Description
このような不燃性または難燃性を有する織物を製造する方法もまた多様に提案されているが、一般的にポリエステル(POLYESTER)、アクリル(ACRYLIC)、ポリプロピレン(POLYPROPYLENE)などのような合成樹脂またはガラス繊維などで繊維糸を製造する。
このような製織工程を通じて一次的に完成された繊維織物は、後加工処理方法として、別途のコーティング機で各緯糸と経糸が相互凝集された状態で固着されるようにして各繊維糸の緩みを防止し織物の裏面に適切なこわさを附与するための不燃性を有するコーティング液を塗布するコーティング液塗布工程及び塗布されたコーティング液を乾燥させて固着させるためのコーティング液乾燥工程を経て最終完成される。
従来の不燃ガラス織物に関する発明として韓国公開特許公報第10−2009−0095822号明細書が提案されている。
本発明は前記のような点に鑑みてなされたものであって、本発明の目的は、不燃コーティング層が両側にまんべんなく染み込むように積層されたガラス繊維織物間にアルミ箔紙を具備することによって断熱性と難燃性を有するようにし、火災予防はもちろん他の原因による火災が発生しても製品の裏面に火が移るのを遮断するのに相当な遅延効果があり、有毒ガスがほとんどないため人が待避できる時間を得ることができて人身事故を減らすことができ、遮光、遮熱、遮冷効果を同時に得ることができる不燃断熱シートとその製造装置及びその製造方法を提供することにある。
前記アルミ箔紙の両側面に難燃接着剤層を形成して、前記ガラス繊維織物間に配置された状態で加圧することによって接合形成され、前記不燃コーティング層は、表面を滑らかにするためにメラミン、水性アクリルのうちの1つ以上が更に含まれることを特徴とする。

不燃コーティング層は表面を滑らかにするためにメラミン、水性アクリルのうち1つ以上を更に含むことができる。
不燃コーティング層は不燃コーティング液が入っている格納槽に浸された状態で設置された多数ローラにガラス繊維織物10、30の上下反復移送により織物の糸筋間に不燃コーティング液がまんべんなく染み込むようにコーティングされる。
アルミ箔紙20はロール形態で供給ローラ41に巻かれてあり、第1塗布ローラ44と第1加圧ローラ46の回転によって移送される。
難燃接着剤層22、24は不燃性または難燃性を有する。
したがって、本発明の技術的保護範囲は以下の特許請求範囲によって定められるべきである。

Claims (10)
- 不燃断熱シートにおいて、
一面又は両面に不燃コーティング層が形成されたガラス繊維織物と、
前記ガラス繊維織物一側面に配置されるアルミ箔紙と、
前記アルミ箔紙の、前記ガラス繊維織物と反対側の面に配置され、一面又は両面に不燃コーティング層が形成された他のガラス繊維織物と、を含み、
前記アルミ箔紙の両側面に難燃接着剤層を形成して、前記ガラス繊維織物間に配置された状態で加圧することによって接合形成され、
前記不燃コーティング層は、表面を滑らかにするためにメラミン、水性アクリルのうちの1つ以上が更に含まれることを特徴とする不燃断熱シート。 - 前記アルミ箔紙は、アルミニウム又はアルミニウム合金を設定の厚さに圧延して加工されるアルミニウムホイル(aluminum foil)であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の不燃断熱シート。
- 前記不燃コーティング層は、水とメラミンシアヌレート、水性ポリウレタン、及び表面処理剤を含んで成ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の不燃断熱シート。
- 前記不燃コーティング層は、不燃性を高めるために五酸化燐(P2O5)及び尿素のうちの何れか1つ以上を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1または3に記載の不燃断熱シート。
- 請求項1に記載の不燃断熱シートの製造方法であって、
前記不燃コーティング層は、不燃コーティング液が入っている格納槽に浸された状態で設置された多数ローラの、上下反復移送によってコーティングされ、
前記ガラス繊維織物と前記他のガラス繊維織物の外部に露出される面には、印刷がなされることを特徴とする請求項1または3項に記載の不燃断熱シートの製造方法。
- 請求項1に記載の不燃断熱シートの製造装置であって、
アルミ箔紙を供給して難燃接着剤層を塗布する第1塗布部と、
前記接着剤層が塗布されたアルミ箔紙を移送し、不燃コーティング層が形成されたガラス繊維織物を供給して、前記アルミ箔紙と接合する第1接合部と、
前記ガラス繊維織物と前記アルミ箔紙とを合紙した状態で移送し、合紙されたアルミ箔紙の他面に、難燃接着剤層を塗布する第2塗布部と、
不燃コーティング層が形成された他のガラス繊維織物を、前記アルミ箔紙に供給し、他面に塗布された難燃接着剤層と接合して、不燃断熱シートを製造する第2接合部と、
前記第2接合部から排出移送される前記不燃断熱シートの両側面を、複数のローラで加圧して接合を助ける補助接合部と、
を含み、
前記不燃コーティング層は、表面を滑らかにするためにメラミン、水性アクリルのうちの1つ以上が更に含まれることを特徴とする不燃断熱シート製造装置。
- 前記第1塗布部は、
供給ローラから供給された前記アルミ箔紙を移送して、格納槽に入っている接着剤を付けて一面に難燃接着剤層を形成する第1塗布ローラと、
前記第1塗布ローラに接して前記アルミ箔紙の移送を助ける第1加圧ローラと、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の不燃断熱シート製造装置。 - 前記第1接合部は、
前記難燃接着剤層が塗布されたアルミ箔紙の背面に接触して移送する第1接合ローラと、
前記ガラス繊維織物の一面に接触して前記ガラス繊維織物と前記アルミ箔紙との接合を助ける第2接合ローラと、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の不燃断熱シート製造装置。 - 前記第2塗布部は、
合紙されたガラス繊維織物とアルミ箔紙を移送して、格納槽に入っている接着剤を付けて、アルミ箔紙の他面に難燃接着剤層を塗布する第2塗布ローラと、
前記第2塗布ローラに接して、前記合紙されたガラス繊維織物とアルミ箔紙の移送を助ける第2加圧ローラと、を含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の不燃断熱シート製造装置。 - 前記第2接合部は、
前記難燃接着剤層が塗布されたアルミ箔紙とガラス繊維織物を移送する第3接合ローラと、
前記他のガラス繊維織物の一面に接触して前記他のガラス繊維織物と前記アルミ箔紙との接合を助ける第4接合ローラと、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の不燃断熱シート製造装置。
