Claims (8)
- ガラス組成として、下記酸化物換算のモル%で、Bi2O3 30〜50%、B2O3 15〜35%、ZnO 10〜40%、MgO 0.3〜7%、Al2O3 0.1〜7%、SiO2 0.1〜7%含有すること(但し、In 2 O 3 とGa 2 O 3 の合量が0.1%以上の場合を除く)を特徴とするビスマス系ガラス組成物。
- ガラス組成として、モル比率で(MgO+Al2O3)/SiO2の値が0.5〜15であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のビスマス系ガラス組成物。
- ガラス組成として、下記酸化物換算のモル%で、BaO+SrO+CaO 0〜10%、CuO 0〜15%、Fe2O3 0〜5%、Sb2O3 0〜5%含有することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のビスマス系ガラス組成物。
- 実質的にPbOを含有しないことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のビスマス系ガラス組成物。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれかのビスマス系ガラス組成物からなるガラス粉末45〜95体積%、耐火性フィラー粉末5〜55体積%含有することを特徴とするビスマス系封着材料。
- 耐火性フィラー粉末が、組成として、少なくともMgO、Al2O3、SiO2のいずれかを含有することを特徴とする請求項5に記載のビスマス系封着材料。
- 耐火性フィラー粉末がコーディエライトであることを特徴とする請求項5または6に記載のビスマス系封着材料。
- プラズマディスプレイパネルの封着に使用することを特徴とする請求項5〜7のいずれかに記載のビスマス系封着材料。
