Description
− 金属コーティングの表面上でのニッケルの存在は、接触による腐食を加速し、
− 浴中の元素の数の増加によって浴の管理がずっと複雑になり、
− 鋼/金属コーティング界面へのニッケルの移行が困難であり、追加の製造上の制約をもたらし、導入する。
− 鋼基材を供給する工程、
− 基材を、4.4重量%から5.6重量%のアルミニウムおよび0.3重量%から0.56重量%のマグネシウム、ならびに浴の残部はもっぱら亜鉛、方法から生じる不可避的不純物および場合によりSi、Ti、Ca、Mn、La、CeおよびBiからなる群から選択される1つ以上の付加的な元素から構成される浴に溶融めっきすることにより、少なくとも1つの面に金属コーティングを堆積する工程であって、金属コーティング中の各付加的な元素の重量含有率は0.3%未満であり、ニッケルの存在は排除される工程、
− 金属コーティングを固化する工程、
− 金属コーティングを表面処理する工程、
− 金属コーティングを塗装する工程、
を含むプレペイント板の製造方法である。
− 浴は4.75重量%から5.25重量%のアルミニウムを含み、
− 浴は0.44重量%から0.56重量%のマグネシウムを含み、
− 浴は付加的な元素を全く含まず、
− 浴は370℃から470℃の間の温度であり、
− 金属コーティングは、金属コーティングの固化の開始と固化の終了の間、15℃/秒以上の冷却速度で固化され、
− 冷却速度は15℃/秒から35℃/秒の間であり、
− 表面処理は、すすぎ、脱脂および変換処理から選択される工程を含み、
− 脱脂は12から13の間のpHで行われ、
− 変換処理はヘキサフルオロチタン酸に基づき、
− 金属コーティングの塗装は、メラミン架橋ポリエステル、イソシアネート架橋ポリエステル、ポリウレタンおよびビニルポリマーのハロゲン化誘導体からなる群から選択される少なくとも1つのポリマーを有し、電気泳動の塗料を除く塗料によって行われる。
− 金属コーティングは4.75重量%から5.25重量%のアルミニウムを含み、
− 金属コーティングは0.44重量%から0.56重量%のマグネシウムを含み、
− 金属コーティングは付加的な元素を全く含まず、
− 塗膜は、メラミン架橋ポリエステル、イソシアネート架橋ポリエステル、ポリウレタンおよびビニルポリマーのハロゲン化誘導体からなる群から選択される少なくとも1つのポリマーを含み、電気泳動の塗料は除かれ、
− チタンを含む変換層は、金属コーティングと塗膜との界面に位置する。
予め塗装されたまたはされていないZnAlMg板の亀裂に対する傾向を次のように評価する:
− T−曲げ試験を2001年4月の日付の規格EN13523−7に規定された板の試験片について行う。
− 曲げ軸に対する横断面を曲げの厚み内に取る。
− 曲げ断面を光学顕微鏡で高倍率で観察し、以下について記録を取る:
- 曲げの全断面にわたり鋼に到達する亀裂の数
- これらの亀裂の平均幅(μmで表される)
- これらの亀裂の幅の合計(μmで表される)
− アルカリ脱脂、
− Henkel(R)により製造された変換処理Granodine(R) 1455の塗布、
− (乾燥膜上)5μmの公称厚さで、防食顔料を含有するポリエステル/メラミン型の下塗層の塗布、
− (乾燥膜上)20μmの公称厚さを有するポリエステル/メラミン型の仕上げ層の塗布
プレペイント板の耐食性を、ISO 12944−2の要件に合致する鋼上のクラスC5−M部位中で、EN 13523−19およびEN 13523−21に従って、自然暴露によって評価する。
Claims (11)
- 以下の工程:
− 鋼基材を供給する工程、
− 基材を、4.4重量%から5.6重量%のアルミニウムおよび0.3重量%から0.56重量%のマグネシウム、ならびに浴の残部はもっぱら亜鉛、本方法から生じる不可避的不純物および場合によりSi、Ti、Ca、Mn、La、CeおよびBiからなる群から選択される1つ以上の付加的な元素からなる浴に溶融めっきすることにより、少なくとも1つの面に金属コーティングを堆積する工程であって、金属コーティング中の各付加的な元素の重量含有率は0.3%未満であり、ニッケルの存在は排除される工程、
− 金属コーティングを固化する工程、
− 金属コーティングを表面処理する工程であって、
表面処理は、ヘキサフルオロチタン酸に基づく変換処理である、工程、
− 金属コーティングを塗装する工程であって、
金属コーティングの塗装は、メラミン架橋ポリエステル、イソシアネート架橋ポリエステルおよびビニルポリマーのハロゲン化誘導体からなる群から選択される少なくとも1つのポリマーを有し、電気泳動の塗料を除く塗料によって行われる、工程、
を含むプレペイント板の製造方法。 - 浴が4.75重量%から5.25重量%のアルミニウムを含む請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 浴が0.44重量%から0.56重量%のマグネシウムを含む請求項1から2のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
- 浴が付加的な元素を全く含まない請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
- 浴が370℃から470℃の間の温度である請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
- 金属コーティングの固化は、金属コーティングの固化の開始と固化の終了の間で15℃/秒以上の冷却速度で行われる請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
- 冷却速度は15℃/秒から35℃/秒の間である請求項6に記載の製造方法。
- 4.4重量%から5.6重量%のアルミニウムおよび0.3重量%から0.56重量%のマグネシウム、ならびに残部はもっぱら亜鉛、方法から生じる不可避的不純物および場合によりSi、Ti、Ca、Mn、La、CeおよびBiからなる群から選択される1つ以上の付加的な元素からなる金属コーティングによって少なくとも1つの面が被覆される鋼基材を含むプレペイント板であって、該金属コーティング中の各付加的な元素の重量含有率は0.3%未満であり、ニッケルの存在は排除されており、さらに、該金属コーティングは少なくとも1つの塗膜によって被覆されており、
塗膜が、メラミン架橋ポリエステル、イソシアネート架橋ポリエステルおよびビニルポリマーのハロゲン化誘導体からなる群から選択される少なくとも1つのポリマーを含み、電気泳動の塗料は除かれる、
プレペイント板が、金属コーティングと塗膜との界面にチタンを含む変換層を含む、プレペイント板。 - 金属コーティングが4.75重量%から5.25重量%のアルミニウムを含む請求項8に記載のプレペイント板。
- 金属コーティングが0.44重量%から0.56重量%のマグネシウムを含む請求項8または9に記載のプレペイント板。
- 金属コーティングが付加的な元素を全く含まない請求項8から10のいずれか一項に記載のプレペイント板。
