Claims (14)
- 建築物の床又は壁に区画貫通孔を形成するために使用されるスリーブであって、
本体部と、本体部に段差部を介して連続する拡径部とを有する第1筒体と、
熱膨張性を有する第2筒体と、
本体部と、本体部に段差部を介して連続する拡径部とを有する第3筒体と、
非膨張性材とを備え、
前記第2筒体の一端側部が前記第1筒体の拡径部内に挿入され、前記第2筒体の他端側部が前記第3筒体の拡径部内に挿入されることで、前記第1筒体の内部と前記第2筒体の内部と前記第3筒体の内部とが連なった中空部が構成され、
前記中空部は、前記区画貫通孔として機能するものであり、前記非膨張性材は、前記中空部に配置される、スリーブ。 - 前記非膨張性材は、前記中空部における、前記第2筒体の内部以外の範囲に配置される、請求項1に記載のスリーブ。
- 前記第1筒体と前記第3筒体とは、非膨張性を有する、請求項1又は2に記載のスリーブ。
- 前記第1筒体と前記第3筒体とは、同一の構造を有する、請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載のスリーブ。
- 前記第2筒体の一端側部が前記第1筒体の拡径部内に挿入され、前記第2筒体の他端側部が前記第3筒体の拡径部内に挿入されて、前記第1筒体、前記第2筒体、及び前記第3筒体が一連とされた状態では、前記第1筒体、前記第2筒体、及び前記第3筒体の連続体が、前記第2筒体の重心を通る横断面を介して、対称となることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載のスリーブ。
- 前記第2筒体の反対側に位置する前記第1筒体の端部、及び/又は、前記第2筒体の反対側に位置する前記第3筒体の端部に、さらに別の筒体が嵌合することで、4つ以上の筒体から構成される請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載のスリーブ。
- 前記非膨張性材は、不燃性材料又は難燃性材料から形成される、請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載のスリーブ。
- 前記第2筒体は、押出成形品であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載のスリーブ。
- 前記スリーブを構成する第2筒体以外の筒体は射出成形品であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載のスリーブ。
- 区画貫通構造であって、
床または壁体と、
床または壁体に設置された請求項1乃至9のいずれかに記載のスリーブと、
を備えた区画貫通構造。 - 前記中空部に挿通される配管または配線をさらに備える請求項10に記載の区画貫通構造。
- 耐火充填構造であって、
請求項1乃至9のいずれかに記載のスリーブと、
前記中空部に挿通される配管または配線と、
を備えた耐火充填構造。 - 請求項1乃至9のいずれかに記載のスリーブを床下地または壁下地に固定する工程と、
前記スリーブの外側周囲に充填材を充填する工程と、
を含む区画貫通構造の施工方法。 - 前記充填材の充填後に、前記中空部に配管または配線を挿通する工程をさらに含む請求項13に記載の施工方法。
