Abstract
Description
Claims (8)
- 少なくとも1つの回転可能なモールド部(1)を具え、単一部品ツール及び複数部品ツールとすることのできる成形ツール内に残留したままで、成形した物体(2)に塗料/ラッカーを塗布し、次いで塗料/ラッカーを硬化させる方法及び装置において、成形後の少なくとも1つのステーションにおいて、好ましくはツールを閉じたままで、塗料/ラッカーを物体に適用した後、好ましくは回転モールド部(1)を少なくとも1つ先にあるステーションに回転させた後、UV光源(7)又は他のエネルギー源からの制御された照射により、塗料/ラッカーを塗布された物体を硬化させることを特徴とする方法及び装置。
- 塗料/ラッカーを適用する装置(5)が、二重壁伸縮装置(10)又は同様の装置を有しており、塗料/ラッカーに好適であり、かつ制御された雰囲気を物体(2)の周りに確立する役割を果たす、加圧、減圧、乱流又は他の形態の空気流を発生することができることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法及び装置。
- 成形から、完全に終了してツールから排出されるまでの全てのサイクルにおいて、塗料/ラッカーを塗布し、かつ硬化される物体が、回転モールド部(1)内に強固に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法及び装置。
- UV光源(7)又は他のエネルギー源により行われる硬化に供する装置が、伸縮装置又は同様の閉鎖環境内に配置されており、硬化に最適な環境を得ることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法及び装置。
- ツールが密閉又は同様に作られており、塗料/ラッカーの塗布後の物体(2)が、塗料/ラッカー中に使用される溶媒及び/又は可塑剤の揮発時間を最小限にすることのできる、減圧、加熱、冷却又は他の作用を受けることができることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法及び装置。
- ツールが、クリーンルーム密閉又は同様に作られており、工程の全サイクルにおいて物体(2)が、塵又は他の汚染物質の量を最小限とすることのできる、減圧、加熱、冷却又は他の作用を受けることができることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法及び装置。
- ツールが、追加ステーション、マスク等を具えるよう作られており、同種又は異種の塗料/ラッカーの層を1層以上適用することができることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法及び装置。
- ツールが、塗料/ラッカーの静電塗装を実行する装置を具えるよう作られており、塗料/ラッカーの必要量を最小限とするとともに、塵及び他の汚染物質の形成を最小限に抑えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法及び装置。
