Description
本発明の全ての実施形態では、特に記述のないかぎり、全ての百分率は、全組成物の重量%である。全ての比率は、特に記述のないかぎり、重量比である。全ての範囲は、包含的であり、かつ組み合わせ可能である。有効数字の数は、表示された量に対する限定を表すものでも、測定値の精度に対する限定を表すものでもない。全ての数値的な量は、特に指示のないかぎり、用語「約」によって修飾されることが理解されよう。特に断らないかぎり、全ての測定は25℃で周囲条件下において行われたものと理解される。ただし「周囲条件」とは、約1気圧の圧力下で約50%の相対湿度における条件のことを意味する。列挙される成分についてのこうした重量は全て活性レベルに基づいたものであり、特に断らないかぎり、市販の物質に含有される可能性のある基剤又は副生成物は含まれない。
本明細書で使用するとき、用語「ヘアケア組成物」は、過度の望ましくない影響を与えずに哺乳動物のヘア及び皮膚に適用することができる組成物を意味する。
本発明者らは、驚くべきことに、繊維紡糸プロセスを介して、各繊維が有意なレベルの1種以上の活性物質及び/又は薬剤を含む繊維性ウェブから形成されている消費者製品物品を製造できることを発見した。消費者製品物品の製造は、現在、活性物質及び/又は薬剤と、溶解した水溶性ポリマー構造剤と、任意に可塑剤とを含む加工混合物を調製する工程と、組成物を加圧ガス流(好ましくは加熱空気)の存在下で紡糸して大部分の水を除去し、固体繊維を生成する工程と、任意の結合技術を含んで繊維をウェブに形成して、所望の最終含水率を有する消費者製品物品を形成する工程と、により達成することができ、前記最終含水率は、一実施形態では約0.5%〜約15%水分である。
本明細書に記載した物品は、消費者関連の使用説明書の下で、発泡性又は非発泡性であり得る。
発泡及び/又は洗浄用の発泡性物品は、パーソナルケア物品の約10重量%〜約75重量%、一実施形態では約30重量%〜約70重量%、別の実施形態では約40重量%〜約65重量%の界面活性剤を含み、界面活性剤は、グループIからの1種以上の界面活性剤を含み、グループIは、ヘアケア又は他のパーソナルケア組成物で使用するのに適したアニオン性界面活性剤を含み、また任意にグループIIからの1種以上の界面活性剤を含み、グループIIは、ヘアケア又は他のパーソナルケア組成物で使用するのに適した両性、双極性イオン及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される界面活性剤を含み、グループIの界面活性剤とグループIIの界面活性剤との比は、約100:0〜約30:70である。別の実施形態では、グループIの界面活性剤とグループIIの界面活性剤との比は、約85:15〜約40:60である。更なる別の実施形態では、グループIの界面活性剤とグループIIの界面活性剤との比は、約70:30〜約55:45である。
非発泡性物品は、パーソナルケア物品の約10%〜約75%、別の実施形態では約15%〜約60%、別の実施形態では約20%〜約50重量%の界面活性剤を含み、界面活性剤は、以下に記載する界面活性剤のうちの1種以上を含むが、アニオン性界面活性剤は、約10%未満のレベルで含まれる。
物品が非発泡性の場合、基材は、約10%(又は約10%未満)の最大レベルのアニオン性界面活性剤を含んでもよい。
