本发明涉及压敏胶领域,具体涉及一种可剥离聚丙烯酸酯压敏胶及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前,聚丙烯酸酯压敏胶已经得到了广泛的应用,但市场上所使用的压敏胶品种各异,使用领域也各 不相同;针对现有使用的压敏胶,压敏胶的原材料种类多样,具备的功能也各不相同;现有的压敏胶使用 时往往容易被氧化,使得压敏胶的老化加快,降低了使用寿命,提高了生产成本。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案为:一种可剥离聚丙烯酸酯压敏胶,由以下质量份的原 料组成:软单体30-60份、功能单体5-10份、硬单体10-25份、导热填料30-50份、交联剂5-10份、增粘 剂5-15份、防老剂0.1-2.0份、乳化剂1-3份以及溶剂20-40份。
优选地,所述软单体为丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸异辛酯、丙烯酸羟丙酯中的一种或多种的混 合物。
优选地,所述功能性单体为丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸、丙烯酸羟乙酯、丙烯酸羟丙酯、甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯、 丙烯酰胺中的一种或多种的混合物。

一种可剥离聚丙烯酸酯压敏胶的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将软单体缓慢升温至70℃至90℃之间;再将硬单体、导热填料、交联剂、防老剂、乳化剂充分搅拌 均匀的混合物缓慢滴入软单体中,2小时内滴完,之后继续回流反应3小时;降温至50℃,加入增粘剂、 溶剂,保温2小时后出料,涂布制品后加热到130-140℃并保温1-2分钟。
采用以上方案后,本发明具有如下优点:本发明所提供的的可剥离聚丙烯酸酯压敏胶由软单体、功 能单体、硬单体、导热填料、交联剂、增粘剂、防老剂、乳化剂以及溶剂组成,由于各组分的引入,使得 本发明压敏胶具有粘性好、抗氧化性强、抗剥离性能强、热导率好的特点。

一种可剥离聚丙烯酸酯压敏胶,其特征在于,由以下质量份的原料组成:软单体30份、功能单体5 份、硬单体10份、导热填料30份、交联剂5份、增粘剂5份、防老剂0.1份、乳化剂1份以及溶剂20份。
所述软单体为丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸异辛酯、丙烯酸羟丙酯中的一种或多种的混合物。

所述交联剂为异氰酸酯类交联剂、环氧类交联剂中的一种。
所述增粘剂为环氧树脂、聚合松香、甘油松香酯中的一种。
所述乳化剂为阴离子型乳化剂或/和非离子型乳化剂。
所述溶剂为乙酸乙酯、甲苯、二甲苯、丁酮、甲醇、乙醚中的一种。
一种可剥离聚丙烯酸酯压敏胶的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将软单体缓慢升温至70℃至90℃之间;再将硬单体、导热填料、交联剂、防老剂、乳化剂充分搅拌 均匀的混合物缓慢滴入软单体中,2小时内滴完,之后继续回流反应3小时;降温至50℃,加入增粘剂、 溶剂,保温2小时后出料,涂布制品后加热到130-140℃并保温1-2分钟。
实施例二
一种可剥离聚丙烯酸酯压敏胶,由以下质量份的原料组成:软单体60份、功能单体10份、硬单体25 份、导热填料50份、交联剂10份、增粘剂15份、防老剂.0份、乳化剂3份以及溶剂40份。
所述软单体为丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸异辛酯、丙烯酸羟丙酯中的一种或多种的混合物。
所述功能性单体为丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸、丙烯酸羟乙酯、丙烯酸羟丙酯、甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯、丙烯酰 胺中的一种或多种的混合物。
所述硬单体为甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸甲酯、苯乙烯、乙酸乙烯酯、丙烯酸、丙烯腈中的一种或多种 的混合物。
所述所述导热填料为导电炭黑、导电石墨粉中的一种或两种的混合物。
所述交联剂为异氰酸酯类交联剂、环氧类交联剂中的一种。

