Abstract
Description
Claims (20)
- 인체의 뼈에 고정되며, 상기 인체의 성장에 따라 그 길이가 연장 가능한 본체부,상기 인체 외부에서 상기 본체부가 연장될 길이에 대한 무선 제어 신호를 전송하는 외부 제어부, 그리고상기 인체 내부에 장착되며, 상기 무선 제어 신호에 따라 상기 본체부의 길이를 연장시키는 내부 제어부를 포함하는 교정 장치.
- 제1항에서,상기 본체부는,봉,상기 봉을 일부 수용하고, 상기 봉과 나사 결합되어 있는 회전 부재, 그리고상기 회전 부재를 회전시켜 상기 봉을 상기 회전 부재의 외부로 전진시키는 모터를 포함하는교정 장치.
- 제2항에서,상기 봉 및 상기 회전 부재 각각에는 서로 맞물리는 나사선이 형성되어 있는 교정 장치.
- 제3항에서,상기 봉의 나사선과 상기 회전 부재의 나사선은 서로 자동 고정(self-locking)되어, 상기 모터가 동작하지 않을 때에는 움직이지 않는 교정 장치.
- 제2항에서,상기 본체부는,상기 회전 부재 및 상기 모터와 연결되어 있으며, 상기 모터로부터의 회전력을 상기 회전 부재에 전달하는 내부 케이스를 더 포함하는 교정 장치.
- 제5항에서,상기 본체부는,상기 모터를 수용하는 제1 케이스, 그리고상기 내부 케이스, 상기 회전 부재 및 상기 봉의 일부를 수용하는 제2 케이스를 더 포함하는교정 장치.
- 제6항에서,상기 내부 케이스에 장착되어 있는 지지 부재를 더 포함하는 교정 장치.
- 제7항에서,상기 제2 케이스는 길이 방향에 수직하도록 내부에 형성되어 있는 벽을 포함하고,상기 지지 부재는 스러스트 베어링(thrust bearing)을 포함하고,상기 스러스트 베어링은 상기 벽에 접촉하는교정 장치.
- 제6항에서,상기 봉에는 복수의 오목부가 형성되어 있으며,상기 제2 케이스와 상기 봉 사이를 막으며, 상기 오목부에 대응되는 복수의 볼록부를 포함하는 마개를 더 포함하는교정 장치.
- 제1항에서,상기 외부 제어부는,상기 본체부의 연장 길이가 입력되는 키 패드,상기 키 패드에 입력된 상기 연장 길이를 표시하는 표시부,상기 연장 길이를 상기 무선 제어 신호로 변환하는 제1 마이크로콘트롤러, 그리고상기 제1 마이크로콘트롤러로부터의 상기 무선 제어 신호를 상기 내부 제어부로 전송하는 제1 송신부를 포함하는교정 장치.
- 제10항에서,상기 내부 제어부는,상기 무선 제어 신호를 수신하는 제1 수신부, 그리고상기 제1 수신부로부터의 수신 신호를 처리하여 상기 본체부의 길이를 연장시키는 출력 제어 신호를 출력하는 제2 마이크로콘트롤러를 포함하는교정 장치.
- 제11항에서,상기 내부 제어부는,상기 본체부가 실제 연장된 길이를 상기 외부 제어부에게 전송하는 제2 송신부를 더 포함하는교정 장치.
- 제12항에서,상기 내부 제어부는 전원을 켜거나 끄는 스위치를 더 포함하며, 상기 스위치는 외부 자기장에 의하여 조절되는 교정 장치.
- 제12항에서,상기 외부 제어부는,상기 본체부의 실제 연장된 길이를 수신하여 상기 제1 마이크로콘트롤러에 전달하는 제2 수신부를 더 포함하고,상기 표시부는 상기 실제 연장 길이를 표시하는교정 장치.
- 제12항에서,상기 내부 제어부는,상기 출력 제어 신호에 따라 상기 본체부에 동력을 제공하는 구동부를 더 포함하는교정 장치.
- 제15항에서,상기 구동부는 제1 코일을 포함하며,상기 제1 코일에 자기장을 유도하는 제2 코일을 포함하는 구동 제어부를 더 포함하는교정 장치.
- 제2항에서,상기 봉의 연장 길이를 측정하는 센서를 더 포함하는 교정 장치.
- 제2항에서,상기 모터의 회전 수를 측정하는 센서를 더 포함하는 교정 장치.
- 인체의 뼈에 고정되는 교정 장치로서,봉,상기 봉을 일부 수용하면서 상기 봉과 나사 결합되어 있는 회전 부재, 그리고외부로부터의 무선 제어 신호에 따라 동작하여 상기 회전 부재를 회전시켜 상기 봉을 상기 회전 부재의 외부로 전진시키는 모터를 포함하는 교정 장치.
- 제19항에서,상기 회전 부재 및 상기 모터와 연결되어 있으며, 상기 모터로부터의 회전력을 상기 회전 부재에 전달하는 내부 케이스,상기 모터를 수용하는 제1 케이스, 그리고상기 내부 케이스, 상기 회전 부재 및 상기 봉의 일부를 수용하며, 길이 방향에 수직하도록 내부에 형성되어 있는 벽을 포함하는 제2 케이스,상기 내부 케이스에 장착되어 있는 스러스트 베어링을 더 포함하고,상기 스러스트 베어링은 상기 벽에 접촉하는교정 장치.