非発泡性物品は、パーソナルケア物品の約10重量%〜約75重量%、別の実施形態では約15重量%〜約60重量%、別の実施形態では約20重量%〜約50重量%の非イオン性界面活性剤を含む。一実施形態では、非イオン性界面活性剤は、安定した物品を製造する際の加工助剤として含まれる。使用に好適な非イオン性界面活性剤としては、McCutcheon’s Detergents and Emulsifiers,North American edition(1986),Allured Publishing Corp.、及びMcCutcheon’s Functional Materials,North American edition(1992)に記載されているものが挙げられる。パーソナルケア組成物での使用に好適な非イオン性界面活性剤としては、ポリオキシエチレン化アルキルフェノール類、ポリオキシエチレン化アルコール類、ポリオキシエチレン化ポリオキシプロピレングリコール類、アルカン酸のグリセリルエステル類、アルカン酸のポリグリセリルエステル類、アルカン酸のプロピレングリコールエステル類、アルカン酸のソルビトールエステル類、アルカン酸のポリオキシエチレン化ソルビトールエステル類、アルカン酸のポリオキシエチレングリコールエステル類、ポリオキシエチレン化アルカン酸類、アルカノールアミド類、N−アルキルピロリドン類、アルキルグリコシド類、アルキルポリグルコシド類、アルキルアミンオキシド類、及びポリオキシエチレン化シリコーン類が挙げられるが、これらに限定されない。
非発泡性物品は、パーソナルケア物品の約10%〜約75%、別の実施形態では約15%〜約60%、別の実施形態では約20%〜約50重量%のカチオン性界面活性剤を含む。一実施形態では、カチオン性界面活性剤は、物品を製造する際の加工助剤として含まれる。使用に好適なカチオン性界面活性剤としては、McCutcheon’s Detergents and Emulsifiers,North American edition(1986),Allured Publishing Corp.、及びMcCutcheon’s Functional Materials,North American edition(1992)に記載されているものが挙げられる。好適な第四級アンモニウムカチオン性コンディショナー活性物質としては、セチルトリメチルアンモニウムクロリド、ベヘニルトリメチルアンモニウムクロリド(BTAC)、ステアリルトリメチルアンモニウムクロリド、塩化セチルピリジニウム、オクタデシルトリメチルアンモニウムクロリド、ヘキサデシルトリメチルアンモニウムクロリド、オクチルジメチルベンジルアンモニウムクロリド、デシルジメチルベンジルアンモニウムクロリド、ステアリルジメチルベンジルアンモニウムクロリド、ジドデシルジメチルアンモニウムクロリド、ジオクタデシルジメチルアンモニウムクロリド、ジステアリルジメチルアンモニウムクロリド、タロートリメチルアンモニウムクロリド、ココトリメチルアンモニウムクロリド、ジパルミトイルエチルジメチルアンモニウムクロリド、PEG−2オレイルアンモニウムクロリド、及びこれらの塩を挙げることができ、クロリドはハロゲン(例えば、臭素)、アセテート、シトレート、ラクテート、グリコレート、ホスフェートニトレート、サルフェート、又はアルキルサルフェートで置換される。
高分子界面活性剤はまた、単独で、又はイオン性及び/若しくは非イオン性界面活性剤との組み合わせのいずれかで、物品を製造する際の加工助剤として採用される界面活性剤であってもよい。パーソナルケア組成物での使用に好適な高分子界面活性剤としては、エチレンオキシドと脂肪族アルキル残基とのブロックコポリマー、エチレンオキシドとプロピレンオキシドとのブロックコポリマー、疎水変性ポリアクリレート類、疎水変性セルロース類、シリコーンポリエーテル類、シリコーンコポリオールエステル類、ジ第四級ポリジメチルシロキサン類、及び共修飾されたアミノ/ポリエーテルシリコーン類が挙げられるが、これらに限定されない。
1.水溶性ポリマー(「ポリマー構造剤」)
