Abstract

本发明公开了一种双面亲水膜涂布系统,包括基材卷料放料辊,上、下层亲水膜卷料放料辊,第一、二复合滚压对轮,上、下层亲水膜涂布模头,干燥烘道及低温干燥通道,基材从基材卷料放料辊上放出,依次经导向滚轮、下层亲水膜涂布模头、干燥烘道、第一复合滚压对轮、上层亲水膜涂布模头、低温干燥通道、第二复合滚压对轮,传送于裁剪机,下层PE膜通过第一复合滚压对轮与基材复合,上层PE膜通过第二复合滚压对轮与基材复合。本发明的双面亲水膜的涂布系统,能够确保所述双面亲水膜能够加工制造,加工出的双面亲水膜,能够大大提高血糖试纸亲水膜的血液扩散性能,以利于进一步提高血糖指标的检测精度。

双面亲水膜涂布系统
技术领域
本发明涉及一种双面亲水膜的涂布系统。
背景技术
在血糖快速诊断检测中,血糖试纸已被广泛应用。在血糖试纸中,影响检测精度的除了氧化还原酶、导电介质外,还有就是亲水膜。当被测血样滴在血糖试纸上时,亲水膜能够将血滴快速扩散并吸入电极工作区,以确保血糖检测的进行。
为了提高血糖试纸的检测精度,在氧化还原酶、导电介质已经确定的情况下,只能提高亲水膜的扩散性能。如何提高血糖试纸亲水膜的性能,是摆在本领域技术人员面前的一个重要课题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种双面亲水膜的涂布系统,能够确保所述双面亲水膜能够加工制造,加工出的双面亲水膜,能够大大提高血糖试纸亲水膜的血液扩散性能,以利于进一步提高血糖指标的检测精度。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种双面亲水膜涂布系统,所述双面亲水膜,包括基材,在基材的上表面涂布有上层亲水膜,在基材的下表面涂布有下层亲水膜,在所述上层亲水膜上复合有上层PE膜,在所述下层亲水膜上复合有下层PE膜,所述涂布系统包括基材卷料放料辊,上层PE膜卷料放料辊和下层亲水膜卷料放料辊,兼起恒张力拉伸作用的第一复合滚压对轮和第二复合滚压对轮,用于涂布的上层亲水膜涂布模头和下层亲水膜涂布模头,干燥烘道及低温干燥通道,基材从基材卷料放料辊上放出,依次经导向滚轮、下层亲水膜涂布模头、干燥烘道、第一复合滚压对轮、上层亲水膜涂布模头、低温干燥通道、第二复合滚压对轮,传送于裁剪机,下层PE膜从下层亲水膜卷料放料辊上放出,通过第一复合滚压对轮与涂布有下层亲水膜的基材复合,上层PE膜从上层PE膜卷料放料辊上放出,通过第二复合滚压对轮与涂布有上层亲水膜的基材复合。
所述基材经导向滚轮导向为水平传送且其下表面朝上,所述下层亲水膜涂布模头位于基材下表面的上方;所述基材经第一复合滚压对轮导向为水平传送且其上表面朝上,所述上层亲水膜涂布模头位于基材上表面的上方。
与现有技术相比本发明的有益效果是:本发明双面亲水膜的制造系统,确保了上下亲水膜在涂布时均朝向上面,而且在干燥前不与其它部件接触,避免了涂层被破坏。使用本发明加工出的双面亲水膜,一改现有技术在基材单面涂布亲水膜的结构,首次在基材的上、下两面均涂布亲水膜,这种结构,能够将血样从上下两面扩散至检测区,大大提高了血糖试纸亲水膜的血液扩散性能,从而提高了血液扩散的可靠性和有效性,有利于提高血糖指标的检测精度。
现有的血糖试纸,均是在基材的一个表面(即单面)涂布亲水物质,通过涂布烘道干燥,亲水物质粘固于基材表面构成亲水膜,然后在亲水膜上复合一层PE膜。本发明的双面亲水膜,当基材上表面完成涂布及复合PE膜后,在基材下表面涂布亲水膜进入烘道干燥时,因烘道干燥温度较高,上表面的PE膜受热后会变形、起泡、脱层,为了解决这个难题,本发明的亲水涂层溶剂采用低温易干燥的酒精溶剂,这样就能够采用低温干燥法干燥,避免了对PE膜的破坏。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的技术方案更加清晰,以下结合附图1和2,对本发明进行详细说明。应当理解的是,本说明书中描述的具体实施方式仅仅是为了解释本发明,并不是为了限定本发明的保护范围。
本发明是一种双面亲水膜涂布系统,所述双面亲水膜,包括基材1,在基材1的上表面涂布有上层亲水膜2,在基材1的下表面涂布有下层亲水膜3,在所述上层亲水膜2上复合有上层PE膜4,在所述下层亲水膜3上复合有下层PE膜5;作为优选,所述上层亲水膜2、下层亲水膜3均为由脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚溶解于乙醇溶液、然后涂布于所述基材1表面、再经低温干燥形成的薄膜,所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚的乙醇溶液中,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚的重量百分比含量为1-3%;所述涂布系统包括基材卷料放料辊01,上层PE膜卷料放料辊02和下层亲水膜卷料放料辊03,兼起恒张力拉伸作用的第一复合滚压对轮04和第二复合滚压对轮05,用于涂布的上层亲水膜涂布模头06和下层亲水膜涂布模头07,干燥烘道08及低温干燥通道09,基材1从基材卷料放料辊01上放出,依次经导向滚轮、下层亲水膜涂布模头07、干燥烘道08、第一复合滚压对轮04、上层亲水膜涂布模头06、低温干燥通道09、第二复合滚压对轮05,传送于裁剪机011,下层PE膜5从下层亲水膜卷料放料辊03上放出,通过第一复合滚压对轮04与涂布有下层亲水膜3的基材1复合,上层PE膜4从上层PE膜卷料放料辊02上放出,通过第二复合滚压对轮05与涂布有上层亲水膜2的基材1复合。作为优选,所述基材1经导向滚轮导向为水平传送且其下表面朝上,所述下层亲水膜涂布模头07位于基材1下表面的上方;所述基材1经第一复合滚压对轮04导向为水平传送且其上表面朝上,所述上层亲水膜涂布模头06位于基材1上表面的上方。
一种使用上述涂布系统制造双面亲水膜的方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一:先涂布下层亲水膜。基材1从基材卷料放料辊01上放出,经导向滚轮导向变为水平传送且其下表面朝上,下层亲水膜涂布模头07在上方对基材1的下表面进行涂布;
步骤二:烘干后复合下层PE膜。涂布有下层亲水膜3的基材1进入干燥烘道08进行干燥,下层亲水膜3被干燥后,下层PE膜5从下层亲水膜卷料放料辊03上放出,通过第一复合滚压对轮04与涂布有下层亲水膜3的基材1复合;
步骤三:再涂布上层亲水膜。涂布有下层亲水膜3且复合有下层亲水膜3的基材1经第一复合滚压对轮04导向,变为水平传送且其上表面朝上,上层亲水膜涂布模头06在上方对基材1的上表面进行涂布;
步骤四:低温干燥后复合上层PE膜。涂布有上层亲水膜2的基材1进入低温干燥通道09进行低温干燥,上层亲水膜2被干燥后,上层PE膜4从上层PE膜卷料放料辊02上放出,通过第二复合滚压对轮05与涂布有上层亲水膜2的基材1复合;
步骤五:裁剪。成品的双面亲水膜6被第二复合滚压对轮05传送至裁剪机011进行裁剪。