一种可剥离聚丙烯酸酯压敏胶,其特征在于,由以下质量份的原料组成:软单体45份、功能单体8 份、硬单体17份、导热填料40份、交联剂8份、增粘剂10份、防老剂1份、乳化剂2份以及溶剂30份。
所述软单体为丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸异辛酯、丙烯酸羟丙酯中的一种或多种的混合物。
所述功能性单体为丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸、丙烯酸羟乙酯、丙烯酸羟丙酯、甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯、丙烯酰 胺中的一种或多种的混合物。
所述硬单体为甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸甲酯、苯乙烯、乙酸乙烯酯、丙烯酸、丙烯腈中的一种或多种 的混合物。
所述所述导热填料为导电炭黑、导电石墨粉中的一种或两种的混合物。
所述交联剂为异氰酸酯类交联剂、环氧类交联剂中的一种。

一、性能测试
(1)将上述实施例1-3按照标准GB2792-81测试剥离强度、按照标准GB4851-84测试持粘性、按照 GB4852-2002(滚球法)测试初粘性进行性能测试,测试结果见表1,对照样为市场上销售的同类产品。

由表1可知,采用本发明制备的压敏胶的剥离强度和持粘性能均有较大改善,在使用过程中不会发生 脱胶的问题。
2、根据检测方法GB/T 2792-2014测试剥离强度、按照检测方法GB/T 4851-84测试持粘性能、按照检 测标准GB/T 4852-2002(滚球法)测试初粘性能,测试结果如下:

从测试结果可以看出,本发明的保护胶带的初粘性能比一般胶带要高2~3个球号数,以及持粘性能均 大于24小时,说明在包装应用时能够很好的包扎物品并长时间保持粘合状态,而180°剥离强度在 16N/25mm左右,属于可剥离胶粘性剥离强度,能够在卸下包装时轻易撕下。

Claims (10)
1.一种可剥离聚丙烯酸酯压敏胶,其特征在于,由以下质量份的原料组成:软单体30-60份、功能单体5-10份、硬单体10-25份、导热填料30-50份、交联剂5-10份、增粘剂5-15份、防老剂0.1-2.0份、乳化剂1-3份以及溶剂20-40份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可剥离聚丙烯酸酯压敏胶,其特征在于,所述软单体为丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸异辛酯、丙烯酸羟丙酯中的一种或多种的混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种可剥离聚丙烯酸酯压敏胶,其特征在于,所述功能性单体为丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸、丙烯酸羟乙酯、丙烯酸羟丙酯、甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯、丙烯酰胺中的一种或多种的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种可剥离聚丙烯酸酯压敏胶,其特征在于,所述硬单体为甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸甲酯、苯乙烯、乙酸乙烯酯、丙烯酸、丙烯腈中的一种或多种的混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种可剥离聚丙烯酸酯压敏胶,其特征在于,所述所述导热填料为导电炭黑、导电石墨粉中的一种或两种的混合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种可剥离聚丙烯酸酯压敏胶,其特征在于,所述交联剂为异氰酸酯类交联剂、环氧类交联剂中的一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种可剥离聚丙烯酸酯压敏胶,其特征在于,所述增粘剂为环氧树脂、聚合松香、甘油松香酯中的一种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种可剥离聚丙烯酸酯压敏胶,其特征在于,所述乳化剂为阴离子型乳化剂或/和非离子型乳化剂。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种可剥离聚丙烯酸酯压敏胶,其特征在于,所述溶剂为乙酸乙酯、甲苯、二甲苯、丁酮、甲醇、乙醚中的一种。
10.一种可剥离聚丙烯酸酯压敏胶的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
将软单体缓慢升温至70℃至90℃之间;再将硬单体、导热填料、交联剂、防老剂、乳化剂充分搅拌均匀的混合物缓慢滴入软单体中,2小时内滴完,之后继续回流反应3小时;降温至50℃,加入增粘剂、溶剂,保温2小时后出料,涂布制品后加热到130-140℃并保温1-2分钟。
