Description
エチルアセテート30%(wt)を反応器に入れ、沸騰するまで加熱して30分間保持し、n−ブチルアクリレート(BA)53.9%(wt)、アクリル酸(AA)3.5%(wt)、アクリロイルオキシアセトフェノン3.5%(wt)、N−ビニルピロリドン(NVP)1.4%(wt)、C17アクリレート(BASF製)3.5%(wt)、及び開始剤としてベンゾトリアゾール−1−イル−オキシ−トリス(ジメチルアミノ)ホスホニウムヘキサフルオロホスフェート(BOP)3.5%(wt)を混合し、上記混合物を上記反応器に滴下添加し、保護するために、上記反応器を窒素で満たし、1時間以内に滴下添加を完了した。滴定が完了し後、4時間加熱し続け、4時間目に酸化防止剤Irganox1010 0.7%(wt)を添加し、加熱状態を保持しながら、溶媒(すなわち、エチルアセテート)が完全に分離するまで上記反応器を真空にし、上記溶媒を除去して溶媒のないホットメルト感圧性接着剤を得た。
高分子(A)の製造:エチルアセテート30%(wt)を反応器に入れ、沸騰するまで加熱して30分間保持し、n−ブチルアクリレート(BA)63%(wt)、アクリル酸(AA)3.5%(wt)、及びベンゾトリアゾール−1−イル−オキシ−トリス(ジメチルアミノ)ホスホニウムヘキサフルオロホスフェート(BOP)3.5%(wt)を混合し、上記反応器に上記混合物を滴下添加し、保護するために、上記反応器を窒素で満たし、1時間以内に上記滴下添加を完了した。滴定が完了した後、4時間加熱し続け、4時間目に加熱状態を保持しながら、上記反応器を真空にし、後で用いるために、高分子(A)を排出した。
実施例1の95%(wt)及び水素添加石油樹脂Regalite(登録商標)1090(Eastman、USA)5%(wt)を130℃に加熱し、完全に攪拌して均一に混合して、製品を製造し、実施例1と同様の方法を用いて耐高温性PVC粘着テープを得た。
アクリレート共重合体エマルジョンの合成:
(1)全モノマーの処方〔イソオクチルアクリレート(2−EHA)20g、ブチルアクリレート(BA)50g、ジブチルマレエート(DBM)60g、メチルメタクリレート(MMA)50g、ヒドロキシエチルアクリレート(HEA)7.5g、アクリル酸(AA)4.5g及びN−ヒドロキシメチルアクリルアミド(N−MAM)8.0g〕をそれぞれ混合してプレエマルジョンを製造するために、二つの成分、すなわち成分Aと成分Bとに分け、ここで、成分Aは、50gのBA、50gのMMA、4.5gのHEA、2.8gのAA、及び8.0gのN−MAMを含み、成分Bは、20gの2−HEA、60gのDBM、3.0gのHEA、及び1.7gのAAを含む。
エチルアセテート30%(wt)を反応器に入れ、沸騰するまで加熱して30分間保持し、n−ブチルアクリレート(BA)58.9%(wt)、アクリル酸(AA)3.5%(wt)、アクリロイルオキシアセトフェノン3.5%(wt)、及び触媒としてベンゾトリアゾール−1−イル−オキシ−トリス(ジメチルアミノ)ホスホニウムヘキサフルオロホスフェート(BOP)3.5%(wt)を混合し、上記反応器に上記混合物を滴下添加し、保護するために、上記反応器を窒素で満たし、1時間以内に滴下添加を完了した。上記滴定が完了し後、4時間加熱し続け、4時間目に酸化防止剤Irganox1010 0.7%(wt)を添加し、加熱状態を保持しながら、上記溶媒が完全に分離するまで上記反応器を真空にした。
Claims (5)
- ビニルモノマー、官能性モノマー、軟質モノマー、及び光開始剤を含むポリマーと、重合開始剤と、酸化防止剤とを主成分として含む組成物であって、
前記ビニルモノマーは、n−ブチルアクリレート、2−エチルヘキシルアクリレート、n−オクチルアクリレート、イソボルニルアクリレート、n−ドデシルアクリレート、n−ブチルメタクリレート、2−エチルヘキシルメタクリレート、及びn−オクチルメタクリレートからなる群から選択される1つ以上を含み、
前記ビニルモノマーの量は前記組成物の総量の40〜65%であり、
前記官能性モノマーは、N−ビニルピロリドンであり、
前記官能性モノマーの量は前記組成物の総量の2〜10%であり、
前記軟質モノマーは、ヘプタデシルアクリレートまたはヘプタデシルメタクリレートであり、
前記軟質モノマーの量は前記組成物の総量の5〜15%であり、
前記光開始剤は、アセトフェノン又はベンゾフェノン誘導体と、メタクリロイルオキシ基又はアクリロイルオキシ基を有する化合物とを含み、
前記光開始剤の量は前記組成物の総量の2〜10%であり、
前記重合開始剤は、アゾ化合物と、アシルペルオキシドと、アルキルペルオキシドとを含むか、あるいは、前記重合開始剤は、ベンゾトリアゾール−1−イル−オキシ−トリス(ジメチルアミノ)ホスホニウムヘキサフルオロホスフェートであり、
前記アゾ化合物は、2,2−アゾビスイソブチロニトリルであり、
前記アシルペルオキシドは、ベンゾイルペルオキシド、ジデカノイルペルオキシドまたはイソノナノイルペルオキシドであり、
前記重合開始剤の量は前記組成物の総量の1〜10%である、
PVC絶縁粘着テープに用いられるUV架橋性ホットメルト感圧性接着剤用の組成物。 - 一つ以上の光開始剤とアクリレートモノマーとの共重合体をさらに含むか、又は一つ以上の光開始剤を含むオリゴマーとアクリレート高分子との混合物をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 粘着性樹脂をさらに含み、前記粘着性樹脂は、ロジン樹脂、テルペン樹脂、石油樹脂、及び対応する水素化又はエステル化改質された樹脂からなる群から選ばれる一つ以上を含み、上記粘着性樹脂の量は、総量の2〜20%である、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 上記酸化防止剤は、芳香族酸化防止剤、ヒンダードフェノール系酸化防止剤又は二次酸化防止剤であり、その量は、総量の0.5〜1.5%である、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 上記酸化防止剤は、ジアニリン、p−ジアニリン、又はペンタエリスリトールテトラキス(3−(3,5−ジ−tert−ブチル−4−ヒドロキシフェニル)プロピオネート)である、請求項4に記載の組成物。