物品は、構造剤として機能する水溶性ポリマーを含む。本明細書で使用するとき、用語「水溶性ポリマー」は水溶性ポリマー及び水分散性ポリマーの両方を包含するのに十分幅広く、25℃において少なくとも0.1グラム/リットル(g/L)として測定される、水への溶解度を備える、ポリマーとして定義される。いくつかの実施形態において、このポリマーは25℃にて測定されたときに、約0.1グラム/リットル(g/L)〜約500g/リットル(g/L)の水溶性を有する。(これは、生成される溶液が巨視的に等方性であるか、又は透明、有色若しくは無色であることを示す。)これらの物品を作製するためのポリマーは、人工又は天然由来でもよく、かつ化学反応の方法によって変性されてもよい。それは皮膜形成であってもよく、そうでなくてもよい。ポリマーは、生理学的に許容できるべきである。つまり皮膚、粘膜、ヘア及び頭皮に適合すべきである。
本明細書に記載した物品は、パーソナルケア組成物での使用に好適な水溶性可塑化剤を更に含んでもよい。一実施形態では、1種以上の可塑剤は、物品の約1%〜約25重量%、別の実施形態では約3%〜約20%、別の実施形態では約5%〜約15%で存在してもよい。水溶性可塑化剤の非限定的な例としては、ポリオール類、コポリオール類、ポリカルボン酸類、ポリエステル類及びジメチコーンコポリオール類が挙げられる。有用なポリオール類の例としては、グリセリン、ジグリセリン、プロピレングリコール、エチレングリコール、ブチレングリコール、ペンチレングリコール、シクロヘキサンジメタノール、ヘキサンジオール、ポリエチレングリコール(200〜600)、ソルビトール、マニトール、ラクチトール及び他の一価及び多価低分子量アルコール(例、C2〜C8アルコール)のような糖アルコール類、フルクトース、グルコース、スクロース、マルトース、ラクトース及び高フルクトースコーンシロップ固形物並びにアスコルビン酸のようなモノ、ジ−及びオリゴ糖が挙げられるが、これらに限定されない。本明細書で使用されるポリカルボン酸の好適な例は、米国特許出願第61/120,786号に開示されている。
物品は、伸長レオロジー調整剤を含んでもよい。伸長レオロジー調整剤を前述の水溶性水溶性高分子構造剤と組み合わせて、繊維形成に所望されるレオロジー特性を得ることができる。繊維形成に重要なレオロジー特性としては、剪断粘度、伸長粘度、弾性等が挙げられる。
物品は、本明細書に記載の特定の必須材料と適合するか又は消費者製品組成物の性能を過度に損なわないという条件で、パーソナルケア組成物で使用でき、あるいは有用であることが知られている他の任意成分を更に含んでもよい。
物品は、単独で、又は他の消費者構成要素との組み合わせで使用される物品を含む、様々な製品形態のいかなる形態においても製造することができる。物品は、消費者製品組成物中で使用される際、連続的な又は不連続の様式で使用されてもよい。

物品は、(1)活性剤(1種又は複数)、溶解ポリマー構造剤(1種又は複数)、可塑剤(1種又は複数)、及び他の場合による成分を含む加工混合物を調製する工程と、(2)フィルムフィブリル化プロセスにより、加工混合物を繊維にフィブリル化する工程であって、前記プロセスが、加圧ガス流をプレミックスの流体フィルムに対して指向させて繊維を形成し、他の又は同一の加圧ガス流により繊維を部分的に乾燥することを含む工程と、(3)部分的に乾燥した繊維を表面上に堆積させて、ウェブを所望の1つ以上の形状に形成して、部分的に乾燥した1つ以上の成形物品を形成する工程と、(4)部分的に乾燥した成形物品を場合により所望の最終含水率(例えば、エネルギーを加えることにより約0.5%〜約15%水分)まで乾燥する工程と、を含むプロセスにより調製されてもよい。任意に、表面残留コーティングを物品に適用してもよい。表面残留コーティングは、表面残留コーティングの節で後に説明するように、ウェブ形成前に繊維がコレクターへ飛んでいる際、又はウェブ乾燥後のいずれかに、繊維の表面上に適用されてもよい。
