Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种模制品上涂料/漆料的喷涂/上漆以及连续硬化的方法和机构,其中在该喷涂/上漆的同时该模制品仍保持处于设有至少一个可转动模型配件的模具中,该模具可以是单件式和多件式工具。
背景技术
已知有多种方法用于模制塑料物品,且随后向模制品喷涂/上漆并使涂料/漆料硬化。不过,这些迄今所了解的方法牵涉到很多在无尘环境中用机械手对物品进行处理和传输的工作。采用本发明的新方法,可以在给物品喷涂/上漆并使之硬化的同时,使它们仍保留在对其进行模制的模具中,从而通过更快、更安全的生产以及更易控制的无尘环境而大大节省成本。
发明内容
根据本发明的一个方面,提供一种用于向模制物品喷涂/上漆且随后使涂料/漆料硬化的方法,其中在喷涂/上漆和硬化的同时,模制物品仍保留在设有至少一个可转动模型配件的模具中,该模具是单件式或多件式工具,其中,在模制之后且在模具被闭合的同时,在至少一个工作站的位置上通过喷射将涂料/漆料施加到该物品上,此后,在可转动模型配件进一步向前转动至少一个工作站之后,通过来自紫外线光源的受控光照使涂上涂料/漆料的物品硬化。

具体实施方式
在图1中自上方观察地示出了位于闭合位置上的本发明的模具的横截面。可转动模型配件1在此被示出为一个具有切角的正方形,物品2、2′、2″和2被显示处在位于可转动模型配件1的四个侧面的每一个上的四个不同工作站(阶段)上。物品2刚刚经由入口4在可转动模型配件1与固定模型配件3之间模制。在打开模具、使可转动模型配件1沿顺时针方向转动90度、接着闭合模具之后,物品2′被示出位于一个进一步向前的工作站上。物品2′在图中被示出位于可转动模型配件1的最低位置上,它仍牢固地位于可转动模型配件1上,在此情况下,从一个特定的施涂装置5将优选为一薄层的涂料/漆料施加到物品2′上。就物品2″而言,在打开模具且随后再闭合之后,它向前又转动90度,且位于活动模型配件6和可转动模型配件1之间,该活动模型配件6内设有紫外线光源7,且物品2″仍位于可转动模型配件1中。在该工作站上,使所施加的涂料/漆料层硬化。最后,在可转动模型配件再顺时针转动90度之后且在完全模制的、喷涂/上漆且硬化的物品即将通过脱模板8从可转动模型配件1中抽出之前,物品2被示出位于图中的最高位置上。可以看出,物品2、2′、2″和2表示了模制的、喷涂/上漆且硬化的物品的整个生产周期。当再一次打开模具、再转动90度以及闭合模具之后,本发明的模具返回到其初始位置上且等待进入下一个周期,下一个周期是从通过入口4将新材料注入固定模型配件3中开始的。
图2示出了将涂料/漆料层施加到物品上的特定机构5。它由一个喷嘴9构成,其位于一个双壁套筒机构10内,其中可生成负压、过压、湍流或其他形式的气流,当处于打开且转动状态时,其可用于将与涂料/漆料相适应的受控气氛施加到物品2′的周围,还防止多余的涂料/漆料散开到模具中。此外,图中示出了一掩蔽件11,其用于覆盖物品上不应施加涂料/漆料的区域。
图中应当还示出了本发明的机构的其他实施例,例如将可转动模型配件大体设计成正六角形或正八角形。因而会在转动过程中存在更多的工作站,在此例如可额外地使涂料/漆料冷却或硬化。这一点也可改用一个具有多个工作站的转盘或分度盘系统来进行,而非所示的具有可转动中间截面的系统。也可使模具具有两个或多个可转动模型配件,正如本发明的模具可具有两个或多个入口一样,这样便可进行多部件的模制。不过,图中所示的内容已经充分说明了本发明方法和机构中的基本原理。
上述的模制品主要是塑料物品。但本发明的方法和机构也可应用到采用金属(如铝和镁)、不同的合金或其他可模制材料模制的物品上。

Claims (8)

1、一种用于向模制物品(2)喷涂/上漆且随后使涂料/漆料硬化的方法,其中在喷涂/上漆和硬化的同时,模制物品仍保留在设有至少一个可转动模型配件(1)的模具中,该模具是单件式或多件式工具,其特征在于,在模制之后且在模具被闭合的同时,在至少一个工作站的位置上通过喷射将涂料/漆料施加到该物品上,此后,在可转动模型配件(1)进一步向前转动至少一个工作站之后,通过来自紫外线光源(7)的受控光照使涂上涂料/漆料的物品硬化。
2、如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,用于施加涂料/漆料的机构(5)具有一个双壁套筒机构(10),其中可生成负压或过压,以用于在物品(2)的周围建立与涂料/漆料相适应的受控气氛。
3、如权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,用于喷涂/上漆和硬化的物品在从模制到完成加工而从模具中抽出的整个周期中牢固地位于可转动模型配件(1)中。
4、如权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,通过紫外线光源(7)实施硬化的机构被放置在一个套筒机构中,以获得硬化的最佳环境。
5、如权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,该模具被设计成具有一个封壳,从而喷涂/上漆过后的物品(2)可经受负压、加热或冷却,从而最大程度地减少所用涂料/漆料中溶剂和/或增塑剂蒸发的时间。
6、如权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,该模具被设计成具有一个无尘封壳,从而物品(2)在整个生产周期中将会经受负压、加热或冷却,从而最大程度地减少灰尘的数量。
7、如权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,该模具被设计成具有附加的工作站或掩蔽件,从而可施加一层以上相同或不同种类的涂料/漆料。
8、如权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,该模具被设计成具有执行静电喷涂/上漆的机构,从而最大程度地减少涂料/漆料的用量,且将灰尘的形成降到最小。
