Description
Claims (5)
- 電気自動車のための充電システムであって、
電源と、
第1端部および第2端部と、それぞれが該第1端部から該第2端部まで延びる充電導体および冷却ダクトとを有し、かつ上記第1端部が上記電源に取り付けられたケーブルと、
上記ケーブルの上記第2端部に接続され、上記電気自動車の充電ポートに対応する形状ファクタを有するコネクタとを備え、
上記冷却ダクトは、上記充電導体を冷却する流体を運ぶように構成されており、
上記コネクタは、入口開口から出口開口への内部流体パスを規定する流体パス規定部材を有し、
上記流体パス規定部材は、キャップによって閉じられるように構成されたハウジングを有し、
上記入口開口および上記出口開口は、上記キャップに設けられている
ことを特徴とする充電システム。 - 請求項1において、
上記流体パス規定部材は、上記出口開口を含む第2部品に接続され、上記入口開口を含む第1部品を有し、
上記第1部品および上記第2部品の少なくとも一方は、上記流体パス規定部材の内部へと延びる壁部を有し、
上記内部流体パスは、少なくとも一部が上記壁部によって規定されている
ことを特徴とする充電システム。 - 請求項1において、
上記第1端部から上記第2端部まで延びかつ上記充電導体および上記冷却ダクトに接触する接地導体をさらに備え、
上記接地導体は、上記充電導体から上記冷却ダクトに熱を伝えるように構成されている
ことを特徴とする充電システム。 - 請求項1において、
上記流体パス規定部材は、互いに取り付けられる2つの半部を有し、
上記入口開口は、上記2つの半部の一方に設けられ、
上記出口開口は、上記2つの半部の他方に設けられている
ことを特徴とする充電システム。 - 請求項1において、
上記入口開口および上記出口開口は、上記流体パス規定部材の同じ面に、水平方向および鉛直方向において互いにずれて配置されている
ことを特徴とする充電システム。