加工混合物は、一般に、加熱によって水、活性剤(1種又は複数)、可塑剤、及び場合による他の成分がある状態でポリマー構造剤を溶解させ、その後で冷却することによって調製される。これは、加熱された任意の好適なバッチ撹拌システムにより、又は高剪断若しくは静的混合と共に単軸押出機若しくは双軸押出機若しくは熱交換器のいずれかを包含する任意の好適な連続的なシステムにより、達成することができる。任意のプロセスは、高分子が水、活性剤、可塑剤、及び他の任意の成分の組み合わせのプレミックス部分による工程的加工を含む他の任意成分の存在下で、最終的に溶解するように想定され得る。
繊維は、溶融ブロープロセス、スパンボンドプロセス、ボンデッドカーデッドウェブプロセス、溶融フィブリル化及び電界紡糸、並びにこれらの組み合わせを含むが、これらに限定されない多数のプロセスにより形成され得る。繊維の作製方法は、単一工程のフィブリル化プロセスを含んでもよい。熱可塑性ポリマーに使用される典型的な単一工程フィブリル化プロセスは、溶融ブロー、溶融フィルムフィブリル化、スパンボンド、典型的な紡糸/延伸プロセスおける溶融紡糸、及びこれらの組み合わせを含む。
部分的に乾燥した、又は所望の含水率まで乾燥した、加工混合物の繊維をコレクター上に置いてウェブを形成する。コレクターは、典型的にはベルトコンベア又はドラムである。コレクターは多孔質であってもよく、真空を適用して吸引を提供して、コレクター上に繊維を置くことを補助してもよい。通常、ダイ・ツー・コレクター・ディスタンス(die-to-collector distance)(DCD)と呼ばれる、オリフィスからコレクター距離までの距離は、所望のウェブ特性のために最適化され得る。ウェブ内で使用されるDCDを2つ以上使用すること、又は生産中にDCDを変更すること、又は異なるDCDを有する異なるビームを有することが所望され得る。DCDを変更することにより異なる均一性を有するウェブを形成することが所望され得る。DCDが、繊維がコレクター上に堆積する前に十分乾燥しないようなものである場合、湿潤した又は十分に乾燥していない繊維が癒着して小塊又は束を形成する場合があり、この小塊又は束は、望ましくない可能性があり、また欠陥を構成するであろう。あるいは、物品のいくつかの又は全部の繊維が癒着して、例えば、構造的一体性を有することが所望される場合がある。DCDが大きく、また繊維が十分に乾燥するものである場合、繊維は互いにもつれさせ又は固着するが癒着せずに束又はロープを形成する場合があり、この束又はロープは望ましくない可能性がある。したがって、所望の物品に応じて、DCDは、所望の均一性を有しかつ十分に乾燥された繊維性ウェブを形成するように設定され得る。あるいは、所望の均一性を有するウェブを更に乾燥して、物品に所望される含水率を得てもよい。
形成された加工混合物の繊維性ウェブの場合による乾燥は、(a)対流又は空気通過乾燥を用いる多段階インライン乾燥機、(b)過熱水蒸気乾燥機、(c)制御された温度及び圧力、又は大気条件を有する乾燥室(1つ又は複数)、(d)制御された温度及び場合により湿度を有する非対流又は対流炉を含む炉、(e)トラック/トレー乾燥機、衝突炉、(f)回転炉/乾燥機、(g)インラインロースター、(h)高速高温伝熱炉及び乾燥機、(i)二重プレナムロースター、並びに(j)コンベアー乾燥機を含むがこれらに限定されない、任意の好適な手段により達成することができる。
活性剤を含む表面残留コーティングの調製は、任意の好適な、機械的手段、化学的手段、又は本明細書に記載した任意材料を含む活性剤(1種又は複数)を含有する微粒子組成物を生成するための手段を含む。
