- 前記上部層材料と前記プロファイル層材料は共に、熱可塑性エラストマーあるいは熱可塑性ポリウレタンを含むことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の製造方法。
- 前記ベルトは、切断コード端部を除いて露出するコード部がないことを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の製造方法。
- 前記コードが、前記プロファイルが与えられた円筒マンドレルの一部に掛け回わされる前記カーカスの一方の面から僅かに突出することを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の製造方法。
- 前記コードの殆どが、前記プロファイルが与えられた円筒マンドレルの一部に掛け回わされるカーカス内に埋設されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の製造方法。
- 前記コードが、前記滑らかな円筒マンドレルとガイドロールの間に挟まれて前記滑らかな円筒マンドレルに押し当てられ、前記滑らかな円筒マンドレルの一部に平行に掛け回されることを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の製造方法。
