Description
本発明の実施の形態の導電性高分子分散溶液の製造方法について説明する。
導電性高分子前駆体モノマーとして、2.85gの3,4−エチレンジオキシチオフェンと、ポリ陰イオンとして、4.26gのポリスチレンスルホン酸(質量平均分子量;約20,000)と100mlの純水とを調合し調合液を作製する。
実施例2では、上記の調合液をミセルの粒子径の分布は38〜120nmの範囲(粒子径100nm以下が90%以上)となるように攪拌する。このミセルを含むエマルションをエマルション(B)とする。ミセルの粒径分布のピーク値は、80nmとする。
実施例3では、上記の調合液を、ミセルの粒子径の分布が800〜2500nmとなるように攪拌する。このミセルを含むエマルションを、エマルション(C)とする。ミセルの粒径分布のピーク値は1000nmとする。
実施例4では、上記の調合液を、ミセルの粒子径の分布が100〜2700nmとなるように攪拌する。このミセルを含むエマルションを、エマルション(D)とする。ミセルの粒径分布のピーク値は1200nmとする。
導電性高分子前駆体モノマーとして、2.85gの3,4−エチレンジオキシチオフェンと、ポリ陰イオンとして、4.26gのポリスチレンスルホン酸(質量平均分子量;約20,000)と100mlの純水とをスターラーで撹拌しながら混合して混合溶液を形成する。この混合溶液は乳化されておらず、ミセルを含まない。
本実施例では、分散質の粒径分布のピーク値を30nmとする。
本実施例では、分散質の粒径分布のピーク値を50nmとする。
本実施例では、分散質の粒径分布のピーク値を100nmとする。

Claims (5)
- チオフェン及びその誘導体から選択される少なくとも1種の導電性高分子前駆体モノマーと数平均分子量が10000〜2000000のポリスチレンスルホン酸を含むポリ陰イオンと水系溶媒とを調合した調合液を乳化させて、前記導電性高分子前駆体モノマーと前記ポリ陰イオンとが互いに吸着したミセルを含むエマルションを調製するステップと、前記エマルションに酸化剤を添加して化学酸化重合により導電性高分子の分散質を形成するステップとを備え、
前記エマルションを調製するステップにおいて、前記ミセルの粒径分布のピーク値を80nm以上、1000nm未満にするとともに、
前記導電性高分子の分散質を形成するステップにおいて、前記分散質の粒径分布のピーク値を80nm以上にする、導電性高分子分散溶液の製造方法。 - 前記エマルションを薄膜旋回法により調製する請求項1に記載の導電性高分子分散溶液の製造方法。
- 多価アルコールを添加するステップをさらに備えた請求項1又は請求項2に記載の導電性高分子分散溶液の製造方法。
- 陽極箔と陰極箔とを含むコンデンサ素子前駆体に前記請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の製造方法により得られた導電性高分子分散溶液を含ませる工程を経てコンデンサ素子を形成するステップを備える電解コンデンサの製造方法。
- 前記コンデンサ素子に電解液を含ませるステップをさらに含む請求項4に記載の電解コンデンサの製造方法。