活性剤を含む表面残留コーティングをパーソナルケア物品に適用して、パーソナルケア物品の一部を形成するために、任意の適切な適用方法を使用することができる。例えば、物品は、粉末の適用前に該物品の表面を特定の含水率まで乾燥することにより粘着性の表面を有して、物品に対する、活性剤を含む表面残留コーティングの付着を促進することができる。一実施形態では、物品は、約0.1%〜約25%、一実施形態では約3%〜約25%、別の実施形態では約5%〜約20%、更なる別の実施形態では約7%〜約15%の含水率まで乾燥させる。あるいは、前もって乾燥した物品の表面を、粉末の適用前に、平衡状態に達するまでの特定の時間中、制御された湿度環境内で所望レベルの大気水分を可逆的に吸収させることができる。一実施形態では、湿度環境は、約20%〜約85%の相対湿度、別の実施形態では約30%〜約75%の相対湿度、更なる別の実施形態では約40%〜約60%の相対湿度に制御される。
A.溶解速度
物品は、水と一緒に使用適用する間に物品が急速に溶解することを可能にする溶解速度を有する。物品の溶解速度は、下記に記載される2つの方法に従って決定される。
物品は、これ以降に記載されているような泡特性を提供する。発泡容量評価法は、0.098gの人工的な液体皮脂[10〜22%オリーブオイル、18〜20%ココナツオイル、18〜20%オレイン酸、5〜9%ラノリン、5〜9%スクアレン、3〜6%パルミチン酸、3〜6%パラフィンオイル、3〜6%ドデカン、1〜4%ステアリン酸、1〜4%コレステロール、1〜4%ココナツ脂肪酸、18〜20% choleth−24]で処理された59.1g/m(15g/10インチ)のフラットな東洋人の真新しいヘアピースで実施される。そのヘアピースを、9〜11グレイン、38℃(100°F)の水でシャワーノズルで20秒間にわたって5.7L/分(1.5ガロン/分)ですすぐ。液体コントロール製品をテストする場合、0.75cm3の液体製品を、ヘアピースの中心に適用し、次いでヘアピース上のヘアの下の部分のそのヘアの上にある製品を円運動で10回こすり、続いて前後に40ストロークする(合計80ストローク)。泡速度を、80ストロークの間に最初の泡が明らかに発生するときのストローク数として記録する。オペレーターの手袋からの泡は、内径3.5cm及び発生する泡の総量によって、70mL、110mL、又は140mL(ガラス専門店によって標準サイズのメスシリンダーの高さを修正)の総容量のメスシリンダーに移す。ヘアからの泡は、強く握り締めてヘアピース上を下方向に1回動かすことによって集め、そしてまたシリンダー内に入れる。総泡体積をミリリットル単位で記録する。試験サンプルにつき3回の作業を行い、そして3つの値の平均を計算する。物品を試験するとき、0.20+/−0.01グラムの製品の重さを必要であればはさみを使って測り、そしてヘアピースに適用し、次いで2cm3の追加の水を注射器で製品に適用する。発泡性技術を、次いで10分間の待ち時間後に液体製品向けに記載されているように実施する。
ウェブ試料中の溶解性繊維の直径は、走査型電子顕微鏡(SEM)又は光学顕微鏡と画像分析ソフトウェアとを使用して決定される。繊維が測定用に適切に拡大されるように、200〜10,000倍の倍率を選択する。SEMを使用するときに、電子ビームにおける繊維の帯電及び振動を避けるために、試料は金又はパラジウム化合物でスパッタされる。SEM又は光学顕微鏡を用いて撮られた画像(モニタースクリーン上)から、繊維の寸法を決定するための手動の手順が使用される。マウス及びカーソルツールを用いて、無作為に選択された繊維の縁部を探し、その後、その幅(即ち、その点において繊維方向に対して垂直に)にわたって繊維の他方の縁部まで測定する。目盛り付きの較正された画像分析ツールは、マイクロメートル(μm)単位の実際の読取値を得るためにスケーリングを提供する。SEM又は光学顕微鏡を使用して、ウェブ試料全域で数個の繊維を無作為に選択する。ウェブ(又は製品の内部のウェブ)由来の少なくとも2つの見本を切り取り、この様式で試験する。そのような測定を合計で少なくとも100回行い、全てのデータを統計的分析のために記録する。繊維直径の平均(平均値)繊維直径、繊維直径の標準偏差、及び繊維直径の中央値を計算するために、記録したデータを使用する。別の有用な統計値は、ある特定の上限未満の繊維の集団の量の算出である。この統計値を決定するために、繊維直径のいくつの結果が上限未満であるかを計数するようにソフトウェアをプログラミングし、かつその計数値(データの総数で割り、100%を乗じた値)を、例えば、1マイクロメートル未満の直径の百分率又は%サブマイクロメートル等の上限未満の百分率として、百分率単位で報告する。本発明者らは、個々の円形繊維の測定された直径(マイクロメートル単位)をdiと表す。
