Description
本出願は、2011年12月29日に出願された米国特許出願第13/339,463の一部継続出願、2011年9月21日に出願された米国特許出願第13/238,358号の一部継続出願、2011年2月22日に出願された米国出願第12/929,875号の一部継続出願であり、全体の内容は参照に本明細書として含まれる。
1)発明のある実施形態において、ガラス軟化温度を低下及び/又は結晶化を減少させることに役立つことができる1〜10モル%の間のSnCl2;
2)発明のある実施形態において、ガラス軟化温度を低下させることに役立つことができる1〜5モル%の間のCuCl2;
3)発明のある実施形態において、ガラス軟化温度を低下させることに役立つことができる1〜6モル%の間のMoO3;
4)発明のある実施形態において、基板ガラスに対するガラス流動性及び/又は濡れ性を向上させることに役立つことができる1〜10モル%の間のTeO2;
5)発明のある実施形態において、ガラス軟化温度を上昇及び/又は結晶化温度を上昇させることに役立つことができる0.5〜5モル%の間のTa2O5;
6)発明のある実施形態において、ガラス軟化温度を上昇及び/又は結晶化温度を上昇させることに役立つことができる0.5〜6モル%の間のNb2O5;
7)発明のある実施形態において、軟化性、耐候性、化学的耐久性、及び/又は機械的強度を向上させることに役立つことができる0.5〜5モル%の間のAl2O3;
8)発明のある実施形態において、軟化性、耐候性、化学的耐久性、及び/又は機械的強度を向上させることに役立つことができる0.5〜5モル%の間のSiO2;
9)発明のある実施形態において、メルトフローの向上及び/又は濡れ性の低下に役立つことができる0.5〜4モル%の間のCsCO3。
Claims (20)
- 互いに間隔をおき実質的に平行な第1及び第2ガラス基板を提供し、前記第1ガラス基板と前記第2ガラス基板との間に空隙を定めるステップと、
少なくともフリット材料及び熱膨張係数(CTE)材料を含む材料を、前記第1及び/又は第2ガラス基板の付近に材料を配置するステップと、
結晶化温度で前記材料を溶かすために前記材料にエネルギを加えるステップと、
を含み、
前記CTE材料は、実質的に球状の要素を含み、前記要素は大きさが60から100ミクロンの間であり、
前記フリット材料は、
酸化バナジウムの成分を正規化されたモル%で45〜50%、
酸化バリウムの成分を正規化されたモル%で20〜23%、及び
酸化亜鉛の成分を正規化されたモル%で19〜22%、
を含む基礎組成物からなり、
前記CTE材料の要素は、モリブデンを含む、
真空断熱ガラス(VIG)ユニットの製造方法。 - 前記要素は、70から90ミクロンの間の平均直径を有する、
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記要素は、80ミクロンの目標直径を有する、
請求項2に記載の方法。 - 実質的に球状の前記要素は、一般に楕円形の要素を含む、
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記結晶化温度は、400℃未満である、
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 実質的に球状の前記要素は、前記CTE材料の材料において、体積の90%以上を含む、
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記材料は、ポリプロピレンカーボネイト又はポリエチレンカーボネイトを含有する結合剤溶液を含む、
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記基礎組成物は、少なくとも4つの酸化物、塩化物、及び/又はフッ化物系添加剤を含む、
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 実質的に無鉛の熱膨張係数(CTE)材料と、
次の成分、すなわち、
酸化バナジウムの成分を正規化されたモル%で45〜50%、
酸化バリウムの成分を正規化されたモル%で20〜23%、及び
酸化亜鉛の成分を正規化されたモル%で19〜22%、
を含有する組成物を有するフリット材料と、
を含み、
ソーダ石灰珪酸塩ガラスのCTE値との差が当該CTE値に対して15%以内である第1CTE値を有し、
前記CTE材料は、モリブデンを含む実質的に球状の粒子を含む、
材料。 - 前記粒子は、楕円形態を含む、
請求項9に記載の材料。 - 前記CTE材料は、直径が60から100ミクロンの間の要素からなる、
請求項9に記載の材料。 - 前記CTE材料の前記要素の大部分は、直径が70から90ミクロンの間である、
請求項9に記載の材料。 - 前記要素は、平均的に80ミクロンである、
請求項12に記載の材料。 - 前記CTE材料は、実質的に150〜170メッシュの粒子からなる、
請求項9に記載の材料。 - 前記材料の結晶化温度は、400℃未満である、
請求項9に記載の材料。 - 前記組成物は、Ta2O5、Ti2O3、SrCl2、GeO2、CuO、AgO、Nb2O5、B2O3、MgO、SiO2、TeO2、Tl2O3、Y 2 O3、SnF2、SnO2、SnCl2、CeO2、AgCl、In 2O3、SnO、SrO、MoO3、CsCO3及びAl2O3からなる群から選択される少なくとも6個の添加剤をさらに含む、
請求項9に記載の材料。 - 材料を製造する方法であって、
ホルダに次の成分を含有する組成物、すなわち、
酸化バナジウムの成分を正規化されたモル%で45〜50%、
酸化バリウムの成分を正規化されたモル%で20〜23%及び
酸化亜鉛の成分を正規化されたモル%で19〜22%、
を含み、
前記組成物を熔融するステップと、
溶融した前記組成物を冷却、及び/又は溶融した前記組成物を冷却させて中間製品を形成するステップと、
前記中間製品から基礎フリット材料を形成するステップと、
150〜170メッシュで、モリブデンを含む実質的に球状の粒子からなるCTEフィラー材料と基礎フリット材料とを結合させるステップと、
を含む、
材料を製造する方法。 - 前記組成物は、Ta2O5、Ti2O3、SrCl2、GeO2、CuO、AgO、Nb2O5、B2O3、MgO、SiO2、TeO2、Tl2O3、Y 2 O3、SnF2、SnO2、SnCl2、CeO2、AgCl、In 2O3、SnO、SrO、MoO3、CsCO3、及びAl2O3からなる群から選択される少なくとも4つの添加剤を含む、
請求項17に記載の方法。 - モリブデンを含む基本的に球状の粒子からなるCTE材料とフリット材料とを結合して結合材料を形成するステップと、
ガラス基板上に前記結合材料を配置するステップと、
400℃未満の温度まで前記結合材料を加熱するステップと、
を含み、
前記結合材料に関連する熱膨張係数と、熱が前記結合材料に加えられる時に前記ガラス基板の熱膨張係数との差が、前記ガラス基板の熱膨張係数に対して10%以内であり、
前記フリット材料は、
酸化バナジウムの成分を正規化されたモル%で45〜50%、
酸化バリウムの成分を正規化されたモル%で20〜23%、及び
酸化亜鉛の成分を正規化されたモル%で19〜22%、
を含有する組成物である、
ガラス基板にフリット材料を接合する方法。 - 前記CTE材料は、150〜170メッシュの粒子を含む、
請求項19に記載の方法。
