Description
前記構造Q+A-のイオン性液体を、99℃以下の温度を有する水蒸気によるストリッピングにかけることを特徴とする。
比較例C1〜C4:薄膜式蒸発器における、イオン性液体の1−エチル−3−メチルイミダゾリイウムジエチルホスフェート(EMIM DEP)の精製
EMIM DEPと水との混合物を幾つか、薄膜式蒸発器で精製した。EMIM DEPは、国際公開第2004/016631号(WO 2004/016631 A1)に記載の反応により、N−メチルイミダゾールとトリエチルホスフェートとを反応させることによって得た。
例C1:5質量%、例C2:10質量%、例C3:15質量%、例C4:20質量%。水の割合を示す質量%は、フィードとしてTFEに供給したEMIM DEP水溶液全体を基準とする。
C1:12%、C2:30%、C3:36%、C4:40%。
ストリッピング実験のため、ガラス製カラム(内径50mm)を使用したのだが、このカラムには、Montz社の繊維製規則充填物(A3-500型)が合計で2m備えられていた。このカラムは、それぞれ長さが1mの2つのセグメントから構成されていた。これら2つのセグメントには、電気補償式加熱器が備えられていた。EMIM DEP(国際公開第2004/016631号(WO 2004/016631 A1)に記載の反応に従って、N−メチルイミダゾールと、トリエチルホスフェートとの反応によって得られる)を、カラムの塔頂に供給し、この際にEMIM DEPからのフィードは、約90℃の温度に予熱した。フィードを経てカラムへと、ストリッピング蒸気が、ストリッピングされる成分により凝縮され、その後カラムから蒸気ドームを経て通過する箇所に、2つのコンデンサが位置していた。
I1:1.3kg/h、I2:2.8kg/h、I3:3.6kg/h、I4:4.8kg/h、I5:5.5kg/h、I6:7.6kg/h。
Claims (10)
- 構造Q+A-のイオン性液体を精製する方法であって、ここでQ+は、1,3−ジアルキルイミダゾリウムイオンであり、A-は、ジアルキルホスフェートイオン、アルキル硫酸イオン、アルキルスルホン酸イオン、アルキルカルボン酸イオン、塩化物イオン、硫酸水素イオン、リン酸二水素イオン、モノアルキルリン酸水素イオン、硝酸イオンから成る群から選択される方法において、
前記構造Q+A-のイオン性液体を、99℃以下の温度を有する水蒸気によるストリッピングにかけることを特徴とする、前記方法。 - 前記構造Q+A-のイオン性液体において、Q+が、1,3−ジアルキルイミダゾリウムイオンであり、ここでアルキル基はそれぞれ独立してC1〜C10アルキル基であり、A-が、ジアルキルホスフェートイオン、ここでアルキル基はそれぞれ独立してC1〜C10アルキル基である、アルキル硫酸イオン、ここでアルキル基はC1〜C10アルキル基である、アルキルスルホン酸イオン、ここでアルキル基はC1〜C10アルキル基である、アルキルカルボン酸イオン、ここでアルキル基はC1〜C10アルキル基である、塩化物イオン、硫酸水素イオン、リン酸二水素イオン、モノアルキルリン酸水素イオン、ここでアルキル基はC1〜C10アルキル基である、及び硝酸イオンから成る群から選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記構造Q+A-のイオン性液体において、Q+が、1,3−ジアルキルイミダゾリウムイオンであり、ここでアルキル基はそれぞれ独立してC1〜C10アルキル基であり、A-が、ジアルキルホスフェートイオン、ここでアルキル基はそれぞれ独立してC1〜C10アルキル基である、アルキル硫酸イオン、ここでアルキル基はC1〜C10アルキル基である、アルキルスルホン酸イオン、ここでアルキル基はC1〜C10アルキル基である、アルキルカルボン酸イオン、ここでアルキル基はC1〜C10アルキル基である、リン酸二水素イオン、モノアルキルリン酸水素イオン、ここでアルキル基はC1〜C10アルキル基である、から成る群から選択される、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記構造Q+A-のイオン性液体において、Q+が、1,3−ジアルキルイミダゾリウムイオンであり、ここでアルキル基はそれぞれ独立して、C1〜C10アルキル基であり、A-が、ジアルキルホスフェートイオンであり、ここでアルキル基はそれぞれ独立して、C1〜C10アルキル基である、請求項3に記載の方法。
- Q+が、1,3−ジメチルイミダゾリウムカチオン、又は1−エチル−3−メチルイミダゾリウムカチオンである、請求項4に記載の方法。
- Q+が、1−エチル−3−メチルイミダゾリウムカチオンである、請求項5に記載の方法。
- A-が、ジエチルホスフェートイオンである、請求項5又は6に記載の方法。
- 前記水蒸気が、10℃〜90℃の範囲の温度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記構造Q+A-のイオン性液体が、使用する水蒸気の温度よりも高い温度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記イオン性液体を少なくとも部分的に、充填材料床に、又は規則充填物に通過させることを特徴とする、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
