Claims (14)
- (i)センサアセンブリの軸の周りに円周方向のパターンで配置された複数の個別の導電性軸方向位置センサセグメント(323)を有する表面を備える第1の回転センサ部(320)を備え且つ前記第1の回転センサ部に対して固定された第1の部分と、
(ii)前記センサアセンブリの軸を中心として前記第1の部分に対して回転可能に配置される第2の回転センサ部(330)を備え且つ前記第2の回転センサ部に対して固定された第2の部分であって、前記第2の回転センサ部が、前記第1の回転センサ部上の前記導電性軸方向位置センサセグメントと接触可能に適合された、複数の円周方向で配置される電気的に相互接続された軸方向位置接点構造(333)を備え、
前記軸方向位置接点構造がそれぞれ、軸方向位置接点が軸方向位置センサセグメントと接触する接続位置と、軸方向位置接点が軸方向位置センサセグメントと接触しない切断位置とを有する軸方向位置接点(335)を備える、第2の部分と、
(iii)前記接続位置と前記切断位置との間で前記軸方向位置接点を軸方向に移動させるアクチュエータ手段であって、前記軸方向位置接点および前記軸方向位置センサセグメントが、所与の回転位置に対して、少なくとも2つの軸方向位置接点がそれぞれ別の軸方向位置センサセグメントと接触するように配置される、アクチュエータ手段とを備え、

- 前記第2の回転センサ部が、前記軸方向位置接点構造及び前記回転位置接点構造を形成する複数の一体的に形成された可撓性接点アーム(331、332、333)を備える金属ディスク部材(330)の形態であり、前記軸方向位置接点構造を形成する前記可撓性接点アーム(333)の少なくとも2つが軸方向に移動可能であり、軸方向位置接点を備える可撓性スイッチアームをそれぞれ形成する、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のセンサアセンブリ。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のセンサアセンブリとハウジング(220)の組合せであって、
前記第1の部分が前記ハウジングに対して回転するように配置され、
前記第2の部分が前記ハウジングに対して回転しないように配置され、
前記第1および第2の部分の少なくとも一方が前記ハウジングに対して軸方向に移動可能に配置され、
前記アクチュエータ手段が前記ハウジングと前記第2の部分との間に配置される、組合せ。 - 請求項6に記載のセンサアセンブリを含む、請求項7に記載の組合せであって、
前記アクチュエータ手段が、前記ハウジング(220)と前記可撓性スイッチアーム(333)との間で形成される機械的接続(334)の形態であり、前記ハウジング(220)と前記第2の回転センサ部(330)との間の相対的な軸方向移動によって、前記軸方向位置接点(335)が前記接続位置と前記切断位置との間で移動する、組合せ。 - 請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のセンサアセンブリ(300)を備える、薬物送達デバイス(100)であって、
ハウジング(220、121)と、
薬物充填カートリッジ(180)または薬物充填カートリッジを受け入れる手段であって、前記薬物充填カートリッジが軸方向に変位可能なピストンおよび遠位側出口部分を備える、薬物充填カートリッジ(180)または薬物充填カートリッジを受け入れる手段と、
薬物放出手段であって、
放出される薬物の用量をユーザが設定することを可能にする用量設定手段(125)、
薬物充填カートリッジの前記ピストンを遠位方向で移動させることにより、薬物を前記薬物充填カートリッジから放出するように適合された、軸方向に変位可能なピストンロッド(128)、
設定用量および/または放出用量に対応して回転するように適合されたインジケータ部材(210)、ならびに、
前記薬物放出手段を作動させることによって薬物の前記設定用量を放出するように適合された、軸方向に移動可能な作動部材(127)を備える、薬物放出手段とをさらに備え、
薬物の用量の設定中および/または放出中、前記第1および第2の回転センサ部が互いに対して回転し、
前記作動部材を軸方向に移動させると、前記軸方向位置接点が前記接続位置と前記切断位置の間で作動する、薬物送達デバイス(100)。 - 前記センサアセンブリの前記第1の部分(310)が、前記インジケータ部材に取り付けられてともに回転し、前記第1の部分が、設定用量および/または放出用量に対応する前記第1および第2の部分間の回転移動の検出に基づいて、放出薬物の量を推定するように適合された、電子回路構成(340)を備える、請求項9に記載の薬物送達デバイス。
- 前記インジケータ部材(210)が、初期位置と作動位置との間で軸方向に移動するように適合され、前記センサアセンブリの前記第1の部分(310)が、前記インジケータ部材とともに軸方向に移動するように取り付けられる、請求項9または10に記載の薬物送達デバイス。
- 前記第2の部分(320)が前記インジケータ部材とともに軸方向に移動するように取り付けられる、請求項11に記載の薬物送達デバイス。
- 前記電子回路構成が、前記薬物放出手段によって薬物充填カートリッジから放出された薬物のドーズ量に対するログを作成するように適合されたロギング手段を備え、前記ドーズ量が、薬物用量の設定中および/または放出中における前記第1および第2の回転センサ部間の相対回転に基づいて計算される、請求項10に記載の薬物送達デバイス。
- 前記第1の部分がディスプレイ(370、530)を備え、当該ディスプレイが前記第1の部分の回転中はオフにされ得る、請求項9から13のいずれか一項に記載の薬物送達デバイス。
