Claims (12)
- ビスマス系ガラス粉末と耐火性フィラー粉末を含有する封着材料において、
ビスマス系ガラス粉末が、ガラス組成として、Bi 2 O 3 を67〜90質量%含有し、
耐火性フィラー粉末の平均粒子径D50が9〜24μm、90%粒子径D90が32.5〜90μmであることを特徴とする封着材料。 - 耐火性フィラー粉末の相対熱膨張係数が−35×10−7/℃〜15×10−7/℃であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の封着材料。
- 耐火性フィラー粉末の相対熱膨張係数が−35×10−7/℃〜10×10−7/℃であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の封着材料。
- 耐火性フィラー粉末がコーディエライト粉末を含有することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の封着材料。
- ビスマス系ガラス粉末が、ガラス組成として、下記酸化物換算の質量%表示で、Bi2O3 67〜90%、B2O3 2〜12%、Al2O3 0〜5%、ZnO 1〜20%、BaO 0〜10%、CuO 0〜5%、Fe2O3 0〜2%、CeO2 0〜5%、Sb2O3 0〜5%含有することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の封着材料。
- 体積%表示で、ビスマス系ガラス粉末40〜95%、耐火性フィラー粉末5〜60%含有することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の封着材料。
- 実質的にPbOを含有しないことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の封着材料。
- プラズマディスプレイパネルの封着に使用することを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の封着材料。
- ビスマス系ガラス粉末が、ガラス組成として、Sb2O3を0.05〜5質量%含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の封着材料。
- 耐火性フィラーの90%粒子径D90が40〜78μmであることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の封着材料。
- 封着材料を所定形状に焼結させたプレスフリットにおいて、
該封着材料が請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の封着材料であることを特徴とするプレスフリット。 - 請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の封着材料で封着したことを特徴とするプラズマディスプレイパネル。
