Description
電解質溶液は、リン酸塩、ホスホン酸塩、亜リン酸塩、ホスフィン酸塩、硝酸塩、ホウ酸塩、ケイ酸塩、モリブデン酸塩、タングステン酸塩、カルボキシレート、シュウ酸塩、およびその組合せからなる群から選ばれた陰イオン(アニオン)からなる電解質を含む。回路に印加された電位は、金属基板の構成金属が陽極酸化され、アニオンと反応し表面の増強された特性を付与する表面で組成物を形成する。
ここで、R1はHまたはOH、R2はH,OH,F,Cl,Br,−O−R,R−OH,R−COOH,R−CHO,R−O−R,R−CO−R,−SH,−NO2,−CN,−COO−R;R3からR5は互いに独立してH,CnH2n+I,OH,F,Cl,Br,−O−R,R−OH,R−COOH,R−CHO,R−O−R,R−CO−R,−SH,−NO2,−CN,−COO−R,ここでRは非置換または置換された炭素数1〜10のアルキル基
この正の誘起効果は、水酸基の脱プロトン化を支援し、それによって金属表面への芳香族基の共有結合を形成する反応が可能になる。
Claims (12)
- Cr,Cu,Ag,Au,Niおよびそれらの合金からなる群から選ばれる構成金属からなる非鉄系金属基板の表面を処理する方法であって、以下からなる:
陽極電位を、金属表面と接触させて、金属表面、陰極、および水溶性電解質溶液から成る電解回路中の金属表面に印加し、陰極と電気的に導通させ、前記電解質溶液は、リン酸塩、ホスホン酸塩、亜リン酸塩、ホスフィン酸塩、硝酸塩、ホウ酸塩、ケイ酸塩、モリブデン酸塩、タングステン酸塩、カルボキシレート、シュウ酸塩、およびその組合せから
なる群から選ばれた陰イオン、および親水性アニオン官能基を有する疎水性炭素鎖を有する化合物からなる電解質を含み、前記電解質溶液のpHが6以下であり、
回路に印加された電位は、金属基板の構成金属が陽極酸化され、前記陰イオンと反応し前記表面の増強された耐腐食性を付与する前記表面に組成物を形成するように、前記表面における前記組成物の生成に際して、基板に印加される電圧を0.5〜3.0ボルトに制御し、前記電解質回路中に前記電解質溶液と接触する金属表面の幾何学的面積に対して0.01〜2A/dm2の電流密度で電流が流れるようにする。 - 前記基板が金属部材上のクロムベースのコーティングである請求項1に記載の方法。
- 電解質溶液中の前記陰イオンの濃度が1〜50g/Lである請求項1または2の方法。
- 電解質溶液の導電率が1〜500ミリジーメンスである請求項1〜3の何れかの方法。
- 前記表面における前記組成物の生成に際して、総移動電荷が、前記電解質溶液と接触する金属表面の幾何学的面積に対して0.05〜100mAhr/dm2において前記電解回路の電流の流れが停止する、請求項1〜4の何れかの方法。
- 前記組成物が前記表面にて生成するが、電流を掛ける前に前記回路の電流の流れが停止されている間に、前記構成金属の酸化物または水酸化物からなるどの層の厚みも検出可能な増加が起こらないように前記電流密度及び電圧が制御される、請求項1〜5の何れかの方法。
- 前記組成物からなるナノ層が前記金属基板の表面に形成される請求項1〜6の何れかの方法。
- 前記ナノ層の厚みが100nm以下である請求項7の方法。
- 前記ナノ層の厚みが10〜30nmの範囲にある請求項8の方法。
- 前記陰イオンが、リン酸塩、ホスホン酸塩、亜リン酸塩、ホスフィン酸塩、硫酸塩、スルホン酸塩、カルボキシレートおよびその組合せからなる群から選ばれたペンダント基を有するポリマーからなる、請求項1〜9の何れかの方法。
- 前記ポリマーが、ビニルホスホン酸またはビニルホスフィン酸から誘導される繰り返し単位を有する請求項10に記載の方法。
- Cr,Cu,Ag,Au,Niおよびそれらの合金からなる群から選ばれた構成金属からなる非鉄系金属基板の表面処理方法であって、以下からなる:
陽極電位を、金属表面と接触させて、金属表面、陰極、および水溶性電解質溶液から成る電解回路中の金属表面に印加し、陰極と電気的に導通させ、前記電解質溶液は、pH6.0以下で、リン酸塩、ホスホン酸塩、亜リン酸塩、ホスフィン酸塩、硝酸塩、ホウ酸塩、ケイ酸塩、モリブデン酸塩、タングステン酸塩、カルボキシレート、シュウ酸塩、およびその組合せからなる群から選ばれた陰イオン、および親水性アニオン官能基を有する疎水性炭素鎖を有する化合物からなる電解質を含み、
前記回路に印加する電位を0.5〜20ボルトに制御し、電流密度は前記電解質溶液と接触する金属表面の幾何学的面積に対して0.01〜2.0A/dm2になるようにし、前記基板の構成金属は陽極酸化され、前記陰イオンと反応し、前記表面において前記表面の増強された耐腐食性を付与する組成物を生成する。
