Claims (15)

- 前記結合材料は、約0.6MPa・m0.5〜約4.0MPa・m0.5の間の範囲内の平均破壊靱性(K1c)を有する、請求項1または2に記載の研磨物品。
- 前記活性結合組成物は、前記結合材料の全体積の約1体積%〜約40体積%の間の範囲内の量で存在する、請求項4に記載の研磨物品。
- 前記本体は少なくとも約1.5のVP/VBM比を有し、VPは前記本体の全体積中の砥粒およびフィラーを含む粒子状材料の体積百分率であり、VBMは前記本体の全体積中の結合材料の体積百分率である、請求項1または2に記載の研磨物品。
- 前記研磨物品は、炭化タングステン加工物に対して少なくとも約1.0in3/分/in[10mm3/秒/mm]の材料除去速度を示す、請求項1または2に記載の研磨物品。
