Claims (8)
- 小環状部(1)、大環状部(2)及び全ての柱部(3)が一体に射出成形されたころ軸受用樹脂保持器において、
ゲート(G)が、前記大環状部(2)のうち、円周方向に等配かつ前記大環状部(2)のポケット円周方向中央の延長(Pa)上に位置する箇所に配置され、ウエルドライン(W)が、前記小環状部(1)のみに発生していることを特徴とする円錐ころ軸受用樹脂保持器。 - 前記小環状部(1)が、内径寸法を円周方向に断続的に最大内径部(1a)から小さくした突出部(8)を有し、前記ウエルドライン(W)が前記突出部(8)を通って前記小環状部(1)を横断している請求項1に記載の円錐ころ軸受用樹脂保持器。
- 前記小環状部(1)の側面に溝状の肉盗み(6)が円周方向全体に亘っている請求項1又は2に記載の円錐ころ軸受用樹脂保持器。
- 前記小環状部(1)の側面に溝状の肉盗み(6)が円周方向に断続的に並び、ウエルドライン(W)が円周方向に隣り合う前記肉盗み(6、6)間の断絶部(7)を通って前記小環状部(1)の内外周面間を亘っている請求項1又は2に記載の円錐ころ軸受用樹脂保持器。
- 前記小環状部(1)の側面に溝状の肉盗み(6)が円周方向に断続的に並び、円周方向に隣り合う前記肉盗み(6、6)間の断絶部(7)が側面視階段状になっていることによって、当該階段状に沿ったウエルドライン(W)が発生している請求項1から3に記載の円錐ころ軸受用樹脂保持器。
- 前記小環状部(1)の内周面が側面視多角形状になっており、この多角形状の頂点(9)とポケット(4)の円周方向中央とが円周方向にずれている請求項1又は2に記載の円錐ころ軸受用樹脂保持器。
- 前記突出部(8)の円周方向中央とポケット(4)の円周方向中央とが円周方向にずれている請求項2に記載の円錐ころ軸受用樹脂保持器。
- 請求項1ないし請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の円錐ころ軸受用樹脂保持器を組み込んだことを特徴とする円錐ころ軸受。
