Description
一対の半割体は、同一部品である構成としてもよい。
このような構成によると、部品の種類を削減でき、部品コストを低減できる。
このような構成によると、電線に対する押圧力を均一化することができ、電線の傷付きをより防止できる。
このような構成によると、両半割体を組み付ける際に湾曲部が電線の外周面に対して過度に押圧された場合であっても、電線の一部が逃がし部に入り込むことにより、電線の傷付きを防止できる。
このような構成によると、二箇所の電線挿通孔で電線を保持すればよいため、各電線挿通孔で電線にかかる押圧力を下げることができる。これにより、電線の傷付きをより防止できる。
本発明の実施形態を図1ないし図15の図面を参照しながら説明する。本実施形態における充電用コネクタ10は、図1に示すように、全体としてピストル形状(ガン形状)をなすハウジング11を有しており、このハウジング11は、車両側コネクタ(図示せず)と嵌合可能なフロントハウジング20と、このフロントハウジング20を左右両側から挟み付けるベース側ハウジング30およびカバー側ハウジング40とを備えて構成されている。また、ハウジング11には、図2に示すように、複数のボルトBによってボルト締結されており、これらのボルトBによってベース側ハウジング30とカバー側ハウジング40とが一体に組み付けられている。
本発明は上記記述及び図面によって説明した実施形態に限定されるものではなく、例えば次のような実施形態も本発明の技術的範囲に含まれる。
(1)上記実施形態では、電線保持部材として金属クリップ60を用いているものの、本発明によると、樹脂製のクリップを用いてもよい。その場合には、可撓性を有するヒンジによって両半割体を連結してもよい。

Claims (5)
- 充電用コネクタを構成するハウジングの内部に取り付けられる電線保持部材であって、
一対の半割体を互いに組み付けてなる箱形状の本体部を備え、
この本体部の電線の軸に平行な平板状の外面及び該電線の軸に対して垂直な平板状の外面が前記ハウジングに設けた規制部及び抜止部に面接触することにより前記本体部が前記ハウジングに対して電線の軸方向および軸回り方向へ移動することが規制されており、
前記本体部の外面に、前記電線を挿通させる電線挿通孔が設けられ、この電線挿通孔は、両半割体の突き合わせ縁から湾曲状に切り欠かれた一対の湾曲部が向き合うように前記両半割体を組み付けることで構成されており、前記電線は、両湾曲部によって狭持されることにより前記本体部に保持されていることを特徴とする電線保持部材。 - 前記一対の半割体は、同一部品であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電線保持部材。
- 前記湾曲部は、円弧状とされていることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の電線保持部材。
- 前記湾曲部の両端部には、前記電線挿通孔の径方向外側に傾斜した逃がし部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の電線保持部材。
- 一対の前記電線挿通孔が、前記電線の軸方向に間隔を空けて同軸で配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の電線保持部材。
