Description
Claims (23)
- 酸化バナジウム:50〜60重量%と、
酸化バリウム:27〜33重量%と、
酸化亜鉛:9〜12重量%と、
SrCl 2 、CuCl、及びSnCl 2 からなるグループから選択される、少なくとも1つの第1添加物と、を含む組成物
を有するフリット材料。 - 前記第1添加物が、SrCl2を含み、1〜8重量%を構成する、
請求項1に記載のフリット材料。 - 第2添加物が、さらに1〜8重量%のTeO2を含む、
請求項1又は2に記載のフリット材料。 - 前記第1添加物が、SnCl2を含み、1〜8重量%を構成する、
請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のフリット材料。 - 前記フリット材料が、1〜8重量%のAl2O3を含む第2添加物をさらに含む、
請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のフリット材料。 - 前記フリット材料が、0.5〜5重量%のSiO2を含む第2添加物をさらに含む、
請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のフリット材料。 - 前記フリット材料が、400℃未満又は400℃と等しいガラス転移温度を持つ、
請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のフリット材料。 - 間をおいた実質的に平行な第1及び第2ガラス基板と、
その間に気密シールを形成し、少なくとも部分的には前記第1基板と第2基板間に間隙を定める、前記第1基板と第2基板の周辺部に最も近接した端部シールとを含み、
前記間隙を大気圧未満の気圧とし、
前記端部シールが少なくとも当初は請求項1〜7のいずれか一項による組成物を含むフリット材料から形成されている
真空断熱ガラス(VIG)ユニット。 - 酸化バナジウム:50〜60重量%と、
酸化バリウム:27〜33重量%と、
酸化亜鉛:9〜12重量%と、
SrCl 2 、CuCl、及びSnCl 2 からなるグループから選択される、少なくとも1つの添加物と、
を含む組成物を提供することと、
前記組成物を溶融することと、
中間ガラス物品を形成するために、溶融された前記組成物を冷却すること、及び/又は溶融された前記組成物を冷却するに任せることと、
フリット材料を作るために、前記中間ガラス物品を粉砕することと
を含むフリット材料の製造方法。 - 前記の少なくとも1つの添加物が、SrCl2を含み、2〜6重量%を構成する、
請求項9に記載のフリット材料の製造方法。 - 前記の少なくとも1つの添加物が、SnCl2を含み、1〜8重量%を構成する、
請求項9又は10に記載のフリット材料の製造方法。 - 前記の少なくとも1つの添加物が、さらにAl2O3を含み、1〜8重量%を構成する、
請求項9〜11のいずれか一項に記載のフリット材料の製造方法。 - 前記の少なくとも1つの添加物が、さらに0.5〜5重量%のSiO2を含む、
請求項9〜12のいずれか一項に記載のフリット材料の製造方法。 - 前記組成物が、さらに1〜8重量%のTeO2を含む、
請求項9〜13のいずれか一項に記載のフリット材料の製造方法。 - 前記フリット材料が、375℃未満又は375℃と等しいガラス転移温度を持つ、
請求項9〜14のいずれか一項に記載のフリット材料の製造方法。 - 前記フリット材料が、350℃未満又は350℃と等しいガラス転移温度を持つ、
請求項9〜15のいずれか一項に記載のフリット材料の製造方法。 - 前記組成物を少なくとも1000℃で溶融する、
請求項9〜16のいずれか一項に記載のフリット材料の製造方法。 - 互いに間隔をおいた実質的に平行な第1及び第2ガラス基板を提供することと、
前記第1基板と第2基板間に間隙を定め、フリット材料を使って前記第1基板と第2基板とを共に封止をすることと
を含み、
前記封止を、375℃を超えない温度で前記フリット材料を溶融して実行し、
前記フリット材料は、
酸化バナジウム:50〜60重量%と、
酸化バリウム:27〜33重量%と、
酸化亜鉛:9〜12重量%と、
SrCl 2 、CuCl、又はSnCl 2 からなるグループから選択された少なくとも1つの添加物と、を含む基礎組成物から形成されている
真空断熱ガラス(VIG)ユニットの製造方法。 - 酸化バナジウム:50〜60重量%と、
酸化バリウム:27〜33重量%と、
酸化亜鉛:9〜12重量%と、
SnCl2からなる第1添加物と、
SiO2、Al2O3及びTeO2からなるグループから選択された、少なくとも1つの第2添加物と、を含む組成物
を有するフリット材料。 - SiO2、Al2O3及びTeO2からなるグループから選択された、前記第2添加物とは異なる第3添加物をさらに含む、
請求項19に記載のフリット材料。 - SiO2、Al2O3及びTeO2からなるグループから選択された、前記第2添加物及び第3添加物とは異なる第4添加物をさらに含む、
請求項20に記載のフリット材料。 - 前記第1添加物及び前記第2添加物が、重量%で前記フリット材料の0.5%から5%の間を構成する、
請求項19〜21のいずれか一項に記載のフリット材料。 - 前記フリット材料が、400℃未満又は400℃と等しいガラス転移温度を持つ、
