Description
図1は、本発明の第1の実施形態に係る電動二輪車1(電動車両)の主に車体フレームや車輪、パワープラント、バッテリ等の主要部について示す右側面図であり、図2は、同正面図である。図3は、車体へのバッテリの搭載構造を示す斜め後方からの斜視図であり、図4は同平面図である。
図3、4に示すように、バッテリブロック50は一例として8個のバッテリ51からなり、4個ずつ左右に分かれてそれぞれメインフレーム8の左右のパイプ部材80に支持されていて、それらの中間には電動二輪車1の前後方向に延びる空間部(後述する走行風通路52)が形成されている。図3(b)に左側の4個のバッテリ51を取り外して示すように、この例では右側及び左側のそれぞれ4個のバッテリ51が一体的に連結されて、着脱可能なモジュールを構成している。
前記したバッテリブロック50の構成は一例に過ぎず、種々の変形例が可能である。すなわち、走行風通路52をバッテリブロック50の左右の中央に設ける必要はなく、また、それが車体の幅方向中央に位置する必要もない。バッテリ51の個数が8個に限らないことはもちろんであるが、それを左右に分けたモジュールのバッテリ51の個数も互いに同数にする必要はない。例えばモータユニット20において重量が左右いずれか一方に偏るのであれば、他方のバッテリ51の個数を増やしてもよい。
図9、10には、本発明の実施形態2に係る電動二輪車101を示す。両図はそれぞれ上述した第1実施形態の図1、2に相当する。なお、この第2実施形態の電動二輪車101は、主に車体フレーム及びパワープラントの構造が第1の実施形態とは異なっているが、それ以外の基本的な構造に変わりはないので、同一部材には同一の符号を付してその説明は省略する。
上述した実施形態の説明はあくまで例示に過ぎず、本発明、その適用物またはその用途を制限するものではない。例えば第1の実施形態では、8個のバッテリ51を左右に2つに分けて中間に走行風通路52を形成しているが、これに限ることはなく、例えば複数のバッテリを上下2つに分けてもよいし、上下に分けた上でさらに、その上側或いは下側のバッテリを左右に分けて、ここにも走行風通路を設けてもよい。

Claims (10)
- 走行用の電動機と、該電動機への供給電力を備える複数の蓄電装置とを備えた電動車両における該蓄電装置の搭載構造であって、
前記複数の蓄電装置からなる蓄電装置群には、前記電動車両の走行に伴い走行風が通過する前後方向の走行風通路が形成されていて、この走行風通路に臨むように前記各蓄電装置の接続端子と、それらを結ぶ電線とが配設され、
前記蓄電装置群において、少なくとも2つの蓄電装置が上下または左右のいずれかに分かれて、中間に前記走行風通路が形成されるように配設され、前記接続端子及び前記電線は、前記蓄電装置群の内部に位置していることを特徴とする、電動車両における蓄電装置の搭載構造。 - 前記各接続端子及び前記電線は、前記各蓄電装置の側面に配置されている、請求項1に記載の蓄電装置の搭載構造。
- 前記蓄電装置群の複数の蓄電装置が右側及び左側の2つのモジュールに分かれ、該各モジュール毎に一体的に連結されて電動車両に着脱可能に搭載され、
前記各モジュールに配置された2個の前記蓄電装置の各上部に跨るように持ち手が取り付けられている、請求項2に記載の蓄電装置の搭載構造。 - 前記蓄電装置群において、少なくとも2つの前記蓄電装置が上下または左右のいずれかに分かれた前記各蓄電装置の対向面に、それぞれ前記接続端子及び前記電線が配置されている、請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の蓄電装置の搭載構造。
- 前記走行風通路には、上下または左右のいずれかに分かれた各蓄電装置の間に電気的な絶縁性を有する仕切板が配設されている、請求項3に記載の蓄電装置の搭載構造。
- 前記電動車両の車体フレームが、ステアリングシャフトを支持するヘッドパイプと、該ヘッドパイプから後方に延びるメインフレームとを有し、
該メインフレームは左右に分かれたフレーム部材を有し、
前記蓄電装置群が、前記左右のフレーム部材の間に挟まれて搭載されている、請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載の蓄電装置の搭載構造。 - 前記電動車両の車体フレームが、ステアリングシャフトを支持するヘッドパイプと、該ヘッドパイプから後方に延びるメインフレームとを有し、
該メインフレームが車体の幅方向中央に位置し、その下方に前記走行風通路が形成されるように前記蓄電装置群の複数の蓄電装置が左右に分かれて配設されている、請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載の蓄電装置の搭載構造。 - 前記蓄電装置群の複数の蓄電装置が、前記メインフレームから走行風通路内を下方に垂下するブラケットに装着されている、請求項7に記載の蓄電装置の搭載構造。
- 走行用の電動機と、該電動機への供給電力を備える複数の蓄電装置とを備えた電動車両における該蓄電装置の搭載構造であって、
前記複数の蓄電装置からなる蓄電装置群には、前記電動車両の走行に伴い走行風が通過する前後方向の走行風通路が形成され、この走行風通路に臨むように前記各蓄電装置の接続端子と、それらを結ぶ電線とが配設され、
冷却液が流通する熱交換器が、前記走行風通路の前方に位置し、且つ前記走行風通路に正面視で重なるように配置されることにより、前記熱交換器を通過した走行風の一部が後方の前記走行風通路へと流れるように構成されている、蓄電装置の搭載構造。 - 走行用の電動機と、該電動機への供給電力を備える複数の蓄電装置とを備えた電動車両における該蓄電装置の搭載構造であって、
前記複数の蓄電装置からなる蓄電装置群は、少なくとも1つの蓄電装置に隣り合うように配設された電装品を備えており、この電装品と前記隣り合う蓄電装置との間に、前記電動車両の走行に伴い走行風が通過する前後方向の走行風通路が形成され、さらにこの走行風通路に臨むように、前記各蓄電装置の接続端子と、それらを結ぶ電線とが配設され、
前記各接続端子及び前記電線は、前記蓄電装置群と前記電装品とを含むユニットの内部に位置する、蓄電装置の搭載構造。
