また、本発明は以下の構成を採用することもできる。
[1]区画体に設けられた貫通孔に1つまたは複数の貫通物が挿通された区画貫通部の防火構造であって、
前記貫通孔内の前記貫通物の周囲の隙間に、樹脂及び熱膨張性黒鉛を含有する複合材料から形成された発泡成形体が、圧縮された状態で前記隙間を埋めるように配置されている区画貫通部の防火構造。
[2]前記樹脂が、エチレン酢酸ビニル共重合体、ポリエチレン樹脂、ポリエチレンテレフタレート樹脂、ポリプロピレン樹脂、エポキシ樹脂、ポリ塩化ビニル樹脂、アクリル樹脂、アルキド樹脂、ポリスチレン樹脂、シリコーン樹脂、変性シリコーン樹脂、ウレタン樹脂、エポキシ樹脂、ユリア樹脂、メラミン樹脂、ジアリルフタレート樹脂、ポリイミド樹脂、フェノール樹脂、尿素樹脂、並びにこれらの化学架橋樹脂、及びゴムから選択される少なくとも一つである[1]に記載の区画貫通部の防火構造。
[3]発泡成形体のASTM D1056に従って測定した圧縮応力が1〜200kPaである[1]又は[2]に記載の区画貫通部の防火構造。
[4]発泡成形体のJIS K6767に従って測定した圧縮永久歪が0〜10%である[1]〜[3]のいずれか一項に記載の区画貫通部の防火構造。
[5]前記隙間が変性シリコーン樹脂によりさらに埋められている[1]〜[4]のいずれか一項に記載の区画貫通部の防火構造。
[6]前記区画体の内壁面に沿って配置されたスリーブをさらに備える[1]〜[5]のいずれか一項に記載の区画貫通部の防火構造。
Claims (4)
- 区画体に設けられた貫通孔に1つまたは複数の貫通物が挿通された区画貫通部の防火構造であって、
前記貫通孔内の前記貫通物の周囲に、金属又は難燃性樹脂組成物からなる耐火材が複数配置され、
前記貫通孔内の前記貫通物の周囲の隙間に、樹脂及び熱膨張性黒鉛を含有する複合材料から形成された発泡成形体が、圧縮された状態で前記隙間を埋めるように配置されており、前記金属又は難燃性樹脂組成物からなる耐火材は前記発泡成形体とは異なる耐火材料である、区画貫通部の防火構造。 - 前記樹脂が、エチレン酢酸ビニル共重合体、ポリエチレン樹脂、ポリエチレンテレフタレート樹脂、ポリプロピレン樹脂、エポキシ樹脂、ポリ塩化ビニル樹脂、アクリル樹脂、アルキド樹脂、ポリスチレン樹脂、シリコーン樹脂、変性シリコーン樹脂、ウレタン樹脂、エポキシ樹脂、ユリア樹脂、メラミン樹脂、ジアリルフタレート樹脂、ポリイミド樹脂、フェノール樹脂、尿素樹脂、並びにこれらの化学架橋樹脂、及びゴムから選択される少なくとも一つである請求項1に記載の区画貫通部の防火構造。
- 前記隙間が変性シリコーン樹脂によりさらに埋められている請求項1又は2に記載の区画貫通部の防火構造。
- 前記区画体の内壁面に沿って配置されたスリーブをさらに備える請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の区画貫通部の防火構造。
