Description
まず、本実施形態に係る充電コネクタ1の構成について、図面を参照しながら説明する。図1は、本実施形態に係る充電コネクタ1を示す斜視図である。図2及び図3は、本実施形態に係る充電コネクタ1を示す分解斜視図である。図4は、本実施形態に係る充電コネクタ1の内部を示す断面図である。図5(a)は、図3のA−A断面図であり、図5(b)は、図3のB−B断面図である。
次に、上述した充電コネクタ1の組立について、図面を参照しながら説明する。図6(a)及び図6(b)は、本実施形態に係る充電コネクタ1の組立工程を示す断面図である。
以上説明した本実施形態では、一方のケース分割体10Aに対するコネクタハウジング21の仮収容位置において、仮保持部16(爪部18)が仮被保持部26に係止する。これにより、電線Wの張力等の外力によって、一方のケース分割体10Aからコネクタハウジング21が浮いてしまうことなく、回転方向規制孔14Bと回転方向規制突起23Cとの係合が解除されてしまうことを防止できる。従って、一方のケース分割体10Aに対してコネクタハウジング21を仮収容位置で確実に保持でき、作業者がコネクタハウジング21を仮収容位置で保持しながら充電コネクタ1を組み立てる必要がなく、充電コネクタ1の組立作業性が向上する。
上述したように、本発明の実施形態を通じて本発明の内容を開示したが、この開示の一部をなす論述及び図面は、本発明を限定するものであると理解すべきではない。この開示から当業者には様々な代替実施の形態、実施例及び運用技術が明らかとなる。

Claims (2)
- 複数のケース分割体が組み付けられることによって形成されるコネクタケースと、前記コネクタケースに収容され、電線が接続された充電端子をコネクタハウジング内に収容したコネクタ本体とを備え、
前記各ケース分割体と前記コネクタハウジングとの何れか一方には、位置決め部が設けられ、他方には、前記位置決め部に係合する被位置決め部が設けられ、
前記位置決め部と前記被位置決め部とが係合する位置まで一方の前記ケース分割体に前記コネクタ本体を挿入して前記コネクタハウジングを仮収容位置とし、前記コネクタハウジングを仮収容した一方の前記ケース分割体に他方の前記ケース分割体を組み付ける充電コネクタであって、
一方の前記ケース分割体には、前記コネクタハウジングの仮収容位置で保持する仮保持部が設けられ、前記コネクタハウジングには、前記仮保持部に係止する仮被保持部が設けられ、
前記仮保持部は、一方の前記ケース分割体に基端が固定されて先端が自由端とされた弾性アーム部と、弾性アームに設けられた爪部とによって構成され、
前記仮被保持部は、前記コネクタハウジングの円筒状の端子収容ハウジング部の外周面に形成された段差によって構成されたことを特徴とする充電コネクタ。 - 請求項1に記載の充電コネクタであって、
前記仮保持部及び前記仮被保持部は、前記位置決め部及び前記被位置決め部とは異なる位置に設けられたことを特徴とする充電コネクタ。
