Description
・グリセロールアルキルエーテルがメチルエーテルである
・メタノールを、粗生成物の0.1〜20g/kgの量で含む
・エタノール、プロパノール、ブタノール、ペンタノール、ヘキサノール、ヘプタノール、オクタノール、エチレングリコールおよびプロピレングリコールを、粗生成物の0.01〜2g/kgの総量で含む
・グリセロールアルキルエーテルがエチルエーテルである
・エタノールを、粗生成物の0.1〜20g/kgの量で含む
・メタノール、プロパノール、ブタノール、ペンタノール、ヘキサノール、ヘプタノール、オクタノール、エチレングリコールおよびプロピレングリコールを、粗生成物の0.01〜2g/kgの総量で含む
・グリセロールアルキルエーテルがプロピルエーテルである
・プロパノールを、粗生成物の0.1〜20g/kgの量で含む
・メタノール、エタノール、ブタノール、ペンタノール、ヘキサノール、ヘプタノール、オクタノール、エチレングリコールおよびプロピレングリコールを、粗生成物の0.01〜2g/kgの総量で含む
・グリセロールアルキルエーテルがブチルエーテルである
・ブタノールを、粗生成物の0.1〜20g/kgの量で含む
・メタノール、エタノール、プロパノール、ペンタノール、ヘキサノール、ヘプタノール、オクタノール、エチレングリコールおよびプロピレングリコールを、粗生成物の0.01〜2g/kgの総量で含む。
不均質触媒の存在下で、グリセロールのエーテルが形成されこれがグリセロールから分離されないような条件下で操作される、メタノールによる菜種油のエステル交換プロセスによるバイオディーゼルの製造からもたらされる粗グリセロールが得られた。このような条件は、例えば、酸性の不均質触媒の使用、例えばカルボン酸といった酸性化合物のナタネ油中における存在、高いエステル交換温度、ならびにメタノール/大豆油混合物の触媒上での長い滞留時間である。この粗グリセロールを減圧下で蒸留した。操作は、熱電対を有するポケット、磁気攪拌バー、熱電対を有するポケットを備える蒸留ヘッド、0℃に冷却された側部還流凝縮器、ならびに蒸発物を回収するための丸底フラスコを備えた丸底フラスコから構成される配置で実施した。丸底フラスコ中に回収されなかった化合物を、−78℃に冷却したトラップ中に凝縮させた。水およびメタノールを、先ず、9torrの減圧下に周囲温度で蒸留した。グリセロールメチルエーテルが富化された画分を、その後、3torrの定圧で、159〜160℃の混合物の沸点および151〜155℃の計測蒸気温度で回収した。3つの留出液画分を回収した。粗グリセロール(粗グリセロールベース生成物)の種々の化合物の含有量、回収された画分の種々の化合物の含有量、トラップの種々の化合物の含有量および蒸留残渣(精製グリセロールベース生成物)の種々の化合物の含有量が、以下の表1に記載されている。
不均質触媒の存在下で、グリセロールのエーテルが形成されこれがグリセロールから分離されないような条件下で操作される、メタノールによる菜種油のエステル交換プロセスによるバイオディーゼルの製造からもたらされる粗グリセロールが得られた。このような条件は、例えば、酸性の不均質触媒の使用、例えばカルボン酸といった酸性化合物のナタネ油中における存在、高いエステル交換温度、ならびにメタノール/大豆油混合物の触媒上での長い滞留時間である。この粗グリセロールを、減圧下に水蒸気で処理した。操作は、熱電対を有するポケット、磁気攪拌バー、水蒸気の注入のためのディップパイプ、熱電対を有するポケットを備える蒸留ヘッド、0℃に冷却された側部還流凝縮器、ならびに蒸発物を回収するための丸底フラスコを備えた丸底フラスコから構成される配置で実施した。丸底フラスコ中に回収されなかった化合物を、−78℃に冷却したトラップ中に凝縮させた。140℃(33.19g)の水蒸気を63分間注入した。凝集物を、127〜139℃の混合物の沸点および91〜97℃の計測蒸気温度で、26torrの定圧下に回収した。粗グリセロール(粗グリセロールベース生成物)およびストリッピング残渣(精製グリセロールベース生成物)の種々の化合物の含有量が、以下の表2に記載されている。
Claims (10)
- 生成物の少なくとも500g/kgのグリセロール、及び生成物の0.001から1g/kgの量のグリセロールアルキルエーテルを含むグリセロールベース生成物を、塩素化剤と反応させる、ジクロロプロパノールの製造方法。
- 前記グリセロールアルキルエーテルが、グリセロールモノ−、ジ−、及び/又はトリ−アルキルエーテルであり、そのアルキル基がメチル、エチル、プロピル、ブチル、ペンチル、ヘキシル、へプチル、及びオクチル基から独立に選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記グリセロールアルキルエーテルがグリセロールモノメチル及び/又はモノエチルエーテルである、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記グリセロールアルキルエーテルがグリセロールモノメチルエーテルである、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記グリセロールベース生成物が、以下の特徴:
− グリセロールアルキルエーテルがメチルエーテルである場合、
・前記グリセロールベース生成物が、メタノールを、生成物の0.1〜20g/kgの量で含む;
・前記グリセロールベース生成物が、エタノール、プロパノール、ブタノール、ペンタノール、ヘキサノール、ヘプタノール、オクタノール、エチレングリコールおよびプロピレングリコールを、生成物の0.01〜2g/kgの総量で含む;
− グリセロールアルキルエーテルがエチルエーテルである場合、
・前記グリセロールベース生成物が、エタノールを、生成物の0.1〜20g/kgの量で含む;
・前記グリセロールベース生成物が、メタノール、プロパノール、ブタノール、ペンタノール、ヘキサノール、ヘプタノール、オクタノール、エチレングリコールおよびプロピレングリコールを、生成物の0.01〜2g/kgの総量で含む;
− グリセロールアルキルエーテルがプロピルエーテルである場合、
・前記グリセロールベース生成物が、プロパノールを、生成物の0.1〜20g/kgの量で含む;
・前記グリセロールベース生成物が、メタノール、エタノール、ブタノール、ペンタノール、ヘキサノール、ヘプタノール、オクタノール、エチレングリコールおよびプロピレングリコールを、生成物の0.01〜2g/kgの総量で含む
の1つ以上を示す、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記グリセロールベース生成物が、粗生成物の0.001から100g/kgの量でグリセロールアルキルエーテルを含む粗グリセロールベース生成物を、蒸発濃縮、蒸発結晶化、蒸留、分留、ストリッピングまたは液体−液体抽出の少なくとも1つの処理に供することによって得られている、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記グリセロールベース生成物が、以下の特徴:
・グリセロールメチルエーテルを生成物の1g/kg未満の量で含む;
・グリセロールエチルエーテルを、生成物の1g/kg未満の量で含む;
・グリセロールプロピルエーテルを、生成物の1g/kg未満の量で含む;
・メタノール、エタノール、プロパノール、ブタノール、エチレングリコールおよびプロピレングリコールを、生成物の1g/kg未満の総量で含む;
の1つ以上を示す、請求項6に記載の方法。 - 前記グリセロールベース生成物が、グリセロールアルキルエーテルを、グリセロールベース生成物の0.5g/kg以下の量で含む、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の方法、これに続くジクロロプロパノールの脱塩化水素処理プロセスを含むエピクロロヒドリンの製造方法。
- 請求項9に記載のエピクロロヒドリンの製造方法、これに続く、エピクロロヒドリンが少なくとも2個の活性水素原子を含有する化合物との反応に供されるプロセスを含むエポキシ樹脂の製造方法。
