- 近接センサが第1センサ状態にある場合、係止部が、枢軸を中心に移動し、かつ、プランジャアセンブリおよび駆動部のいずれかに動作可能に連結されるレバーの壁を含み、任意に、レバーが、ハウジング内に配置可能で、かつ係止部の壁を形成する第1端部と、ハウジングの外側に配置され、かつ近接センサを形成する第2端部とを有する、請求項1に記載の薬物送達装置。
- 駆動部がばねを含み、近接センサが第1センサ状態にある場合、係止部がプランジャおよびばねのいずれかに選択的に連結される、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の薬物送達装置。

- 壁内に存在するようにカニューレの第1端部を付勢する付勢部材をさらに含む、請求項12に記載の薬物送達装置。
- 近接センサが第2センサ状態にある場合にプランジャアセンブリに選択的に連結され、近接センサが第1センサ状態にある場合にプランジャアセンブリから選択的に分離されるインジケータをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の薬物送達装置。
- プランジャアセンブリがプランジャに取り付けられたプランジャアームを含み、インジケータが、係合および脱係合するように移動可能な少なくとも1つのギヤを有するギヤ列を介してプランジャアームに機械的に連結され、近接センサが、少なくとも1つのギヤを脱係合するように移動させ、かつ近接センサが第1センサ状態にある場合にインジケータをプランジャアームから分離させるように、少なくとも1つのギヤに連結される、請求項14に記載の薬物送達装置。
- ハウジングの表面に形成された第2の開口部を含み、近接センサは、第1センサ状態において第2の開口部を通って延びる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 装置が装着型装置である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- ハウジングの表面が、装置を患者の皮膚に取り付けるための接着剤を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- プランジャが第1の方向に移動し、カニューレが第2の方向に移動し、第1の方向が第2の方向とは平行でない、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 薬物送達装置であって、
第1端部および第2端部を有するボアを含むリザーバと、第1端部と第2端部との間のボア内で移動可能なプランジャを含むプランジャアセンブリと、
カニューレがリザーバと流体連通して接続される動作状態を有するカニューレと、
プランジャを第1端部と第2端部との間で移動させるようにプランジャアセンブリに連結される駆動部であって、ばねを含む駆動部と、
リザーバの第1端部と第2端部との間のプランジャの移動を選択的に制限するように構成された係止部であって、係止部は、枢軸を中心に移動するレバーの壁を含み、任意に、レバーが、ハウジング内に配置可能で、かつ係止部の壁を形成する第1端部と、ハウジングの外側に配置され、かつ近接センサを形成する第2端部とを有する、係止部と、
ハウジングであって、リザーバ、駆動部および係止部がハウジング内に少なくとも部分的に配置されたハウジングと、
ハウジングに対して移動するように動作可能に連結された近接センサと、を含み、
近接センサは、前記壁に取付けられ、近接センサがハウジングから延び、係止部が、プランジャおよびばねのいずれかに選択的に連結され、前記壁がばねに当接する第1センサ状態と、近接センサが第1センサ状態に対して患者の皮膚へのハウジングの適用時にハウジング側に後退し、前記壁がばねから離間される第2センサ状態とを有し、
近接センサが第1センサ状態にある場合、係止部はプランジャアセンブリの移動を制限し、
係止部がプランジャアセンブリに連結された場合、係止部の壁はプランジャの移動を制限するようにばねに当接する、薬物送達装置。 - 薬物送達装置であって、
第1端部および第2端部を有するボアを含むリザーバと、第1端部と第2端部との間のボア内で移動可能なプランジャを含むプランジャアセンブリと、
カニューレがリザーバと流体連通して接続される動作状態を有するカニューレと、
プランジャを第1端部と第2端部との間で移動させるようにプランジャアセンブリに連結される駆動部であって、ガス源を有する駆動部と、
リザーバの第1端部と第2端部との間のプランジャの移動を選択的に制限するように構成された係止部であって、ガス源に動作可能に連結された通気口を有する係止部と、
ハウジングであって、リザーバ、駆動部および係止部がハウジング内に少なくとも部分的に配置されたハウジングと、
ハウジングに対して移動するように動作可能に連結された近接センサと、を含み、
近接センサは、近接センサがハウジングから延び、通気口がガス源から正圧を排出する第1センサ状態と、近接センサが第1センサ状態に対して患者の皮膚へのハウジングの適用時にハウジング側に後退する第2センサ状態とを有し、
近接センサが第1センサ状態にある場合、係止部はプランジャアセンブリの移動を制限する、薬物送達装置。 - 薬物送達装置であって、
第1端部および第2端部を有するボアを含むリザーバと、第1端部と第2端部との間のボア内で移動可能なプランジャを含むプランジャアセンブリと、
リザーバに流体連通して接続される動作状態を有するカニューレであって、第1端部および第2端部を有するカニューレと、
プランジャを第1端部と第2端部との間で移動させるようにプランジャアセンブリに連結される駆動部と、
リザーバの第1端部と第2端部との間のプランジャの移動を選択的に制限するように構成された係止部であって、壁を有する係止部と、
前記壁内に存在するようにカニューレの第1端部を付勢する付勢部材と、
ハウジングであって、リザーバ、駆動部および係止部がハウジング内に少なくとも部分的に配置されるハウジングと、
ハウジングに対して移動するように動作可能に連結された近接センサと、を含み、
近接センサは、近接センサがハウジングから延び、カニューレの第1端部が前記壁内に存在し、リザーバと流体連通しない第1センサ状態と、近接センサが第1センサ状態に対して患者の皮膚へのハウジングの適用時にハウジング側に後退し、カニューレの第1端部が壁を貫通し、リザーバと流体連通する第2センサ状態とを有し、
近接センサが第1センサ状態にある場合、係止部はプランジャアセンブリの移動を制限する、薬物送達装置。 - 薬物送達装置であって、
第1端部および第2端部を有するボアを含むリザーバと、第1端部と第2端部との間のボア内で移動可能なプランジャを含むプランジャアセンブリと、
プランジャアセンブリに選択的に連結されたインジケータと、
カニューレがリザーバと流体連通して接続される動作状態を有するカニューレと、
プランジャを第1端部と第2端部との間で移動させるようにプランジャアセンブリに連結される駆動部と、
リザーバの第1端部と第2端部との間のプランジャの移動を選択的に制限するように構成された係止部と、
ハウジングであって、リザーバ、駆動部および係止部がハウジング内に少なくとも部分的に配置されたハウジングと、
ハウジングに対して移動するように動作可能に連結された近接センサと、を含み、
近接センサは、近接センサがハウジングから延び、インジケータがプランジャから分離される第1センサ状態と、近接センサが第1センサ状態に対して患者の皮膚へのハウジングの適用時にハウジング側に後退し、インジケータがプランジャアセンブリに連結される第2センサ状態とを有し、
近接センサが第1センサ状態にある場合、係止部はプランジャアセンブリの移動を制限する、薬物送達装置。
