前記スリーブは、
非膨張性を有する非膨張部又は固定具と、
熱膨張性を有する筒状の膨張部とを備え、
前記膨張部の内周面を延長した延長面と、前記非膨張部又は固定具の内周面とが一致している、或いは、前記膨張部の内周面を延長した延長面よりも内側に前記非膨張部又は固定具が位置している、耐火充填構造。

前記膨張部としての第2筒体とを備え、
前記第1筒体と前記第2筒体とは、これらの軸方向に沿って整列され、この状態において、前記第1筒体の内周面が、前記第2筒体の内周面を延長した延長面と一致している、或いは、前記第1筒体の内周面が、前記第2筒体の内周面を延長した延長面よりも内側或いは外側に位置しているとともに、前記第1筒体の内周面と、前記第2筒体の内周面を延長した延長面との間の距離が、前記第2筒体の内径の5%以下となっている、項1に記載される耐火充填構造。

を満たす。「露出」とは第1筒体10の軸に対して垂直な側面から作業者が観察したときに見える状態にあることを指し、打設した際にコンクリートと接する部分を意味する。図5において、第1筒体10の露出部はXの長さに及ぶ外周面13の部分、第2筒体20の露出部はYの長さに及ぶ外周面24の部分となる。

Claims (11)
- 建築物の床または壁に区画貫通孔を形成するためのスリーブを用いて配管又は配線した耐火充填構造であって、
前記スリーブは、
非膨張性を有する非膨張部又は固定具と、
熱膨張性を有する筒状の膨張部とを備え、
前記膨張部の内周面を延長した延長面と、前記非膨張部又は固定具の内周面とが一致している、或いは、前記膨張部の内周面を延長した延長面よりも内側に前記非膨張部又は固定具が位置している、耐火充填構造。 - 前記スリーブは、
第1筒体と、
前記膨張部としての第2筒体とを備え、
前記第1筒体と前記第2筒体とは、これらの軸方向に沿って整列され、この状態において、前記第1筒体の内周面が、前記第2筒体の内周面を延長した延長面と一致している、或いは、前記第1筒体の内周面が、前記第2筒体の内周面を延長した延長面よりも内側或いは外側に位置しているとともに、前記第1筒体の内周面と、前記第2筒体の内周面を延長した延長面との間の距離が、前記第2筒体の内径の5%以下となっている、、請求項1に記載される耐火充填構造。 - 前記第1筒体と前記第2筒体とが、これらの軸方向に沿って整列されることで、前記第1筒体の内部と前記第2筒体の内部とが連なった中空部が構成されて、当該中空部に前記配管又は配線が通されるとともに、前記非膨張部又は固定具が、前記中空部の壁面と前記配管又は配線との間の隙間を塞ぐように前記中空部に配置される、請求項2に記載される耐火充填構造。
- 前記第1筒体は、非膨張性を有する、
請求項3に記載される耐火充填構造。 - 前記非膨張部又は固定具が、前記第1筒体の内周面と前記配管又は配線との間の隙間を塞ぐように前記第1筒体の内部に配置される、請求項3又は4に記載される耐火充填構造。
- 前記非膨張部及び固定具が、前記第1筒体の内周面と前記配管又は配線との間の隙間を塞ぐように前記第1筒体の内部に配置される、請求項3又は4に記載される耐火充填構造。
- 前記非膨張部及び固定具が、前記第2筒体と接しないように配置される、請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の耐火充填構造。
- 前記第1筒体の内部又は/及び前記第2筒体の内部にさらに別の筒体が嵌合することで、前記スリーブが、3つ以上の筒体から構成された請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載の耐火充填構造。
- 前記非膨張部又は固定具は、不燃性材料又は難燃性材料から形成されたものである、請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載の耐火充填構造。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の耐火充填構の施工方法であって、
前記スリーブを床下地または壁下地に設置する工程と、
前記スリーブの外側周囲に充填材を充填する工程と、
を含む耐火充填構造の施工方法。 - 前記充填材の充填後に、前記スリーブ内に配管または配線を通す工程をさらに含む請求項10に記載の施工方法。
