Description

接線端子台
本發明是有關於一種接線端子台,特別是指一種應用於電路連接的接線端子台。
參閱圖1、圖2與圖3,為習知一種接線端子台,適用於連接一導線(圖未示),該接線端子台包含一包括一按壓孔111的外殼11,及一導線架12。
該導線架12包括一基板121、二分別由該基板121相反兩側向上延伸且界定出一用以容置該導線之容置空間123的夾箝彈片122,及二分別由對應的夾箝彈片122上緣延伸的按壓耳板124。由於習知之導線架12整體高度較高,導致該接線端子台的高度無法降低,當應用在大型電路時會佔據較大的空間,再者,要從習知接線端子台取出該導線時,須搭配使用特定針具19才能穿過該外殼11上的按壓孔111,以對該等按壓耳板124加壓而連動對應之夾箝彈片122相互遠離,進而鬆開對該導線的箝制,使用上較不便利。
因此,本發明之目的,即在提供一種可降低高度以減少設置空間的接線端子台。
於是,本發明接線端子台,適用於連接一導線,該接線端子台包含一絕緣外殼,及一導線架。
該絕緣外殼包括一用以供該導線插入的導入口。
該導線架容置於該絕緣外殼,包括一基板,及二設置於該基板且相配合界定出一適用於容置該導線之容置空間的夾箝彈片,該容置空間沿該導線插入的方向呈階梯狀收縮,每一夾箝彈片具有一固定板部、一適用於夾箝該導線的夾箝板部、一呈彎折連接該固定板部與該夾箝板部的肩部,及一由該夾箝板部向上延伸的耳板部,該等固定板部分別由該基板鄰近該導入口處之相反兩側向上延伸,每一夾箝板部由對應的該肩部遠離該導入口處向遠離該導入口方向延伸,每一夾箝板部的上緣高度比對應之固定板部的上緣高度低。
本發明之功效在於:藉由將該等夾箝板部的上緣高度降低至比對應之固定板部的上緣高度低,可連帶降低設置於其上的耳板部之上緣高度,搭配設計該等夾箝彈片形成階梯狀收縮,可在高度及橫向空間上皆提供該等耳板部設置空間,能顯著降低該導線架之整體高度,減少設置空間。
參閱圖4、圖5及圖6,本發明接線端子台之一實施例適用於連接一具有一去除絕緣之導電末端91的導線9,該接線端子台包含一絕緣外殼2及一導線架3。
該絕緣外殼2包括一位於前端且用以供該導線9插入的導入口21、一位於頂部且適用於供使用者按壓的按壓舌板22,及一位於內側鄰近該導入口21的導引部23,該導引部23是用於導引該導線9自該導入口21穿入。
該導線架3容置於該絕緣外殼2內,為導電材質,包括一基板31、二設置於該基板31且相配合界定出一適用於容置該導線9導電末端91之容置空間33的夾箝彈片32,及一擋板34,該容置空間33沿該導線9插入的方向呈階梯狀收縮且截面為方形。
每一夾箝彈片32具有一固定板部321、一適用於夾箝該導線9之導電末端91的夾箝板部322、一呈彎折連接該固定板部321與該夾箝板部322的肩部323、一由該夾箝板部322向上延伸的耳板部324、二形成於其肩部323之加強肋325,及一形成於其耳板部324之仰面的抵壓凸點326,其中,每一夾箝彈片32所具有之加強肋325數量可為一個或多個,不以此為限。
該等固定板部321分別由該基板31鄰近該導入口21處之相反兩側向上延伸,且該等固定板部321實質上呈平行相對。
每一夾箝板部322由對應的該肩部323遠離該導入口21處向遠離該導入口21方向延伸,每一夾箝板部322的上緣高度比對應之固定板部321的上緣高度低,每一夾箝板部322具有一由對應的該肩部323遠離該導入口21處向遠離該導入口21方向延伸的板區327,及一由該板區327遠離該導入口21處向遠離該導入口21方向延伸並向內彎折以適用於夾箝該導線9的夾箝區328,該等板區327實質上呈平行相對。
該擋板34設置於該基板31遠離該導入口21處,且適用於靠抵於該導電末端91,用以限制該導電末端91之位置,避免該導電末端91穿出該絕緣外殼2而造成危險。
參閱圖6、圖7及圖8,一般使用時,使用者能如圖7所示將該導線9自該導入口21穿入,並藉由該導引部23的引導將該導線9繼續推入至該導電末端91抵頂於該擋板34(如圖6、8),此時,該導電末端91即受該等夾箝彈片32夾箝固定而完成安裝動作。
參閱圖9、圖10及圖11,當使用者需要抽出該導線9時,只要用手按壓該按壓舌板22,或是使用螺絲起子(圖未示)抵壓該按壓舌板22上的一凹陷處222,即可如圖10所示令該按壓舌板22向內移動,以抵壓該等耳板部324之抵壓凸點326,使每一耳板部324連動對應之夾箝板部322相互遠離而鬆開對該導電末端91的箝制(如圖10、11所示),如此即可將該導線9抽出。
經由以上的說明,可將本實施例的優點歸納如下:
一、參閱圖5及圖9,藉由將該等夾箝板部322的上緣高度降低至比對應之固定板部321的上緣高度低,可連帶降低設置於其上的耳板部324之上緣高度,亦即將該等夾箝板部322所縮減之高度空間提供給該等耳板部324,再搭配設計該等夾箝彈片32形成階梯狀收縮,即可在高度及橫向空間上皆提供該等耳板部324設置空間,相較於圖2及圖3所示之習知技術中該等按壓耳板124的高度大幅凸出於該夾箝彈片122之外,本實施例顯著地降低了該導線架3之整體高度,由於實際應用上,於大型電路中會使用極大數量的接線端子台,因此該接線端子台的高度只要降低一點,整體電路空間就可以大幅度下降,故本實施例具有極佳的市場應用潛力。
再者,藉由設置該等肩部323,本實施例在沿X軸的方向上增加了部分長度,藉此,可補足因降低該等夾箝板部322之高度而減少的該容置空間33,故不會增加該導線9插入時的困難度或不順暢,且於大型電路中縮減空間的瓶頸在於高度而非平面,因此本實施例增加長度並不會增加整體電路空間。
二、參閱圖5及圖12,藉由於該等夾箝彈片32之肩部323上設置加強肋325,可以增加該等夾箝彈片32的強度,避免因為該等肩部323的彎折形狀容易集中應力而易於斷裂,而藉由設置該等加強肋325來增加強度,還可以再減少該等固定板部321及該等夾箝板部322的厚度而仍可維持整體強度平衡,故還能減少產品用料及產品重量,具有降低成本及提高應用度的功效。
值得一提的是,本實施例中,是藉由在每一肩部323上進行沖壓以形成該等密度較高的加強肋325(亦即該等加強肋325之密度高於對應之固定板部321之密度,並高於對應之夾箝板部322之密度),該等加強肋325與旁邊未受沖壓的區間(為說明清楚起見,標示為325a)在Z軸上形成密度強弱的間隔設置,可極佳地增加該等夾箝彈片32之強度及夾持力,且未增加用料成本。
三、參閱圖5及圖9,藉由於該等夾箝彈片32之耳板部324仰面設置該等抵壓凸點326,可以減少該按壓舌板22下壓時與該等夾箝彈片32之接觸面積,藉此,可以減少該按壓舌板22的磨損速度,增加該導線9的可插拔次數,提高產品的耐用度。
四、藉由於該絕緣外殼2設置該按壓舌板22,使用者只須用手或是螺絲起子抵壓該按壓舌板22即可抽出該導線9,不需如習知技術中需要再另外搭配特定的針具,可以增加使用上的方便性。
值得一提的是,藉由搭配將該等夾箝板部322的上緣高度降低至比對應之固定板部321的上緣高度低,本實施例即使於該絕緣外殼2設置了該按壓舌板22,其產品高度仍然低於未設置有按壓舌板的習知技術之接線端子台,因此相較於習知技術,本實施例在未設置該按壓舌板22時,具有極佳的降低高度、安裝空間小之優勢,而在設置該按壓舌板22後,降低高度、安裝空間小之優勢仍然存在,並還增加了使用便利之優點。
綜上所述,故確實能達成本發明之目的。
惟以上所述者,僅為本發明之實施例而已,當不能以此限定本發明實施之範圍,凡是依本發明申請專利範圍及專利說明書內容所作之簡單的等效變化與修飾,皆仍屬本發明專利涵蓋之範圍內。

