Description
好ましい一実施形態において、ばね要素は少なくとも1つの板ばねまたはばねアームとして形成され、これにより、チャネル形(換言すれば、溝形)の接点フレームの好ましい形態において、接点フレームは、導体締付接続部を形成するために、各側壁にそれぞれ、平坦な金属部分から打ち抜かれた舌片の形の板ばねを有し、板ばねは、板ばねの自由端部が導体とは反対方向を向く締付端縁を形成するように、平坦な金属部分の面から曲げられている。したがって、電気接続端子は、2つの構造部分、即ち一体化されたプッシャをもつ絶縁材ハウジング並びに一部品の接点フレームのみから形成されているので、簡単な構造および簡単な組立が低コストで保証可能である。

Claims (12)
- 電気接続端子(1)用操作装置であって、
前記電気接続端子(1)が、絶縁材ハウジング(2)内に配置された、導体(5)用導体締付接続部をもつ接点フレーム(4)を含み、
前記操作装置が、プッシャ(21)として形成された、前記絶縁材ハウジング(2)と一体に結合されている操作要素を含み、
前記接点フレーム(4)における前記導体締付接続部が少なくとも1つのばね要素(9)により形成され、ばね要素(9)の自由端部は、導体(5)に対して向けられ且つ締付力が加えられる締付端縁(10)を形成し、
前記導体締付接続部は、プッシャ(21)によって前記締付力に抗してばね要素(9)に力が加えられることによる、少なくとも1つのばね要素(9)へのプッシャ(21)の作用によって開くことが可能である、電気接続端子(1)用操作装置において、
前記プッシャ(21)はプッシャ・アーム(23)からなり、
前記プッシャ・アーム(23)は、その一方の端部により、絶縁材ハウジング(2)に結合され、
前記プッシャ・アーム(23)は、相互に角度をなして配置された絶縁材ハウジング(2)の2つの表面(18、20)の少なくとも1つの部分区間に沿って伸長し、
前記プッシャ・アーム(23)は、ハウジング(2)の後面側(20)の伸長方向に適合された第1のプッシャ・アーム部分(24)およびハウジング(2)の表面(18)の伸長方向に適合された第2のプッシャ・アーム部分(25)から形成されており、
前記プッシャ・アーム(23)は絶縁材ハウジング(2)の凹部(22)内に配置されている、ことを特徴とする電気接続端子用操作装置。 - 相互に角度をなして配置された2つの前記表面(18、20)は相互に少なくともほぼ直角に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の操作装置。
- 前記プッシャ・アーム(23)はくぼみ形凹部をもつ操作面(27)を有することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の操作装置。
- 前記プッシャ・アーム(23)は弾性変形可能であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか一項に記載の操作装置。
- 前記ばね要素が少なくとも1つの板ばね(9)またはばねアームとして形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれか一項に記載の操作装置。
- 前記接点フレーム(4)はチャネル形に形成され、前記接点フレーム(4)は、前記導体締付接続部を形成するために、各側壁にそれぞれ、平坦な金属部分から打ち抜かれた舌片の形の板ばね(9)を有し、板ばね(9)は、板ばね(9)の自由端部が導体(5)に対して向けられた締付端縁(10)を形成するように、平坦な金属部分の面から曲げられていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれか一項に記載の操作装置。
- 前記板ばね(9)にそれぞれ、電気接続端子(1)の外側に向けられた突出斜面(12)が形成され、突出斜面(12)は相互に漏斗形に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の操作装置。
- 前記プッシャ・アーム(23)は操作部分を有し、前記操作部分は、絶縁材ハウジング(2)に結合された端部とは反対側にあり且つほぼくさび形のプッシャ面(26)を有し、導体(5)の前記締付接続部を板ばね(9)の押し拡げによって開くために、くさび形のプッシャ面(26)は、相互に漏斗形に形成された突出斜面(12)を介して板ばね(9)の間に押し入ることが可能であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし7のいずれか一項に記載の操作装置。
- 絶縁材ハウジング(2)および接点フレーム(4)が組み立てられた状態において、プッシャ・アーム(23)にプレストレスが与えられていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし8のいずれか一項に記載の操作装置。
- 少なくとも1つのばね要素(9)およびプッシャ(21)の少なくともいずれかに対して過負荷保護が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし9のいずれか一項に記載の操作装置。
- 板ばね(9)として形成された前記ばね要素のたわみは、絶縁材ハウジング(2)の側壁(33)および中間壁(34)の少なくともいずれかによって制限可能であることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の操作装置。
- 前記プッシャ・アーム(23)のたわみは、板ばね(9)として形成された少なくとも1つのばね要素にプッシャ・アーム(23)が当接することによって制限可能であることを特徴とする請求項10または11に記載の操作装置。
