Description
平均直径が1μmのアルミナ粒子である第1無機物粒子80重量部と、平均直径が100nmのアルミナ粒子である第2無機物粒子20重量部とを用意した。
水分除去剤をさらに添加し、前記実施例1と同一の方法でセパレータを製造した。
平均直径が1μmのアルミナ粒子である第1無機物粒子80重量部と、平均直径が100nmのアルミナ粒子である第2無機物粒子20重量部とを用意した。
水分除去剤をさらに添加し、前記比較例1と同一の方法でセパレータを製造した。
Claims (5)
- セパレータの製造方法であって、
カップリング剤が表面にコーティングされた平均直径が1〜10μmである第1無機物
粒子と、カップリング剤が表面にコーティングされた平均直径が50〜500nmである
第2無機物粒子とを用意し、
ミリング工程を用いずに、前記第1無機物粒子と前記第2無機物粒子とを溶媒に分散さ
せ、バインダー高分子と更に混合し、スラリーを製造し、
多孔性基材の少なくとも一面に、前記スラリーをコーティングすることを含んでなる、
セパレータの製造方法。 - 前記スラリーが、機能性粒子をさらに含んでなり、
前記機能性粒子が、電気化学素子の副反応による生成物を制御するものであることを特
徴とする、請求項1に記載のセパレータの製造方法。 - 前記第1無機物粒子と前記第2無機物粒子との重量比が、50:50〜90:10であ
ることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のセパレータの製造方法。 - 前記第1無機物粒子と第2無機物粒子との混合物と、バインダー高分子との重量比が8
0:20ないし90:10であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の
セパレータの製造方法。 - 前記機能性粒子が、水分除去剤、マンガン捕捉剤、及びHF除去剤からなる群から選択
された一種又は二種以上の機能性粒子であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のセパレ
ータの製造方法。
