Description
本特許出願は、2016年1月28日に出願された継続中の米国仮特許出願第62/288,348号の優先権及び出願日の利益を主張する。

Claims (20)
- 髄内配置のために構成される調節可能な長さのインプラントであって:
第1の骨部分に結合されるように構成される第1の端部及び移動骨部分に結合されるように構成される第2の端部であって、前記第1の端部及び前記第2の端部は互いに対して長手方向軸に沿って変位可能である、第1の端部及び第2の端部と、
前記第1の端部及び前記第2の端部を互いに対して前記長手方向軸に沿って変位させるよう非侵襲的に作動されるように構成される駆動要素と;を有する、
調節可能な長さのインプラント;並びに
前記第1の骨部分に結合されるように構成される遠位端部及び第2の骨部分に結合されるように構成される近位端部を有する支持部材であって、前記支持部材は、前記支持部材の前記遠位端部と前記近位端部との間に配置される長手方向に延びるスロットを含み、前記スロットは対向する端部を有し、前記スロットは、細長いアンカーが前記スロットの第1の端部と第2の端部との間で摺動可能であるように、前記細長いアンカーを通すように構成される、支持部材;を有し、
前記支持部材は、前記調節可能な長さのインプラントが前記第1の骨部分及び前記第2の骨部分の両方に対して前記移動骨部分を動かす間に、前記第2の骨部分に対する前記第1の骨部分の位置を維持するように構成される、
