Claims (6)
- 少なくとも1つの熱可塑性プラスチック成分を含有する複合またはハイブリッド構造体(50)を製造する方法であって、
少なくとも1つの方向転換板(6)を有する射出成形機(1)を使用し、
前記射出成形機(1)は更に、
二つの金型保持部(11’,11’’)からなる第1の金型ツール(11)であって、当該二つの金型保持部のうちの一つ(11’’)が前記方向転換板(6)上に支持されている、第1の金型ツールと、
二つの金型保持部(12’,12’’)からなる第2の金型ツール(12)であって、当該二つの金型保持部のうちの一つ(12’)が前記方向転換板(6)上に支持されている、第2の金型ツールと、
前記第2の金型ツール(12)によって構築される空洞にモノマーを供給するためのモノマー供給装置(93)と、
を備えており、
前記複合またはハイブリッド構造体(50)の製造は、前記射出成形機の第2の金型ツール(12)によって構築される空洞中で少なくとも1種類のモノマーを少なくとも部分的に現場で連鎖成長重合することにより行われると共に、その現場重合の開始時に、前記空洞を小さくすることにより前記空洞中に圧力がかけられる、ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記第1の金型ツール(11)において成形部品(51)が成形され、
その後、前記方向転換板(6)の回転によって前記成形部品(51)が前記第2の金型ツール(12)に移送され、
前記第2の金型ツール(12)では、前記現場重合により、前記成形部品(51)の上にラッカー層(52)が形成され、その結果、成形部品(51)の上にラッカー層(52)が形成された複合またはハイブリッド構造体(50)が得られる、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記ラッカー層(52)はポリウレタン(PUR)からなる、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記成形部品(51)が、繊維プライ、繊維織物、プリプレグ及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される材料からなり、
前記繊維プライおよび/または前記繊維織物の繊維は、ガラス繊維、玄武岩繊維、炭素繊維、天然繊維およびこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される、ことを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の方法。 - 前記射出成形機(1)は、2つの方向転換板(6,6’)と、3つの注入ステーションとを有しており、
第1および第2注入ステーションにおいて2つの成形部品が射出成形され、これらの成形部品は、前記方向転換板(6,6’)を回転した後に互いに向き合い、第3注入ステーションにおいて互いに結合される、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記射出成形機(1)は、前記方向転換板として、互いに90°ずれて配置された4つのステーション(I、II、III、IV)を備えた回転立方体(6)を有しており、
前記4つのステーションのうちの2つが、注入ステーションとして構成され、
前記4つのステーションのうちの1つが、取り出しステーションまたは投下ステーションとして構成される、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