本明細書に記載した組成物は、ヘア、毛包、皮膚、歯、口腔、布地及び硬質表面の処理に使用することができる。これらの消費者基材を処理するための方法は、a)有効量の物品を手に適用し、b)物品を水で湿潤して固体を溶解し、c)溶解した材料を処理等のために標的消費者基材に適用し、d)希釈した処理組成物を消費者基材から濯ぐことを含んでもよい。これらの工程は、所望のクレンジング及び又はトリートメント効果を達成するために必要に応じて何度でも繰り返すことができる。あるいは、物品は、単位用量として機械(洗濯機又は食器洗浄機)内に挿入されてもよく、機械が溶解、処理及び濯ぎ工程を実行してもよい。
本明細書には、本明細書に記載した1種以上の組成物を含む商業物品と、物品を溶解し、溶解された混合物をヘア、毛包、皮膚、歯、口腔、布地及び硬質表面に適用して、クレンジング効果、標的消費者基材に対する利益、急速発泡する泡、急速に濯げる泡、きれいに濯げる泡、及びこれらの組み合わせを生じるように消費者に指導する情報伝達とを開示する。その情報伝達は、組成物が入っている梱包物又は組成物自体に直接又は間接的に添着される印刷物であってもよい。あるいは、情報伝達は製品と関連付けられる電子又は放送メッセージであってもよい。あるいは、情報伝達は、その製造物品の少なくとも1つの活用可能性、性能、際立った特徴、及び/又は特性について記載してもよい。
以下の界面活性剤/ポリマー液体加工組成物は、下の表1に示したような重量百分率で調製される。

Claims (12)
- 溶解性繊維性ウェブ構造を含むパーソナルケア物品の製造方法であって、前記物品が、
a.前記物品の30重量%〜75重量%の活性剤、
b.前記物品の15重量%〜50重量%の水溶性ポリマー構造剤、及び
c.発泡剤又は吸熱性発泡剤であって、前記吸熱性発泡剤は、重炭酸ナトリウム、クエン酸及びそれらの誘導体、並びにこれらの組み合わせから選択される、発泡剤又は吸熱性発泡剤
を含有する組成物(加工混合物)から形成され、前記物品中の前記水溶性ポリマー構造剤の前記活性剤に対する比が、1.0未満0.1までであり、
前記活性剤が、イオン性界面活性剤から選択され、前記イオン性界面活性剤が、
i.グループIからの1種以上の界面活性剤であって、グループIはアニオン性界面活性剤を含む、界面活性剤と、
ii.グループIIからの1種以上の界面活性剤であって、グループIIは両性、双極性イオン及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される、界面活性剤と
を含み、
グループIの界面活性剤とグループIIの界面活性剤との比が、70:30〜30:70であり、
前記水溶性ポリマー構造剤が、ポリビニルアルコール及びヒドロキシプロピルメチルセルロースからなる群から選択される1種以上であって、40,000〜500,000の重量平均分子量を有し、
前記物品が、
(1)前記活性剤、1種以上の前記水溶性ポリマー構造剤、及び前記発泡剤又は吸熱性発泡剤を含む加工混合物を調製する工程であって、前記加工混合物が、(i)20%〜60%の固体含有率と、(ii)5,000センチポアズ〜150,000センチポアズの粘度とを有する、工程と、
(2)第1の加圧ガス流を前記加工混合物の液体フィルムに指向させて繊維を形成することを含む流体フィルムフィブリル化プロセスにより、前記加工混合物を前記繊維にフィブリル化する工程と、