Claims (3)

  1. 一種接線端子台,適用於連接一導線,該接線端子台包含:一絕緣外殼,包括一用以供該導線插入的導入口;及一導線架,容置於該絕緣外殼,包括一基板,及二設置於該基板且相配合界定出一適用於容置該導線之容置空間的夾箝彈片,該容置空間沿該導線插入的方向呈階梯狀收縮,每一夾箝彈片具有一固定板部、一適用於夾箝該導線的夾箝板部、一呈彎折連接該固定板部與該夾箝板部的肩部,及一由該夾箝板部向上延伸的耳板部,該等固定板部分別由該基板鄰近該導入口處之相反兩側向上延伸,每一夾箝板部由對應的該肩部遠離該導入口處向遠離該導入口方向延伸,每一夾箝板部的上緣高度比對應之固定板部的上緣高度低;其中,每一夾箝彈片具有至少一形成於其肩部之加強肋;其中,該等加強肋之密度高於對應之固定板部之密度,並高於對應之夾箝板部之密度。
  2. 一種接線端子台,適用於連接一導線,該接線端子台包含:一絕緣外殼,包括一用以供該導線插入的導入口;及一導線架,容置於該絕緣外殼,包括一基板,及二設置於該基板且相配合界定出一適用於容置該導線之容置空間的夾箝彈片,該容置空間沿該導線插入的方向呈階梯狀收縮,每一夾箝彈片具有一固定板部、一適用於夾箝該導線的夾箝板部、一呈彎折連接該固定板部與該夾箝板部 的肩部,及一由該夾箝板部向上延伸的耳板部,該等固定板部分別由該基板鄰近該導入口處之相反兩側向上延伸,每一夾箝板部由對應的該肩部遠離該導入口處向遠離該導入口方向延伸,每一夾箝板部的上緣高度比對應之固定板部的上緣高度低;其中,每一夾箝彈片具有一形成於其耳板部之仰面的抵壓凸點。
  3. 一種接線端子台,適用於連接一導線,該接線端子台包含:一絕緣外殼,包括一用以供該導線插入的導入口;及一導線架,容置於該絕緣外殼,包括一基板,及二設置於該基板且相配合界定出一適用於容置該導線之容置空間的夾箝彈片,該容置空間沿該導線插入的方向呈階梯狀收縮,每一夾箝彈片具有一固定板部、一適用於夾箝該導線的夾箝板部、一呈彎折連接該固定板部與該夾箝板部的肩部,及一由該夾箝板部向上延伸的耳板部,該等固定板部分別由該基板鄰近該導入口處之相反兩側向上延伸,每一夾箝板部由對應的該肩部遠離該導入口處向遠離該導入口方向延伸,每一夾箝板部的上緣高度比對應之固定板部的上緣高度低;其中,該導線架包括一設置於該基板遠離該導入口處的擋板,該擋板適用於靠抵於該導線的末端。
