Claims (8)
- ディスプレイパネルの駆動回路において、
走査駆動回路であって、複数の走査信号を生成し、該ディスプレイパネルの複数の画素構造を走査する、上記走査駆動回路と、
データ駆動回路であって、複数のデータ信号を生成し、これら画素構造が走査される時、これらデータ信号をこれら画素構造に伝送する、上記データ駆動回路と、
を包含し、上記データ駆動回路は、
補償信号を生成する補償回路と、
ガンマ曲線データと該補償信号を演算して演算信号を生成する演算回路であって、該ガンマ曲線データは複数の分圧信号の一部分圧信号を選択するのに用い、該補償信号を運用して該ガンマ曲線データを調整して該演算信号を生成することで、該ガンマ曲線データを置き換える、上記演算回路と、
ガンマ電圧生成回路であって、分圧回路とガンマ電圧選択ユニットを含み、該分圧回路はこれら分圧信号を生成し、該ガンマ電圧選択ユニットは、該演算信号に基づきこれら分圧信号の一部分圧信号を選択して複数のガンマ電圧を生成する、上記ガンマ電圧生成回路と、
複数のデジタルアナログ変換回路であって、複数の表示信号に基づき、これらガンマ電圧の一部のガンマ電圧を選択して出力することで、該ディスプレイパネルを駆動する、上記複数のデジタルアナログ変換回路と、
を包含し、これら画素構造の共同電極は接地端に接続され、該補償回路の該補償信号は、これらガンマ電圧の信号準位を調整するのに用いられることを特徴とする、ディスプレイパネルの駆動回路。 - 請求項1記載のディスプレイパネルの駆動回路において、該駆動回路の接地端が該ディスプレイパネルの共同電極に接続されることを特徴とする、ディスプレイパネルの駆動回路。
- 請求項1記載のディスプレイパネルの駆動回路において、該データ駆動回路はさらに、 複数のバッファユニットであって、これらデジタルアナログ変換回路に対応しこれらデジタルアナログ変換回路が出力するこれらガンマ電圧に基づき、これらデータ信号を生成して、該ディスプレイパネルを駆動する、上記複数のバッファユニットを包含することを特徴とする、ディスプレイパネルの駆動回路。
- 請求項1記載のディスプレイパネルの駆動回路において、さらに、
入出力インタフェースであって、該ガンマ曲線データと該表示信号を受け取る、上記入出力インタフェースと、
ガンマ曲線データレジスタであって、該ガンマ曲線データを該演算回路に伝送する、上記ガンマ曲線データレジスタと、
を包含することを特徴とする、ディスプレイパネルの駆動回路。 - 請求項4記載のディスプレイパネルの駆動回路において、さらに、
表示メモリであって、該入出力インタフェースに接続され、並びに該表示信号を保存する、上記表示メモリと、
シフトレジスタであって、該表示メモリに接続され、並びに該表示信号を受け取り並びにシフトする、上記シフトレジスタと、
バッファ回路であって、該シフトレジスタに接続され、並びに該表示信号をバッファしてこれらデジタルアナログ変換回路に伝送する、上記バッファ回路と、
を包含することを特徴とする、ディスプレイパネルの駆動回路。 - ディスプレイパネルにおいて、
複数の走査線と、
これら走査線にそれぞれ交差する複数のデータ線と、
複数の画素構造であって、それぞれこれら走査線とこれらデータ線の交差部分に位置し、並びにこれら画素構造は、これら走査線とこれらデータ線に接続され、これら画素構造の共同電極は接地端に接続される、上記複数の画素構造と、
を包含し、
該ディスプレイパネルは、データ駆動回路に制御され、上記データ駆動回路は、
補償信号を生成する補償回路と、
ガンマ曲線データと該補償信号を演算して演算信号を生成する演算回路であって、該ガンマ曲線データは複数の分圧信号の一部分圧信号を選択するのに用い、該補償信号を運用して該ガンマ曲線データを調整して該演算信号を生成することで、該ガンマ曲線データを置き換える、上記演算回路と、
ガンマ電圧生成回路であって、分圧回路とガンマ電圧選択ユニットを含み、該分圧回路はこれら分圧信号を生成し、該ガンマ電圧選択ユニットは、該演算信号に基づきこれら分圧信号の一部分圧信号を選択して複数のガンマ電圧を生成する、上記ガンマ電圧生成回路と、
複数のデジタルアナログ変換回路であって、複数の表示信号に基づき、これらガンマ電圧の一部のガンマ電圧を選択して出力することで、該ディスプレイパネルを駆動する、上記複数のデジタルアナログ変換回路と、
を包含することを特徴とする、ディスプレイパネル。 - 請求項6記載のディスプレイパネルにおいて、該画素構造は、
トランジスタであって、ゲート電極、ソース電極及びドレイン電極を具え、該ゲート電極は該ディスプレイパネルの該走査線に接続され、該ソース電極は該ディスプレイパネルの該データ線に接続される、上記トランジスタを包含することを特徴とする、ディスプレイパネル。 - 請求項6記載のディスプレイパネルにおいて、該共同電極は、該データ駆動回路を介して該接地端に接続されることを特徴とする、ディスプレイパネル。