(3)第2の加圧ガス流により、前記加工混合物の前記繊維を少なくとも部分的に乾燥する工程と、
(4)前記部分的に乾燥した繊維を表面上に堆積させて、部分的に乾燥した繊維性ウェブ構造のウェブを形成する工程と、
(5)前記部分的に乾燥した繊維性ウェブ構造を、所望の最終含水率まで乾燥する工程と、
(6)前記繊維性ウェブを1つ以上の形状に切断して前記物品を形成する工程と
を含むプロセスにより形成される、パーソナルケア物品の製造方法。 - 前記溶解性繊維性ウェブ構造が、10マイクロメートル未満の平均直径を有する繊維を含む、請求項1に記載のパーソナルケア物品の製造方法。
- 前記パーソナルケア物品が、ハンドクレンジング基材、ヘアシャンプー、ヘアコンディショナー、ヘアカラートリートメント基材、顔面クレンジング基材、身体クレンジング基材、髭剃り準備基材、ペットケア基材、医薬品又は他のスキンケア活性物質を含むパーソナルケア基材、保湿基材、日焼け止め基材、長期的な皮膚有益剤の基材、ビタミン含有基材、α−ヒドロキシ酸含有基材、脱臭基材、芳香剤含有基材、及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される、請求項1又は2に記載のパーソナルケア物品の製造方法。
- グリセリン、プロピレングリコール及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される、前記物品の3重量%〜20重量%の可塑剤を含み、前記物品が、前記物品の0.1重量%〜5重量%の伸長レオロジー調整剤を更に含み、前記伸長レオロジー調整剤が1,000,000〜10,000,000の重量平均分子量を有する、請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載のパーソナルケア物品の製造方法。
- 前記伸長レオロジー調整剤が1種以上のポリエチレンオキシド類を含む、請求項4に記載のパーソナルケア物品の製造方法。
- 前記溶解性繊維性ウェブ構造が、0.03グラム/立方メートル〜0.50グラム/立方メートルの密度を有する、請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載のパーソナルケア物品の製造方法。
- 前記溶解性繊維性ウェブ構造が、流体フィルムフィブリル化プロセスにより生成される繊維の混合物を含み、前記繊維が均質に又は層状に混合される、請求項1に記載のパーソナルケア物品の製造方法。
- 前記混合物中の前記繊維が、実質的に異なる溶解速度、実質的に異なる繊維直径分布、実質的に異なる組成、又はこれらの組み合わせの繊維からなる群から選択される、請求項7に記載のパーソナルケア物品の製造方法。
- 前記実質的に異なる直径分布の前記繊維が、0.1マイクロメートル〜150マイクロメートルの範囲の平均直径を有する、請求項8に記載のパーソナルケア物品の製造方法。
- 前記溶解性物品が、複数の溶解性繊維性ウェブ構造を含み、前記複数の溶解性繊維性ウェブ構造が、前記物品が30グラム/平方メートル〜1,000グラム/平方メートルの坪量と、0.25ミリメートル〜10ミリメートルの厚さとを有するように、熱、水分、超音波、圧力、及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される結合手段を介して一緒に結合される、請求項1〜9の何れか一項に記載のパーソナルケア物品の製造方法。
- 前記溶解性繊維性ウェブ構造の各層が、有意に異なる繊維直径分布を有する繊維を含み、前記溶解性繊維性ウェブ構造の各層内の前記繊維が、0.1マイクロメートル〜150マイクロメートルの範囲の平均直径を有する、請求項10に記載のパーソナルケア物品の製造方法。
- 前記溶解性繊維性ウェブ構造の各層が、異なる組成を含む、請求項11に記載のパーソナルケア物品の製造方法。
