Description
この第1実施形態は、本発明にかかる収納装置が部品実装装置のトレイ部品供給装置として適用されたものである。図1及び図2は、部品実装装置を示している。図1は平面図で、図2は側面図でそれぞれ部品実装装置を概略的に示している。同図及び後に用いる図面には、方向関係を明確化するためにXYZ直角座標軸が示されている。
第2実施形態は、本発明にかかる収納装置がローダ、すなわちプリント配線板等の複数枚の基板をストックしつつ、当該基板を部品実装基板の生産ライン上に一枚ずつ送り出すための装置として適用されたものである。
第3実施形態は、本発明にかかる収納装置が基板のバッファ装置、すなわち部品実装基板の生産ラインに沿って搬送される基板を引き出してストックし、必要に応じて生産ラインに戻すための装置として適用されたものである。

Claims (6)
- パレットを上下複数段に収納する収納装置であって、
前記パレットを収納可能な複数の収納部を上下方向に並列に備える収納部材と、
この収納部材の上下方向の位置を保ったままで当該収納部材に収納されている各パレットを一体的に上下方向に移動させる第1昇降手段と、を備え、
前記収納部材は、上下方向に互いに平行に延びかつ外周に同一形状のねじが形成された複数のねじ軸であり、これらねじ軸のねじ溝を前記収納部として各ねじ軸のねじ溝に前記パレットの端部が挿入されることで当該パレットを支持するように構成され、
前記パレットは、前記端部として、前記ねじ軸のフランク面に沿って外向きに傾斜して延びてフランク面に支持されるフランジ部を有し、
前記第1昇降手段は、前記各ねじ軸を回転駆動することによりこのねじ軸の回転に伴い前記パレットをねじ溝に沿って上下方向に移動させることを特徴とする収納装置。 - 請求項1に記載の収納装置において、
前記第1昇降手段は、前記各ねじ軸がそれらの軸回りに回転可能となるように支持するねじ軸支持部と、前記各ねじ軸を同一方向に同期して回転させる回転駆動機構とを備えることを特徴とする収納装置。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の収納装置において、
前記パレットを水平方向に移動させることにより、前記ねじ軸に対してパレットの収納又は取り出しの少なくとも一方を行う板状部材移動装置をさらに備えることを特徴とする収納装置。 - 請求項3に記載の収納装置において、
前記板状部材移動装置を収納部材に沿って上下方向に移動させる第2昇降手段をさらに備えていることを特徴とする収納装置。 - 請求項3又は4に記載の収納装置において、
前記板状部材移動装置は、前記収納部材の収納部のうち最上位の収納部に対してパレットの収納又は取り出しの少なくとも一方の動作を行うものであり、
前記第1昇降手段は、前記板状部材移動装置により前記パレットが収納されるときには、当該収納前に各収納部に収納されているパレットの収納位置を一体的に繰り下げる一方、前記板状部材移動装置によりパレットが取り出されるときには、当該取り出し後に各収納部に収納されているパレットの収納位置を一体的に繰り上げることを特徴とする収納装置。 - 請求項3又は4に記載の収納装置において、
前記板状部材移動装置は、前記収納部材の収納部のうち最下位の収納部に対してパレットの収納又は取り出しの少なくとも一方の動作を行うものであり、
前記第1昇降手段は、前記板状部材移動装置によりパレットが収納されるときには、当該収納前に各収納部に収納されているパレットの収納位置を一体的に繰り上げる一方、前記板状部材移動装置によりパレットが取り出されるときには、当該取り出し後に各収納部に収納されているパレットの収納位置を一体的に繰り下げることを特徴とする収納装置。
