Description

Claims (6)
- 塗料または流動性コーティングを霧化するための回転ベルカップ組立体において、
流体を出口へと輸送するための内部通路を有するベルカップと、
前記出口の前方に配置されるスプラッシュプレートと、前記スプラッシュプレートが固定されるインサートとを含むスプラッシュプレート組立体とを具備し、
前記インサートが、前記ベルカップの内面にスナップ係合して前記スプラッシュプレート組立体を前記ベルカップ内に固定する半径方向外側に突出する少なくとも1つの返し部を有するスカート部を含み、
前記スカート部は、前記返し部が前記ベルカップの内面に係合したときに、前記ベルカップに当接する先端部を有しており、該先端部の半径は前記返し部の半径よりも小さく、前記返し部よりも先端の挿入される部分の表面がテーパ状になっている回転ベルカップ組立体。 - 前記スプラッシュプレートは、複数のピンによって前記インサートに固定される請求項1に記載の組立体。
- 前記スカート部は、少なくとも1つの軸方向スロットを含み、該スロットは、前記インサートが前記ベルカップ内に係合される際に部分的に閉じて前記スカート部の変形を許容する請求項1に記載の組立体。
- 前記インサートは、少なくとも部分的に前記返し部に包囲され、かつ、前記返し部より更に後方に延在する中央流体通路本体を含む請求項1に記載の組立体。
- 前記ベルカップの内面には、前記インサートの前記返し部と係合して前記スプラッシュプレート組立体を前記ベルカップ内に固定する肩部が形成されている請求項1に記載の組立体。
- 前記肩部は、前記ベルカップの前方へ傾斜する傾斜部を含み、前記返し部は、前記傾斜部との係合により圧縮可能であり、前記スプラッシュプレート組立体の前記ベルカップからの取外しを許容する請求項5に記載の組立体。
