Description
図1は、本発明の第1の実施形態に係る電動二輪車1(電動車両)の主に車体フレームやパワープラント、車輪等の主要部について示す右側面図であり、図2は、同様にして前方から見た正面図である。図1に示すように電動二輪車1は、操舵輪である前輪2と駆動輪である後輪3とを備えている。前輪2は、各々略上下方向に延びる左右一対のフロントフォーク4の下端部に回転自在に支持されており、一方、フロントフォーク4の上部は上下一対のブラケット4aを介してステアリング軸(図示せず)に支持されている。
本実施形態では、走行用モータ20やインバータを効率良く冷却するために、ステータ21の電磁コイル21aやインバータ回路基板60aに非導電性のオイル(冷却液)を直接、接触させるようにしている。すなわち、前記図3に示すように走行用モータ20において、ロータ22の左側の端面に対向するアウタケース41の底部と、同右側の端面に対向する隔壁部44とには、それぞれ、冷却用のオイルを噴射してステータ21のコイルエンド21bに吹き付けるように、噴射口45bが設けられている。
図6、7には、本発明の第2の実施形態に係る電動二輪車101を示す。両図はそれぞれ上述した第1実施形態の図1、3に相当する。なお、この第2実施形態の電動二輪車101は、主にパワープラントの構造が第1の実施形態とは異なっており、これに伴いバッテリ50や電力制御コントローラ60の搭載位置も異なっているが、それ以外の基本的な構造に変わりはないので、以下において同一部材には同一の符号を付してその説明は省略する。
上述した実施形態の説明はあくまで例示に過ぎず、本発明、その適用物またはその用途を制限するものではない。例えば第1の実施形態では、走行用モータ20のロータ22の左右両側に冷却用のオイルの噴射口45bを設けて、ステータ21の左右両側のコイルエンド21bにオイルを吹き付けるようにしているが、これに限らず、例えば第2の実施形態のようにいずれか一方のコイルエンドにだけオイルを吹き付けるようにしてもよい。

Claims (11)
- 走行用の電動モータ、前記電動モータの回転を減速して前記電動モータの回転力を前記車輪に伝達する動力伝達機構、及びそれらを覆うケースを有するパワープラントと、該電動モータへ電力を供給する電力供給回路と、冷却構造と、を備えた電動二輪車であって、
前記パワープラントは、前記前後の車輪の間に配置され、
前記冷却構造は、
前記電動モータの電磁コイル及び前記電力供給回路の基板の少なくとも一方に直接、接触するように非導電性の冷却液を供給する冷却液供給手段と、
前記電動モータ及び電力供給回路のケース外に配設され、走行風が通過するように配設された熱交換器と、
前記電動モータ及び前記電力供給回路の少なくとも一方のケースと前記熱交換器との間で前記冷却液を循環させる循環流路と、を有し、
前記循環流路は、前記動力伝達機構に前記冷却液を供給して前記冷却液によって前記動力伝達機構を潤滑するように形成され、
前記冷却液を溜めるオイルパンが前記パワープラントの下部に設けられている、電動二輪車。 - 走行用の電動モータ、前記電動モータの回転を減速して前記電動モータの回転力を前記車輪に伝達する動力伝達機構、及びそれらを覆うケースを有するパワープラントと、該電動モータへ電力を供給する電力供給回路と、冷却構造と、を備えた電動二輪車であって、
前記パワープラントは、前記前後の車輪の間に配置され、
前記冷却構造は、
前記電動モータの電磁コイル及び前記電力供給回路の基板の少なくとも一方に直接、接触するように非導電性の冷却液を供給する冷却液供給手段と、
前記電動モータ及び電力供給回路のケース外に配設され、走行風が通過するように配設された熱交換器と、
前記電動モータ及び前記電力供給回路の少なくとも一方のケースと前記熱交換器との間で前記冷却液を循環させる循環流路と、を有し、
前記循環流路は、前記動力伝達機構に前記冷却液を供給して前記冷却液によって前記動力伝達機構を潤滑するように形成され、
前記熱交換器は、車体フレームのメインフレームの下方で且つパワープラントの前方に配置されている、電動二輪車。 - 走行用の電動モータ、前記電動モータの回転を減速して前記電動モータの回転力を前記車輪に伝達する動力伝達機構、及びそれらを覆うケースを有するパワープラントと、該電動モータへ電力を供給する電力供給回路と、冷却構造と、を備えた電動二輪車であって、
