前記残留ブレーキトルク表示器の値を実際の残留ブレーキトルクの値に変換することと、を含む残留ブレーキトルク較正方法。