Claims (2)

1.一种双面亲水膜涂布系统,所述双面亲水膜,包括基材(1),在基材(1)的上表面涂布有上层亲水膜(2),在基材(1)的下表面涂布有下层亲水膜(3),在所述上层亲水膜(2)上复合有上层PE膜(4),在所述下层亲水膜(3)上复合有下层PE膜(5),其特征在于,所述涂布系统包括基材卷料放料辊(01),上层PE膜卷料放料辊(02)和下层亲水膜卷料放料辊(03),兼起恒张力拉伸作用的第一复合滚压对轮(04)和第二复合滚压对轮(05),用于涂布的上层亲水膜涂布模头(06)和下层亲水膜涂布模头(07),干燥烘道(08)及低温干燥通道(09),基材(1)从基材卷料放料辊(01)上放出,依次经导向滚轮、下层亲水膜涂布模头(07)、干燥烘道(08)、第一复合滚压对轮(04)、上层亲水膜涂布模头(06)、低温干燥通道(09)、第二复合滚压对轮(05),传送于裁剪机(011),下层PE膜(5)从下层亲水膜卷料放料辊(03)上放出,通过第一复合滚压对轮(04)与涂布有下层亲水膜(3)的基材(1)复合,上层PE膜(4)从上层PE膜卷料放料辊(02)上放出,通过第二复合滚压对轮(05)与涂布有上层亲水膜(2)的基材(1)复合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双面亲水膜涂布系统,其特征在于:所述基材(1)经导向滚轮导向为水平传送且其下表面朝上,所述下层亲水膜涂布模头(07)位于基材(1)下表面的上方;所述基材(1)经第一复合滚压对轮(04)导向为水平传送且其上表面朝上,所述上层亲水膜涂布模头(06)位于基材(1)上表面的上方。