前記パワープラントは、前記前後の車輪の間に配置され、
前記冷却構造は、
前記電動モータの電磁コイル及び前記電力供給回路の基板の少なくとも一方に直接、接触するように非導電性の冷却液を供給する冷却液供給手段と、
前記電動モータ及び電力供給回路のケース外に配設され、走行風が通過するように配設された熱交換器と、
前記電力供給回路のケースと前記熱交換器との間で前記冷却液を循環させる循環流路と、を有し、
前記循環流路は、前記動力伝達機構に前記冷却液を供給して前記冷却液によって前記動力伝達機構を潤滑するように形成され、
前記パワープラントは、前記電力供給回路を冷却した後の冷却液が前記パワープラントに供給されるように、前記循環流路において前記電力供給回路と前記熱交換器との間に設けられている、電動二輪車。 - 走行用の電動モータと、該電動モータへ電力を供給する電力供給回路と、前記電動モータの回転を減速して前記電動モータの回転力を前記車輪に伝達する動力伝達機構と、冷却構造とを備えた電動二輪車であって、
前記電動モータは、前後の車輪の間に配置され、
前記冷却構造は、
前記電動モータの電磁コイル及び前記電力供給回路の基板の少なくとも一方に直接、接触するように非導電性の冷却液を供給する冷却液供給手段と、
前記電動モータ及び電力供給回路のケース外に配設され、走行風が通過するように配設された熱交換器と、
前記電力供給回路のケースと前記熱交換器との間で前記冷却液を循環させる循環流路と、を有し、
前記循環流路は、前記動力伝達機構に前記冷却液を供給して前記冷却液によって前記動力伝達機構を潤滑するように形成され、
前記動力伝達機構は、前記電力供給回路を冷却した後の冷却液が前記動力伝達機構に供給されるように、前記循環流路において前記電力供給回路と前記熱交換器との間に設けられている、電動二輪車。 - 前記冷却液供給手段の動作及び前記電力供給回路の動作を制御する制御コントローラを備え、
前記制御コントローラは、前記電力供給回路から前記電動モータに供給される供給電流に応じて冷却液供給手段の動作を制御する、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1つの電動二輪車。 - 前記冷却液供給手段は、前記電動モータのケースに固定されているステータの前記電磁コイルに向けて、前記冷却液を噴射するように構成されている、請求項1乃至5の何れか1つの電動二輪車。
- 前記冷却液供給手段は、前記冷却液を噴射口から噴射するように構成され、
前記噴射口は、前記電動モータのロータの軸より外周に配置されている、請求項6の電動二輪車。 - 前記冷却液供給手段は、前記冷却液を噴射口から噴射するように構成され、
前記噴射口は、前記ステータの軸端に近接して対向する位置に配置されている、請求項6又は7の電動二輪車。 - 前記冷却液供給手段は、前記電動モータのロータより軸線方向外側に位置する前記ステータのコイルエンドの内周部に前記冷却液を吹き付けるように構成されている、請求項6乃至8のいずれか1つの電動二輪車。
- 走行用の電動モータと、該電動モータへの電力供給回路とを備えた電動車両の冷却構造であって、
前記電動モータの電磁コイル及び前記電力供給回路の基板の少なくとも一方に直接、接触するように非導電性の冷却液を供給する冷却液供給手段と、
前記電動モータ及び電力供給回路のケース外に配設され、走行風が通過するように配設された熱交換器と、
前記電動モータ及び電力供給回路の少なくとも一方のケースと前記熱交換器との間で前記冷却液を循環させる循環流路と、を備え、
前記熱交換器が、前輪を支持する一対のフロントフォークの後方において、車体前方視でそれら一対のフロントフォークに挟まれるよう縦長に配設されているとともに、該熱交換器の後方には左右に分かれて複数のバッテリが配設され、その間に車体前方視で縦長の走行風通路が形成されている、電動車両の冷却構造。 - 前記走行風通路に臨むように前記バッテリのそれぞれの接続端子を結ぶ電線が配設されている、請求項10の電動車両の冷却構造。
