Description
請求項2に記載の発明は、固定側金型が取付けられている固定盤と、前記固定盤方向に駆動され可動側金型が取付けられている可動盤と、前記固定盤と前記可動盤の中間に設けられ前記固定盤方向に駆動され一方と他方の面のそれぞれに第1、2の中間側金型が取付けられている中間盤と、前記固定盤の背面側に設けられている第1の射出装置と、前記可動盤の背面側に設けられている第2の射出装置とからなる対向2頭式射出成形機と、所定形状に形成されたハロゲンヒータまたはカーボンヒータからなるヒータとからなる成形装置であって、前記中間盤は第1、2の回転位置に反転されるようになっており、前記第1の回転位置にして前記対向2頭式射出成形機が型締めされると、前記固定側金型と前記第1の中間側金型とから第1のキャビティが、前記第2の中間側金型と前記可動側金型とから第2のキャビティがそれぞれ構成され、前記第1、2の射出装置から樹脂が射出されると前記第1、2のキャビティのそれぞれから第1、2の半中空成形品が成形されるようになっており、前記第1、2の半中空成形品が成形された後に型開きされると前記第1、2の半中空成形品はそれぞれ前記固定側金型と前記第2の中間側金型に残り、次いで前記中間盤が前記第2の回転位置に反転されると前記第1、2の半中空成形品が対向するようになっており、前記中間盤が駆動されて前記第1、2の半中空成形品が所定間隔で近接するときこれらの間に前記ヒータが非接触的に挿入されて前記第1、2の半中空成形品の端面が加熱・溶融され、その後前記ヒータが前記第1、2の半中空成形品の間から退避されて前記中間盤が駆動され前記第1、2の半中空成形品がそれぞれの端面同士押し付けられて圧着されて中空成形品が成形されるようになっていることを特徴とする、中空成形品の成形装置として構成される。
請求項3に記載の発明は、請求項2に記載の成形装置において、前記対向2頭式射出成形機には、前記可動盤と前記中間盤とをそれぞれ前記固定盤方向に駆動する第1、2の駆動機構と、前記固定盤と前記中間盤と前記可動盤とを型締めする型締機構とが設けられ、前記第1、2の駆動機構はそれぞれ電動モータとボールネジ機構とからなり、前記型締機構は油圧により駆動されるようになっていることを特徴とする、中空成形品の成形装置として構成される。

Claims (3)
- 固定側金型が取付けられている固定盤と、前記固定盤方向に駆動され可動側金型が取付けられている可動盤と、前記固定盤と前記可動盤の中間に設けられ前記固定盤方向に駆動されると共に第1、2の回転位置に反転されるようになっており一方と他方の面のそれぞれに第1、2の中間側金型が取付けられている中間盤と、前記固定盤の背面側に設けられている第1の射出装置と、前記可動盤の背面側に設けられている第2の射出装置とからなる対向2頭式射出成形機と、
所定形状に形成されたハロゲンヒータまたはカーボンヒータからなるヒータとを使用して中空成形品を成形する成形方法であって、
前記成形方法は、前記中間盤を前記第1の回転位置にして前記対向2頭式射出成形機を型締めし、前記固定側金型と前記第1の中間側金型とから第1のキャビティを、前記第2の中間側金型と前記可動側金型とから第2のキャビティをそれぞれ構成させる型締工程と、
前記第1の射出装置から第1のキャビティに、そして前記第2の射出装置から前記第2のキャビティにそれぞれ樹脂を射出して、第1、2の半中空成形品を成形する射出工程と、
前記第1の半中空成形品を前記固定側金型に、そして前記第2の半中空成形品を前記第2の中間側金型に残すようにして前記対向2頭式射出成形機を型開きする型開工程と、
前記中間盤を前記第2の回転位置に反転し前記第1、2の半中空成形品を対向させる反転工程と、
前記中間盤を駆動して前記第1、2の半中空成形品を所定間隔で近接させると共にこれらの間に前記ヒータを非接触的に挿入して前記第1、2の半中空成形品の端面を加熱・溶融する端面溶融工程と、
前記ヒータを前記第1、2の半中空成形品の間から退避させると共に前記中間盤を駆動して前記第1、2の半中空成形品をそれぞれの端面において押し付けて圧着し中空成形品を成形する接合工程とからなることを特徴とする、中空成形品の成形方法。 - 固定側金型が取付けられている固定盤と、前記固定盤方向に駆動され可動側金型が取付けられている可動盤と、前記固定盤と前記可動盤の中間に設けられ前記固定盤方向に駆動され一方と他方の面のそれぞれに第1、2の中間側金型が取付けられている中間盤と、前記固定盤の背面側に設けられている第1の射出装置と、前記可動盤の背面側に設けられている第2の射出装置とからなる対向2頭式射出成形機と、
所定形状に形成されたハロゲンヒータまたはカーボンヒータからなるヒータとからなる成形装置であって、
前記中間盤は第1、2の回転位置に反転されるようになっており、前記第1の回転位置にして前記対向2頭式射出成形機が型締めされると、前記固定側金型と前記第1の中間側金型とから第1のキャビティが、前記第2の中間側金型と前記可動側金型とから第2のキャビティがそれぞれ構成され、前記第1、2の射出装置から樹脂が射出されると前記第1、2のキャビティのそれぞれから第1、2の半中空成形品が成形されるようになっており、前記第1、2の半中空成形品が成形された後に型開きされると前記第1、2の半中空成形品はそれぞれ前記固定側金型と前記第2の中間側金型に残り、次いで前記中間盤が前記第2の回転位置に反転されると前記第1、2の半中空成形品が対向するようになっており、前記中間盤が駆動されて前記第1、2の半中空成形品が所定間隔で近接するときこれらの間に前記ヒータが非接触的に挿入されて前記第1、2の半中空成形品の端面が加熱・溶融され、その後前記ヒータが前記第1、2の半中空成形品の間から退避されて前記中間盤が駆動され前記第1、2の半中空成形品がそれぞれの端面同士押し付けられて圧着されて中空成形品が成形されるようになっていることを特徴とする、中空成形品の成形装置。 - 請求項2に記載の成形装置において、前記対向2頭式射出成形機には、前記可動盤と前記中間盤とをそれぞれ前記固定盤方向に駆動する第1、2の駆動機構と、前記固定盤と前記中間盤と前記可動盤とを型締めする型締機構とが設けられ、前記第1、2の駆動機構はそれぞれ電動モータとボールネジ機構とからなり、前記型締機構は油圧により駆動されるようになっていることを特徴とする、中空成形品の成形装置。
