Claims (62)
- 外傷の少なくとも一部を覆うハウジングと、
前記ハウジングと流体連通した真空源と、
前記ハウジングの下に配置された液体を保持するための構造体であって、当該構造体に入る実質上すべての液状の外傷浸出液を捕集および保持するとともに、同時に前記真空源によって発生させられた陰圧を外傷に伝達する構造体と、
前記構造体からの液体の流れを実質的に遮断する液体バリアと、
前記構造体と前記真空源との間に配置され、当該構造体内で真空を分散するために構成される真空分散部と、
を備えたことを特徴とする外傷治療用装置。 - 前記構造体は、多孔性部材から構成され、当該多孔性部材は、前記構造体を介して前記真空源と外傷との間の流体連通を許容する複数の流路を形成する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の外傷治療用装置。 - 前記ハウジングは、装置が大気圧以下の圧力状態となったときに前記構造体を介して前記真空源と外傷との間の流体連通を許容するのに十分な剛性を有する、
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の外傷治療用装置。 - 前記ハウジングは、前記構造体とともに、装置が大気圧以下の圧力状態となったときに前記構造体を介して前記真空源と外傷との間の流体連通を許容するのに十分な剛性を有する、
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の外傷治療用装置。 - 前記構造体は、当該構造体に加えられる所定の大きさの機械力の下で液体を保持する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の外傷治療用装置。 - 前記真空源は、前記ハウジングの内側に配置されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の外傷治療用装置。 - 前記真空源は、前記ハウジングの外側に配置されている、

ことを特徴とする請求項8ないし10のいずれかに記載の外傷治療用装置。 - 前記ハウジングは、外傷の少なくとも一部を覆う第一の部分と、外傷の周辺部の外側に配置される第二の部分とを備える、
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし11のいずれかに記載の外傷治療用装置。 - 前記真空源は、前記ハウジングの第二の部分で当該ハウジングに取り付けられる、
ことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の外傷治療用装置。 - 前記真空源は、前記ハウジングの第一の部分で当該ハウジングに取り付けられる、
ことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の外傷治療用装置。 - 装置の配置向きに関わらず装置の動作を維持するための手段をさらに備える、
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし14のいずれかに記載の外傷治療用装置。 - 前記真空源は、電源を含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし15のいずれかに記載の外傷治療用装置。 - 前記ハウジングは、ポリスチレン、ポリエステル、ポリエチレン、シリコン、ネオプレン、及び、それらの組み合わせのうちの一つから形成されたものである、
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし16のいずれかに記載の外傷治療用装置。 - 前記ハウジングは、フレキシブルなバリアから構成される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし17のいずれかに記載の外傷治療用装置。 - 前記フレキシブルなバリアは、ポリウレタンから形成される、
ことを特徴とする請求項18に記載の外傷治療用装置。 - ユーザの皮膚を保護するための皮膚保護層をさらに備える、
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし19のいずれかに記載の外傷治療用装置。 - 前記真空分散部は、前記ハウジングの吸気口に配置された疎水性の構造体からなることを特徴とする請求項1ないし20のいずれかに記載の外傷治療用装置。
- 前記構造体と連通した水分分散部をさらに備える、
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし21のいずれかに記載の外傷治療用装置。 - 前記構造体は、スポンジ、繊維、布、ガーゼ、吸収材、吸収材、ポリマー、ゲル、ゲル剤、発泡体、充てん材料、及びそれらの組み合わせのうちの一つから構成される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし22のいずれかに記載の外傷治療用装置。 - 前記構造体は、さらに、抗菌剤を含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし23のいずれかに記載の外傷治療用装置。 - 前記液体バリアは、気体が浸透可能な膜から構成される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし24のいずれかに記載の外傷治療用装置。 - 外傷接触層をさらに備える、
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし25のいずれかに記載の外傷治療用装置。 - 前記外傷接触層は、シート、発泡体、ゲル、ガーゼ、多孔性母材、蜂の巣、モップ、紙ふぶき、内蔵式のチューブ状構造体、及びそれらの組み合わせのうちの一つから構成される、
ことを特徴とする請求項26に記載の外傷治療用装置。 - 前記外傷接触層は、抗菌剤を含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項26又は27に記載の外傷治療用装置。 - 前記外傷接触層は、外傷と接触する面から構成され、当該面は、直径が約100マイクロン以上の孔を少なくとも一つ備える、
ことを特徴とする請求項26ないし28のいずれかに記載の外傷治療用装置。 - 前記真空源が脱気できるようにするための排気口をさらに備える、
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし29のいずれかに記載の外傷治療用装置。 - 前記排気口は、フィルタを備える、

- 前記液体バリアは、前記液体保持チャンバから真空チャンバ内への液体の移動を防止することを特徴とする請求項1ないし46のいずれかに記載の外傷治療用装置。
- 装置を体の表面に取り付けるためのシールをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1ないし47のいずれかに記載の外傷治療用装置。
- 前記液体バリアは、前記シールとは区別されることを特徴とする請求項48記載の外傷治療用装置。
- 前記液体バリアは、多孔性の疎水性フィルムからなることを特徴とする請求項1ないし49のいずれかに記載の外傷治療用装置。
- 前記液体バリアは、多孔性の疎水性構造からなることを特徴とする請求項1ないし49のいずれかに記載の外傷治療用装置。
- 前記液体バリアは、液滴ギャップからなることを特徴とする請求項1ないし49のいずれかに記載の外傷治療用装置。
- 前記液体バリアは、迷路からなることを特徴とする請求項1ないし49のいずれかに記載の外傷治療用装置。
- 前記外傷治療用装置は、自己統合型であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし53のいずれかに記載の外傷治療用装置。
- 前記構造体は、超吸収性重合体からなることを特徴とする請求項1ないし54のいずれかに記載の外傷治療用装置。
- 前記水分分散部は、前記構造体による外傷液の吸収を容易にするように構成されることを特徴とする請求項22記載の外傷治療用装置。
- 前記真空分散部は、前記液体保持構造内での真空の分散を容易にするように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし56のいずれかに記載の外傷治療用装置。
- 外傷部分での負圧の変化を示すカラーインジケータをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1ないし57のいずれかに記載の外傷治療用装置。
- 前記真空源は、外傷用医薬材料から離間させて配置されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし58のいずれかに記載の外傷治療用装置。
- 前記構造体は、さらにセルロース材料を備えることを特徴とする請求項1ないし59のいずれかに記載の外傷治療用装置。
- 前記液体保持構造内での液体の吸収を示す飽和インジケータをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1ないし60のいずれかに記載の外傷治療用装置。
- 前記外傷接触層は、さらに多孔な気泡を備えた袋をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項26ないし29のいずれかに記載の外傷治療用装置。
