Abstract
【解決手段】炭素原子を含まぬオキソ酸又はその塩、好ましくは硫酸、リン酸、過塩素酸、またはそれらのアルカリ金属塩、を含む水溶液中で金をアノード酸化し、前記金の表面に形成した酸化皮膜を水に浸漬して水中に金微粒子を分散させる、金コロイドの製造方法、ならびに当該製造方法により得られる平均粒子径が50nm以下の金コロイド。

Description
(1)炭素原子を含まぬオキソ酸又はその塩を含む水溶液中で金をアノード酸化し、前記金の表面に形成した酸化皮膜を水に浸漬して水中に金微粒子を分散させる、金コロイドの製造方法。
(2)オキソ酸又はその塩が硫酸、リン酸、過塩素酸、またはそれらのアルカリ金属塩である(1)の製造方法。
(3)(1)又(2)の製造方法により得られ、平均粒子径が50nm以下の金コロイド。
Claims (3)
- 炭素原子を含まぬオキソ酸又はその塩を含む水溶液中で金をアノード酸化し、前記金の表面に形成した酸化皮膜を水に浸漬して水中に金微粒子を分散させる、金コロイドの製造方法。
- オキソ酸又はその塩が硫酸、リン酸、過塩素酸、またはそれらのアルカリ金属塩である請求項1記載の製造方法。
- 請求項1又は2記載の製造方法により得られ、平均粒子径が50nm以下の金コロイド。
