Description
(1)炭素原子を含まぬオキソ酸又はその塩を含む水溶液中で金をアノード酸化し、前記金の表面に形成した酸化皮膜を水に浸漬して水中に金微粒子を分散させる、金コロイドの製造方法。
(2)オキソ酸又はその塩が硫酸、リン酸、過塩素酸、またはそれらのアルカリ金属塩である(1)の製造方法。
(3)(1)又(2)の製造方法により得られ、平均粒子径が50nm以下の金コロイド。
Claims (1)
- 炭素原子を含まぬオキソ酸又はその塩を含む水溶液中で金をアノード酸化し、前記金の表面に形成した酸化皮膜を水に浸漬して水中に金微粒子を分散させる、金コロイドの製造方法であって、上記オキソ酸又はその塩がリン酸、過塩素酸、またはそれらのアルカリ金属塩であり、上記酸化皮膜は酸化金および不可避不純物のみからなり、上記酸化皮膜の水への浸漬は上記酸化皮膜の安定化が進行する前に行われる、上記製造方法。
